I found Ryan after I had a major issue with my landlord. He was mistreating me and the property. I thought I was doomed with no rights, but after I met with Ryan he explained to me that that wasn't the case. He went after my landlord and got me a major settlement and got me out of that filthy apartment. He is amazing. His team is amazing. I'll try to make this very long story short: my husband got hurt on the job, not once, but twice! After the first injury, we went through his company's clinic for treatment and physical therapy, then came the paperwork riddled with all sorts of legal terminology that was beyond our understanding. In the end, the company's medical team found him to be clear to return to his full work duties. However, this was not the case. He was still in constant pain but we thought we had no other option so he returned to work. I won't reveal the name of the company but it's a very well known food manufacturer and my husband's position was very physically demanding. Fast forward six months later, he's injured again. This time we weren't going to just go with whatever his company's team said. A very good friend of mine who is a Family Law attorney referred us to the Almighty Jessica Rafipour. I contacted her by phone, told her the basics of the situation and she scheduled us to come to her office to meet in person. Anyone who has had to go through a LEGITIMATE worker's comp case knows the stress and frustration you feel with all the paperwork, doctor appointments, therapy appointments, phone calls, etc. I stress LEGITIMATE because there are fraudulent claims out there and those claims are the reason why people who are LEGITIMATELY injured have to go through so much to be compensated. Worker's comp is such a long, drawn out process that just drains you daily. Your patience is truly tested when going through it. My husband and I thank God for Jessica Rafipour because she literally went above and beyond for my husband's case. She explained the way that the worker's comp process works. She explained all the paperwork we had received from his first injury. She kept us updated throughout the entire case. She made sure that my husband's surgery was performed by one of the top surgeons in California. Without Jessica, I don't know what we would have done. In the end, she got my husband's case settled for an amount that was more than what we were expecting. With my husband's first injury, we had no idea what to do except for what his company told us to do. That was a mistake. But with his second injury, it ultimately led us to Jessica Rafipour and we are forever grateful for it! Jessica Rafipour is very thorough with her work and what she does. For my first time in a situation like workers comp, she walked me thru every step of what needed to be done and what i should be expecting thru my situation. Gerald was patient (our case ended up not being as clear cut as we thought.) He would talk us through very confusing situations, was very knowledgeable. I would panic, he would call me to assure me it was going to be fine. He did that more than he probably was required but I was so grateful to have him in my corner helping us out. After I got into a car accident, I contacted the services of a law firm through word of mouth and it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made!!! They represented me so poorly that I had no choice but to look for representation elsewhere. I found amazing reviews online about the MOVAGAR & YAMIN, P.L.C. Law Firm and initially I spoke to another lawyer, Brian, who spent his own time hearing all the details of my case despite that he could not represent me just so that he could refer me to Steven who was a better match for my case. With all the odds against me in this case due to the lack of communication and misinformation provided to me by the first law firm, Steven did more than what I believe was necessary to get me what was justly deserved. He was very thorough, always followed up with every new detail in regards to my case, and responded quickly whenever I had questions or concerns. I cannot recommend his service enough!! My case finally came to an end after a long 2 years and I cannot express how thankful I am to have met Steven, if only he was my lawyer from the beginning then my hardships would not have been so tiresome!! Nick Movaghar and Steve Yamin were both amazing at everything they did to help me both emotionally and financially. Seriously, even when I asked them a million questions that were unnecessary… just because I was worried about whatever it was, they still handled everything so professionally and they were just really helpful with everything… the car accident, the shop I got my car repaired at, the hospital, the therapy clinic, not to mention ALL the paperwork and ALL the medical bills were handled properly and correctly. I highly recommend Attorneys Joshua Kopple and Michael Kopple to people who got hurt or discriminated against by others. Since the day I first consulted with Robert and Omar I felt a sense of ease and confidence. In that call, and every other thereafter, they conveyed understanding and compassion. I hired Robert Klein to represent me when I was rear-ended by another driver, totaling my vehicle and causing me injury. Mr. Klein and his assistant Jenny took the time to go over every piece of paper and how the law was applicable to my case, and advised me on the best way to move forward after things started looking grim. His office worked with other entities to ensure that I received as much as possible, in spite of the low reward. Mr. Klein is kind, professional, and keeps his word. I hope I never need an attorney's services again, but if I do need them, he will be my first call.

