Alex worked with me after I got into a head-on collision where the other driver was at fault. Unfortunately, the other driver's insurance was very stingy, and I didn't know how to pursue the case since I have never been in an accident like this before. Thankfully, Alex was an efficient, knowledgeable, and honest attorney. I never felt like I had to wait on him -- he was constantly working on my case and updating me on the progress. He helped me get the medical care I needed - sure enough, an MRI showed two disc protrusions where I was feeling pain. He ended up getting me the maximum settlement!! I went from being clueless after the accident and not knowing how to pursue the case... to getting my back pain treated and a huge lump sum in my bank account. Alex is a very straightforward and hardworking attorney. I got into an accident that severely injured my back and I tend to just let things go easily until the insurance called me and offered me $200 for the personal injury. At that point, I went on Avvo and found Alex so I decided to contact him and see what are the steps to take forward. Within the day, he got me into a chiropractor, he had texted me from his personal phone number both in and out of office hours to answer any questions or concerns I had about the case. This was my first experience actually calling a lawyer for a car accident and Alex didn't treat me like a customer throughout the process but he treated me like a friend and he did everything in his power to get a settlement out of the most stubborn and most complained about insurance company. If you are looking for an attorney, stop "shopping" for one after reading this review and get in contact with him.

For years, I was under the impression that attorneys are cutthroat and just straight to the point. As someone who enjoys connecting with the individuals that I work with or whose services I utilize, I was worried about interacting with attorneys in any capacity. Boy, was I flat out WRONG. Mr. Yebri is not only a top notch, diligent, and incredibly professional lawyer, but one that treated my professional injury case with such care and empathy that I was blown away. I meant to write this review a while back, but I got sidetracked. Recently, I was reminded about my past car accident and so I wanted to take the time say what a pleasure it was to work with Jahrmarkt & Associates.
As I stated earlier, I had been involved in a car accident and John Jahrmarkt and his team were able to get me a monetary settlement I didn't think was possible.
They worked very hard from start to finish. Tyler was assigned to my case and he always kept me in the loop with updates on my case. They assisted with finding an excellent rehab facility for my injuries from the accident.
These is a very professional team. They work with the utmost integrity and compassion.
I would not hesitate to use them again for any personal injury needs.

Wow, not really sure where to start. I thank my lucky stars every day that I was fortunate enough to find John when I needed an attorney. Is he a great lawyer....you betcha! But whats even better is that he's just a great guy! In 2011 I moved I to Los Angeles from Detroit. I was not working, staying with friends, and had no health insurance. I had been in the USA about a year Two weeks after I arrived to LA I was rear ended on the Ventura Freeway by an uninsured motorist from El Salvador. I sustained injuries and approximately $6000 in damage to the car I had had less than a year. The only mileage on it really was from the drive from Detroit to LA. Long story short Michigan is a no-fault state and their insurance laws are a 180 degrees different from California's. AAA my insurer John sued for negotiating in bad faith. Anyways John navigated the two-state difference in law, got me the medical attention I needed, GOT ME LOST WAGES when I wasnt even employed and then got me the MAXIMUM SETTLEMENT allowed under my uninsured motorist coverage. Meanwhile the whole time John kept me in the loop, worked like a pit-bull, took a genuine concern that I was receiving the best medical attention, and sought to get me the best settlement possible. John has the ability to listen, never waffles when asked direct questions, and IS ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE. If there was a way to make it better it eludes me??? I can't stress enough that if you need legal assistance John is your guy!! I'd give him 6 Stars if it was possible!!!!

Stanley Imerman was very knowledgeable for my business separation problem. He helped move the other party to action and to move forward more quickly resulting in the other party stop stalling and finish the deal. He asked if I wanted his review of a contract that was on the table before doing so. This gave me the option to ok additional billed hours which I found very fair of him (and not my experience with a different lawyer). He was everything I needed and more. Honestly one of the best attorneys I have dealt with. I hired Mr. Fard to handle my brother's suspected DUI case and not only did he keep me informed of all court proceedings but he would answer all my calls and questions whenever I contacted him. My brother was very nervous and unsettled with having caught a case but in the end, Mr. Fard was able to get my brother's DUI case dismissed. If you're looking to hire an attorney who will be dedicated to your case, Mr. Fard should definitely be your one and only choice. The attorneys at Sally Morin are excellent. While walking in a crosswalk with a "WALK" light flashing, my elderly mother was struck by a vehicle. My mother suffered a broken leg, along with other superficial injuries. After nearly 1.5 years of physical therapy, my mother is now able to walk reasonably normally, although much of the damage is permanent.
We engaged Sally Morin's lawyers to handle the claim. The attorneys and staff have extensive experience handling pedestrian-vehicle injury claims. The entire staff, including attorneys and paralegals, are all very competent and professional. All my mother was tasked to do was to keep the attorneys apprised of her recovery (e.g., appointments, outcomes, tests, test results, etc.), keep track of payments for items purchased to promote her recovery and/or to allow her to live in a house with limited mobility (e.g., wheelchair rental, crutches, bathroom modifications, exercise bicycle, braces), and to provide relevant documents (e.g., receipts, insurance documents). When the dust finally settleed, we were able to obtain the maximum settlement amount, based on the policy limits of the driver.
As an attorney myself, I wanted to make sure that my elderly mother was represented by attorneys who are experts in their fields, and who are thorough and detail-oriented. Bassma has been representing my family quite sometime now. She has quickly become what I would consider our family lawyer. Most recently Bassma represented me in a motor vehicle accident case. She is incredibly understanding, helpful, and really takes the time to understand your needs and provide you the best quality of service possible. On 12/18/20 I was rear ended in a car accident. After 8 months of getting nowhere with the other party’s insurance company, I contacted Joseph Pourshalimy. He was empathetic and caring. I spent a week researching about a dozen employment lawyers in LA and OC and found Amy through a recommendation from another lawyer who I liked but who was conflicted out. Michael Simkin answered my desperate call, at 11am ON THE DAY before Thanksgiving. I am a 19 year, highly experienced real estate agent who rarely needs help in sales transactions. Yet, I found myself in dire need of legal help on my own personal purchase. Four other attorneys turned me away due to the imminent holiday or due to heavy caseloads. I found Mr. Simkin via a Google search. I read his reviews and I called him on a whim. After speaking for an hour, and after he made me laugh several times, I knew he was the attorney for me. I retained him immediately. For the remainder of the day he set everything aside to attend to my urgent case. My legal matter was settled in four weeks. Without having to attend an expensive mediation, and without arbitrating or litigating. He expertly knew how to get the job done in a way that gave me the best outcome, in the least amount of time, and in the most cost effective manner. Along the way, he gave me lessons in real estate law. He took opportunities to educate me, to provide me with options, and then to allow me to make the decision. What I appreciated most, was Mr. Simkin's ability to help me stay out of my own way. Being victimized (and I was), when I am a pretty tough person and real estate professional, was a hard position to be in. The situation had me emotional, angry, and wanting retribution.
