We all make bad decisions in our lives sometimes those decisions can cause us to have serious consequences. My consequence of driving in a vehicle that had two fully automatic weapons resulted in me being charged with two C felonies and 1 D Felony. I was additionally charged with two more felonies because I was in possession of two fake $50 bills that were given to me by the men who brought the weapons into my car. Even though the weapons were not mine I was still charged with them. To make matters worse the men wanted me to take responsibility for the crime or my family would be harmed. I didn't want my family to be endangered so at my arraignment I yelled out I I take full responsibility of the crime to the judge. When I was bailed out of jail my mother and I we're overwhelmed with worry they had offered me four years in prison for a crime did I did not commit. We didn't know who to turn to or where to go for help. But then my mother remembered the name William Ezersky an attorney who was recommended by my bail bondsman. When I first met Mr Ezersky and explain to him my situation he told me that in the 40 years he has never had a case where a defendant blatantly confessed to the crime. At the end of the consultation Mr Ezersky said that he couldn't think of a way to help me and that he was sorry, I nearly got sick in his office. But then a few days later Mr Ezersky called me and said he told the district attorney of my case the circumstances of my situation. Mr Ezersky , me and the district attorney had a conference together and at the end of the conference the district attorney said I don't know if I can help you. I was devastated because I thought now I was absolutely going to prison. But Mr Ezersky was relentless with trying to get my charges dropped. He was persistent and always kept me calm about the situation by saying that I am in good hands and that he is fighting for the best deal possible. In the end Mr Ezersky had achieved that by convincing the prosecutor that I was not involved in this crime by any means. I couldn't believe he was able to get all of my charges dropped after I confessed to the crime in court. Mr Ezersky had gotten all 5 of my charges dropped, a clean record and a peace of mind. Mr Ezersky is my savior without him my life would have been ruined. I owe him everything and hope he continues to bless other people's lives as he did mine.

There's no words to Express how thankful I am for what he did for me and my husband. It's been over 8 months since my husband was released from ice custody. My then fiance was taken by ice custody on April of 2018 he had DUI's. We had a lawyer who was recommended to us who which didn't put any effort to get him out. That lawyer went for a straight voluntary departure. We weren't happy with that so we then met Nestor Diaz who I felt put his heart to our case. He made us feel like the only case he had to work on was ours. Even though we had a lot of obstacles Nestor always showed a positive attitude. It took a year of fighting but at the end he was able to get my husband released from ICE custody. If you are thinking about hiring Nestor, think no more!! You will get a good difference by hiring him ! Thank you Nestor you've done a lot for my husband and I!!

I had a felony charge back in 2013 and had another lawyer who said my only option was 5 years probation or jail time. I was lucky enough to find Mr. Bookstein who took my case and immediately I saw that it was the best decision ever. He was able to negotiate with the DA which extremely affected the outcome of my case. I was offered one year probation, which after successful completion, all charges were dropped to just a misdemeanor. He saved me by preventing my permanent record from being scarred with a felony charge. There was nothing special about me or my case, and he didn't know me at all. However, he treated me like a best friend, was always available to talk, and handled my case with great care and professionalism. It was an extremely favorable outcome and WAY BETTER than any other lawyer was able to offer, or accomplish. I highly recommend Sean I have never been convicted of any crime in my life. I don’t want to go into specifics of my case but the charges were serious with heavy consequences. All I can say he is the only one that believed my story. The system is the system they don’t really care, but Sean made me very comfortable and help me with the case I don’t have that, but he was recommended by by my best friend who he also helped liberate him in the court of law.

I am glad we found Maria Mateo to help us through the process of my Resident visa application and my husbands Citizenship visa application. We both had a hard case that needs a professional help.
