So happy with this amazing team! They fought for me on my behalf and helped me more then i could of imagined. We went with this firm because of the rating and reviews - DONT make the same mistake we did…… I live out of state and my parents were based in Florida. We were looking for a group that would make this as seamless and easy as possible. Instead, we got confrontational rude and unprofessional. We dealt with Fernando twice and then he passed us off to his cronie Maribel. Maribel has no business dealing with people in general, especially people that are grieving the loss of their parents and trying to handle an estate from out of state.
Every time my brother or I spoke with this individual, it seemed as if we were a complete bother to her - she was hands down the rudest “ professional “ I have ever had the displeasure of paying to work for us.
Our estate was VERY small $237k - split between 3 youths ( as one share ) and 2 adults and yet we paid them 37k !!!!!!!!! An utterly ridiculous amount !~
Sadly and unfortunate for us , this was a process we knew nothing about and did not interview or research other firms so please do your research before going with these people.

I have to say that Marivette is the most amazing woman to ever grace a family law court room she’s firm she’s talented she’s attentive she’s caring she’s warm she’s aggressive (in court rooms) and she loves her clientes and she has gone above and beyond. When it came to representing a single father and fighting for his rights. She was the only attorney I was going to allow to represent me. She was able to make sure I was able to be in my daughters life and continue to be an active father in her life. I made the best decision in life to hire her when I saw her accolades in her office and on her wall she had a plaque and it read VP for fathers rights in the state of Florida I believe it was like acknowledgment plague she had. Let me ask you when u think of hiring her … Has a Latina ever lost an argument ??? I think not … Hence the reason why we went to court and we were victorious, and I was able to get my daughter back in my arms

I had two open claims with my house insurance company, Typ Tap. The first was a Hurricane Ian claim that dealt with roof damage and interior water damage inside my bedroom wall. Tip tap denied the first claim and said all damages were from normal wear and tear (of course they would say that). My public adjuster (Richard Mosely from Ask an Adjuster) recommended I consult with Attorney Scott Koltzman. Months later, I opened a second claim because of a hailstorm we had in Brevard County that caused further damage to my roof. Typ Tap finally opened covered for the roof, but did not provide enough payment. Attorney Scott got involved with my second claim as well.
House insurance companies don’t care about homeowners that are paying their high premiums every year. If you honestly have damage to your home, then your insurance company will do whatever it takes to not pay you. I highly recommend an attorney’s office like Scott Koltzmann to fight for you, even if it takes about a year of waiting. I want to emphasize that Attorney Scott Koltzmann does care about his clients and will ensure that he does everything he can to settle your claim. There have been multiple times where Scott has called to talk to me about my case outside of his working hours. He has spoken to me on the phone while he is sitting down on the bleachers watching his son play soccer. He doesn’t have to talk to his clients after work hours and even during his family time, but he does because he knows the “insured” are poorly treated by insurance companies.
After about a year, Attorney Scott worked his magic and he was able to get the insurance company to provide a global settlement with enough payment to satisfy both open claims. Attorney Scott actually accomplished a settlement that was over our requested and expected amount. I was completely surprised. Furthermore, I will never understand why insurance companies won’t provide the appropriate payment for the requested claims in the first place because they end up paying way more money if a lawyer gets involved. There are a lot of bad lawyers out there that do their work for money and don’t care about their clients. They think of their clients as a number, but Attorney Scott is different.
I also don’t want to forget about the Director of Business Development, Dina Monaco, because she was always there to answer the phone, talk to me about my claim, and anything regarding the signed documentation. Dina is always there to interface with Attorney Scott to get updates on my claim and to address my various concerns. Dina is an extremely down to earth person and will assure you that your case is being worked. These cases can run slow because the opposing party (insurance company) wants to do everything in their power for you to give up on your claim. Dina and Scott understand this and are there to help you!

Scott and firm were there for us when we needed them most after hurricane Ian! Scott personally came out and assessed multiple properties that we own that had damage and kept up with the process along the way. Scott is a very personable, honest individual whom we trust! It is a slow process things do take time, but at the end of the day he came through for us, and we did better than we even thought we could!! I definitely would use their firm again in the future. I had recently received a summons from a debt collector. I did not discover this lawsuit until after I began receiving mail from various law firms regarding this. Having been trying to recover my financial stability from the pandemic and the loss of my partner, this was the last thing I needed. One of the solicitation letters came from this office, which I leaned toward due to its locality to me and the overall tone of it. I reached out them, starting the retainer process and then they took it from there, without me having to worry about anything, nor have to appear in court. A couple months later they got the case dismissed.

I paid the U$5.000 is already 7 years and they don’t answer emails or give any report about my case . The only thing they do is ask for fees for any services .
They need to answer emails and explain what is going on with the case .

I have the highest regards for Ms. Patricia Cooper Esq of the Law Offices of Robert M. Bell, P.A. Just when I was giving up, due to my deportation status. My husband found her, Heaven sent.
