I am very great full being connected with Anish, he is knowledgable, experience and professional attorney. My wife had received a 221g when she went for visa stamping, we are worried about the same. But Anish, helped us by asking the pin pointed questions and collecting answers to create a case for us. It’s only document submission for us as per 221g, but he had created a document bunch which helped my wife to get her visa stamped. He mentioned while in free consultation that, for my wife’s 221g response I don’t need to hire him and I can submit the required document by my own. But I insisted and it was a great decision made in this case. I will recommend Anish for immigration issues and would like to thank him for his efforts.

I highly recommend Anish as an immigration attorney. In the past I was represented by a couple of incompetent & unknowledgeable attorneys who wasted precious time which ultimately forced me to change my legal status several times. After my OPT application was denied due to an error made by the university, I was forced to leave the country and returned to the US after I found my job.
I was looking for a knowledgeable and experienced immigration attorney that was solely specialized in immigration law and found Anish through the California Bar Association. During our consultation Anish explained clearly what my options are for applying for a Green Card, what the process is like, and what a realistic timeline would look like. He also answered all my questions and once I left the consultation, I felt confident that he is the right attorney.
Once he took my case, he worked diligently on it and was always available to answer any questions that I had and gave me updates on any of the forms that were submitted and eventually approved. When the time came for the Green Card interview Anish prepared me well, especially for potential questions about the more problematic areas of my immigration history (changing visas, denied OPT, staying in US for several months without a visa before leaving, being denied a visa etc.).
On the day of the interview, he came with me and my father to the interview and was able to guide me through the interview and help me when the officer wasn’t knowledgeable about certain immigration laws and was trying to make a case for a denial. He calmly explained to the officer the law and the officer decided to delay the decision on my Green Card. I became worried at first but Anish quickly tried to find a solution as we were leaving the building. In the meantime, I was considering my options in the case that my Green Card application gets denied.
Fortunately, after several weeks of waiting Anish informed me that my Green Card application was approved. I am very thankful and grateful to Anish for everything that he did for me on this case. If you’re looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, competent, and professional immigration attorney, Anish is the one to choose and I highly recommend him!

My husband and I hired Cynthia to help us with his consular process. Since the first consultation I had with her over the phone I knew she was the right attorney for us. She answered all my questions and concerns. She was also very patient and made sure i understood every step of the process. All the communication I had with her was by email or over the phone. From the courteous receptionists to the professional lawyers, I received excellent service from everybody at Lemon Law Experts. I had a brand new manual 6-speed car that had mechanical issues within the first month of purchase. I took the car to dealer I purchased it at for repair. The dealers service department manager verified the problem and had no solution. He then raised the issue to the car's manufacturer. After multiple trips back to the dealer at the request of the manufacturer the problem was never resolved but they sent me on my way with a defective vehicle. These guys are great. Robert and his team took on my case for a lemon RV camping trailer. This was the first and only lawsuit I ever had been a part of. With that being said once I learned that this sort of thing doesn't happen over night and for my part to be punctual with all my responses. Robert and his team were able to be affective in pushing my case forward. All my emails and phone calls were responded to within 48hrs most of the time given the time I reached out was responded to that same day. A majority of my contact was with Roberts staff but had several one on one phone calls with Robert. Much appreciated. I have had several lawyers over the years, from criminal defense to family law. Shaun has always been clear on the expectations of the three cases I have had with him, and bottom line is that he has WON ALL THREE CASES for me. Shaun is always VERY fast with getting back to me through email and text message. One last important issue that makes me give Shaun Khojayan a 5 star rating is that he always answers my questions without eating up my retainer (as long as it is a simple question). lawyers I have had in the past are not about wining my case. Although Bartley was very busy, he empathized with my situation and did not want me to go in on the day of trial without a backup plan. I could not afford the full retainer just yet, so he agreed to fully prepare the jury trial documents for an agreed fee. I believe this also assisted in the settlement agreement. Bartley truly helps tenants and if you have the opportunity, I fully suggest hiring him. These cases are costly, but you want to have a backup plan, do not give the landlord all the power when it comes to settling. Instead hire Bartley!

I came to Elliot for a consultation to handle my 10 year old felony case. I hadn't completed the terms of my probation, none of it, and I was ready to turn myself in. As it turned out not only was my felony probation violation open, but also a slew of smaller warrants for traffic violations.
I consulted with a few different attorneys who were all really great but I decided to go with Elliot and I am very glad that I did.
First he met me on a Saturday which was very convenient. He genuinely seemed to care about helping me. He was honest and upfront, didn't make any promises to give me false hope. Which I appreciated as I knew how serious the consequences were going to be.
Leading up to court there were many times that I had questions about our strategy and Elliot was always available to reply via email, and take my calls. It felt like I was his only client.
In front of the judge where it matter the most, Elliot really came through. When my character came into question, he argued fiercely on my behalf. That's when I was 100% sure that I had made the right choice.

Where should I start?
This feedback is long overdue, and I am going to put my heart and soul into putting as much as possible on paper.
Anyone reading this please note that my experiences with Mr. Ed El Dabe, Mr Jon Ritter, and their staff are real and not coerced in any way or form.
My unfortunate near death accident occurred in 2016 while crossing the road as a pedestrian. As I have had a prior retention of this firm, re-contacting them was no effort. Their response was amazing and one of the partner lawyers, Ms. Jessica Castro visited me in the hospital. My timing couldn’t have been better. Soon after our initial meeting they got the ball rolling. Due to my multiple injuries I had countless visits to various doctors, physical therapy sessions and other accident related establishments. While my entire life had turned upside down and I was confined to the home, the personnel at El Dabe / Ritter Law Office called me at least once every 2 weeks for updates. Their follow up calls were impressive and thorough.
Since my incident was Workers Comp related, they also referred me to an additional Workers Comp lawyer. From initial meetings in their office to depositions with opposing attorneys, Jon Ritter and Edmond El Dabe were there providing me with the required guidance and advice.
For over 2 years, throughout the entire pre-trial period they simply acted like angels by my side providing me with answers to whatever questions I may have had. I really couldn’t have asked for any better accident lawyers.
