Mr. Boklak stepped into an ongoing acrimonious transaction to represent us in the sale of a single family house in Brookhaven. He is an excellent attorney who specializes in real estate sales. He was thoroughly professional and appropriate, diligent, and loyal to us, quoted a fair fee and stuck to it, and refrained from trying to drum up additional fees or outside business through the case. Even though Mr. Zahn does not practice in the Family Court area, his knowledge, kindness and experience as a litigator resulted in a decision iin my favor. I would highly recommend him for any legal matter.
