We called the Sloan Firm and they had Raymond Hatcher call us right back. I was in a car accident and he guided us on everything. We hired him. As I set down to write this, I start to think and replay the events that have unfolded this past year and half. I hired Jessica Kroscher as a defense attorney in an awful custody battle to keep custody of my son. I am completely overwhelmed by how genuine, loving and supportive Jessica and her entire team was towards me and my family during this time. When all I could see was devastation, Jessica seen restoration. When all I could feel was pain, Jessica reminded me of Jesus's sacrifice. When all I could do was cry tears of defeat, Jessica reminded me that there is victory in the sweet name of Jesus. Kroscher & Kroscher made My burdens their burdens. They shared in my hurt and was my strength when I couldn't be.
Jessica's assistant, Susan, came to the court house on her day off to be my support, so I didn't have to go alone. Susan did not have to go, but she did! What I loved about Susan so much is that she was REAL. She didn't sugar coat anything. She told me that if things didn't go the way we wanted them to... then it just meant we weren't finished yet. That it wasn't the end.
Jessica's fight never stops! She is smart and strong. She fought and made a way for my son to attend church camp when the opposing party would not cooperate. Even when she went out of town, she still kept in touch with me and checked in on my son and I. Jessica prayed with me and for me.
She spoke God's promises in to mine and my children's lives.

I would recommend Mr. Waldron as a excellent, confident, knowledgeable and superior criminal defense attorney for anyone who needs a great; no holds bar lawyer. I wish only one thing that would make him the number 1 attorney and that is for Mr. Waldron to slow down a little bit while going over everything with his client. I must say that Greg is a very cut to the chase lawyer and gets everything done quickly and efficiently. I feel that he is very knowledgeable and Compassionate towards his clients problem and definitely doesn't talk down to you or tell you to get this and that done; he takes care of matters very quickly and professionally. #1 Lawyer for family in Longview! She and her husband will fight for a child with all their knowledge and heart. My first lawyer sold me out, which is normal for a small town for lawyers to settle cases according to who they know. Not the Kroscher's. My grandson was ripped out of our arms after his only active parent, my son, was killed. If it hadn't been for the Kroscher's we would have lost my grandson for good. He would have been left at the mercy of a parent who - well, his only saving grace was us and his Dad. If you love a child and want a lawyer that will truly fight for them and not cut a deal under the table these are the people for you

Mr. Jessup took care of my family's important needs, and now we can breath. The law seemed more to him than just a job-there was passion. He was able to explain many things that were affecting us. Well, don't let this young man's age fool you. This skilled attorney is a dogged litigator!
We were denied coverage by our insurance on a claim for damage to a rental house that we own. The tenants left in the middle of the night, and left mountains of debris and severe damage to just about every room in the house, as well as totally destroying and removing the electric double-sized garage door, and stealing a major appliance.
What did Insurance Adjuster tell us after looking at the property? That it was "normal wear and tear", and the insurance company denied our claim.
We immediately engaged Mr. Runge, and almost immediately he set up a meeting at out rental house with the Insurance Adjuster. My wife and I were there, but we just stood by and let Carson Runge do what he does best - fight for his client!
As a result, within days, Mr. Runge informed us that the insurance company had agreed to a settlement, and not just a token amount. The amount we were awarded on our claim has enabled us to repair all of the damage done, and all of the costs of cleanup and restoration!
Over the last 40 years, I have needed to retain the services of an attorney at different times, but never have I retained an attorney who has gone over and above what was expected in order to make the client whole.
I can, without reservation, recommend Mr. Carson R. Runge!

Matthew Simcox has been our lawyer for the last 8 years. I wasn't really sure where to turn to when I realized that my marriage was over, but I knew my daughter was my first priority. My first visit, he prayed with me. It really calmed my nerves, and set the tone for everything that has followed. He has done this at every meeting since. His focus was always fighting for the best for my daughter and me. I was able to have primary custody of my daughter, as well as set in some terms that were very important to me. He also helped me with a medical power of attorney for my daughter, and had it done lightning fast. Beyond his skills in the courtroom, he is a man of incredible integrity. He cares about people and serving them to the best of his ability. He loves God, and family. For these reasons, he will ALWAYS be our lawyer. I promise my words cannot convey the gratitude my family and I have for this anointed attorney, Jonathan Wharton! We had been cheated by and lost a lot of money due to a horrible contractor and an even worse attorney. I had almost given up. I felt like evil was winning, and I felt like I had failed my family. With very little faith, I called a successful attorney office my friend had suggested. That law firm told me that they did not practice that type of law, so they referred me to Jonathan Wharton. The first time I talked to him, he was finishing my sentences. I had been explaining my cry so much, it was refreshing to talk to someone who not only understood where I was coming from, but could state the law to combat the problem with the first conversation. Wharton addressed the “terrible” attorney with knowledge, skill set, and a command that she went days without a response. Then when she did respond, he met her with case law that shut her up! I felt like a kid saying, “My dad is stronger than your dad!” I had not felt this good in two years since the saga began. I found the strength to clean my apartment better, be truly present with my children, I laughed, and then I cried an ugly cry of gratitude. The relief I felt was God sent. The prayers I prayed, and for a stranger to come in and help us when those who I thought I could trust cheated us, helped me learn what trust looks like. During the course of the probate I did not have to wait on an answer or wonder about the next steps at any point in the process. Mr. Novy was recommended to me and I will say that I have never had such a pleasant experience. Both Nr. Novy and his personal secretary (Whitney) were very receptive to my needs and concerns. My issue dealt with the probate of a holographic will. I was very concerned at the initial meeting with Mr. Novy but he immediately put me at ease. I found Mr. Hyatt on this site and I couldn't be more pleased with his courteous and knowledgeable advice and representation. Being in the middle of a custody battle is never easy and he makes sure to explain everything in a patient laymen manner. At every step of the way, he stops to check in and lays out concise options and will help you weigh the risks and benefits to all. His realist attitude doesn't lead to false hope or misrepresentation in any instance. He makes sure that his client is prepared for all variables. He looks at the situation objectively and in turn is able to see angles that one might not necessarily see while going through a legal situation. I have a very difficult and complex case and just knowing he will be standing by my side in the court room gives me the assurance to be able to stand with my head held high. Mr. Robertson provided outstanding help in clearing up a medical debt problem caused by a hospital waiting to bill me for my son's automobile accident over 18 months after it happened. The hospital tried to claim that it could not file on Blue Cross Blue Shield and that I had to use the Personal Injury Settlement from State Farm, which had already been spent on medical copays. The hospital further claimed that I was trying to commit fraud by telling them to file on Blue Cross Blue Shield.
