Once divorced, most individuals move on, but I was unfortunate to have an “ex” intent on causing trouble. No matter how stressful and costly, I needed an expert lawyer and legal team to protect my interests. With an “ex” like mine, it was imperative to immediately address his breach of contract andnon-compliance with other matters. Once more, I contacted Irons & Irons for their outstanding legal services. Gib Irons recommended a new and exceptional member of their team, Robert Zaslow, an attorney with thirty years of family law experience.
Mr. Zaslow quickly learned about my case and took the first step. He informed my “ex” that he had signed a contract that he was not free to alter. Failure to comply with contractual obligations would lead to litigation. The easiest and least costly option was to comply (in my case, pay alimony on time and in total).
After my “ex” ignored Mr. Zaslow’s correspondence, we had to take the next step. Several Court filings persuaded my “ex” to pay what he owed me, but he refused to cover the legal fees I had incurred. Per our contract, if one party breaches an agreement, the other party can ask for legal fees. Another matter involved a No Contact clause in our Equitable Distribution Agreement, which prohibits my “ex” from contacting me and vice versa, a clause my “ex” had ignored.
We had no choice but to go to Court. When I arrived at the Courthouse, Mr. Zaslow took precautions to protect me. As we entered the courtroom, he informed the bailiff I had an NC No Contact provision and a Protective Order from another state.
While the judge and attorneys present discussed the day’s docket, my “ex” took advantage and approached me. His voice alerted Mr. Zaslow, who spun around and instructed my “ex” to walk away. The bailiff rushed over immediately and ordered my “ex” to step away, an order he had to repeat twice before my “ex” complied.
When the Judge was ready to hear our case, Mr. Zaslow delivered every critical point to recover legal fees and highlight my “ex’s” multiple violations of NC’s No Contact clause. He was masterful in clearly setting up the case and methodically offering evidence to corroborate his points. Mr. Zaslow knows how to deliver a compelling narrative that captures a judge’s attention and brilliantly grounds the argument presented in the law. The judge ruled in our favor.
Additionally, since I face continuing litigation in another state, Mr. Zaslow went the extra mile to secure copies of the hearing’s recording. He shared this valuable material with me, my lawyer in the state where I reside, and the State Attorney’s prosecutor handling a separate criminal complaint.
During these many hearings, I’ve relied on my lawyers, a highly skillful mediator, fair judges, court personnel, and police officers. Hi, I am going through a very long drawn out divorce and custody battle with my ex wife regarding our 7 year old daughter. I hired a local attorney to get thru this. All they did was take my money and continue the case for about 2 years. I was at my wits end and had no idea what to do. I done someresearch and talked to a few people and Greg Duke was recommended. I had a consultation with him and I knew from the way he talked he was the one so I scrapped together the money and hired him on the spot. Mr Duke done his research on my previous court cases and compiled all the information into several binders that looked to be a foot thick each. For the next 9 or 10 months , I felt like he went above and beyond with my case. He sent me endless texts and emails to keep me updated on what was going on even on Sundays. When it come court time he was as prepared as a boy scout. We still don't know the out come of the case because of all the information the judge had to go thru, but you can bet whatever it is Mr. Duke gave it his all and I am thoroughly satitisefied with the job he done. At all times he was professional and he knew the law sometimes I think better than the judge. I hope I never have to go to court ever again, but you can bet if I do I'm going looking for Greg Duke again as long as he'd represent me. He has even gone as far to touch base with me after the case and see how I'm doing. That in itself meant alot. Thank you Greg Duke, you are the man.

I am a client of Hardison and Cochran my attorney name is J. Adam Bridewell I have been a client for2.5years and he is a partner in the firm I have talked to Benjamin T Cochran and J. Jackson Hardison and they all are Partners in the firm about Adam Performance on my case and they all had a bad attitude when I talked to them about Adam lack of performance on my case I am not happy at all now I have call for about two weeks no return phone calls and I called Seresa his parolege for two weeks and still no return call I have not had a workman comp check in 15 months and I had not gotten my mileage the last time I talked to my attorney he told me he had filed for my mileage but he lied I call the insurance company my self and they said it has not been filed. then she said I made a mistake by telling you anything I thought you didn't have a attorney. I can't tell you anything but call your Lawyer I told my attorney .I am still in pain. I need to go back to the doctor but he will not talk to the insurance compan to get my preatherestion to see my doctor now I have a lot more to say about Hardison and Cochran but I will keep you posted on my progress with this form.

Paul was great to work with. A friend recommended him to me and I would recommend him to others as well now. I had a simple separation that didn’t need to go to court. He was excellent in guiding me as to what I should fight for and what wasn’t worth fighting for since the court wouldn’t be able to enforce it anyway. Mr. Nichols helped me resolve a major traffic ticket. I have no background in law and therefore did not understand everything that needed to be done to resolve this issue, but Mr. Nichols was very patient with me and explained everything in a clear way. Thomas heard out my case and diligently worked so hard to make sure I was awarded a fair case which I was. This process took 8 months and Thomas emailed me, called me, and made sure I was okay along with keeping me updated with my case. He didn’t sell me a dream but was confident that he could take on my case and that he did! Anytime I emailed him he got back with me within the hour.