As many has wrote here, Robert was kind enough to give some advice for my small case. My case was too small for most lawyers to be interested in helping, but Robert didn't mind answering a few questions, and also mentioning a few facts that helped my case. Sean and his associates take a scary, horrible experience and make you feel that you can get through it. From the first day I met his associate Chris I knew I was in an office of people that are really caring. Sean Tabibian is an INCREDIBLE CRIMINAL ATTORNEY! With my head down, I found myself in trouble again not long after getting out of prison and getting off probation. I am in the 4th quarter of my case as pro se litigant. And time is running out. My case goes to trial March 4, 2019, and I am beyond exhausted. I had a telephone consultation with Mr. Eanet last week, and he was very responsive, reassuring, highly efficient, and got to the meat of my case, very quickly. It is unfortunate that I did not find him sooner. He has it! to secure a win in any simple/complex case. You can just tell when you are talking with someone that KNOWS how to win, and he does. If you want victory, he is the attorney to call. I could not afford to hire him because of the high retainer required when a case is so close to the trial date (4 weeks), but he did give me a referral to another attorney, and I should know soon if this attorney will be able to help me. Mr. Eanet is very professional, empathetic, helpful and beyond capable.

Ron Papell is an excellent personal injury attorney. My car insurance company was also the company for the party that totaled my car and injured me. An obvious conflict of interest which led me to conclude I could not get adequate court advocacy from my own insurance company, even though I was not at fault. As a teenager, I was in need of legal representation after having been in an auto accident that, over time, rendered me unable to use my dominant hand. With little to no parental presence or guidance behind me, I was leery of seeking representation from those who were eager to discuss their commission and fees; who saw easy financial gain when a young girl walked through their door. After doing extensive research and taking multiple interviews, Ron was without a doubt the clear choice and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to obtain his counsel. Ron was confident that he could help me and turned out to be exactly what I needed: a no-nonsense, staunch, morally upstanding lawyer, who would adamantly fight for me. Though courtroom results proved to be only a small fraction of what it meant to have Ron on my side. Probably one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with. He really is a godsend. Originally, I had an older lawyer, and he was not doing a good job at all. Three years in court with no results. I fired him and Hired Richard. In less than a year Richard got the 4 unit apartment building transferred into my name that my mother had left me in her will. He really took it to the opposing council at trial. We are waiting for the Judge's decision now. I feel optimistic about the outcome. So glad he was recommended to me. He is worth every penny

I was referred to Richard by my mother’s previous attorney. When I called him, I needed a legal guardian for my elderly mother to make sure another family member was not pressuring her to do anything against her will. She needed objective legal advice and Richard provided her with that. We came to Richard in a time of emotional upheaval within our family. He explained everything to my mother in calm manner and took care of all the tedious work we just couldn’t handle. He made sure that my mother’s best interest was the focus of every document that came our way. Richard was able to work with my brother and I during a conservatorship proceeding regarding my mother. We were at conflict with her second husband. Richard was able to deal with my brother and I as we got emotional during the negotiations before we went to court. He helped us come to an agreement that was agreed to by both parties before the courts were involved. Richard also really seemed to be cognizant of the cost and in my opinion tried to keep it as low as he could for us. This was appreciated.

I went to The Tenants Law Firm and was introduced to Daniel. He was forthright regarding my case. I sent requested information. At a time I needed to talk with Daniel, he was there. Daniel is assertive, smart and absolutely cares for those he represents. I wasn’t ready at the time we met, but definitely am now and want very much to have Daniel represent me. I’ll keep you posted. First, I’d like to start off by saying that if I could give The Accident Guys 8 stars I would. I have never experienced so much professionalism and punctuality in my entire life. The lawyer that took on my case was Eliot M. Houman. He is the best of the best for the following reasons: 1. Eliot is a MAN OF HIS WORD. If Eliot says that he is going to do something, HE WILL. That is a priceless trait. 2. My accident took place in September 2016. Eliot scheduled me to see the investigator the following day after my accident. That is unheard of. 3. Eliot was very prompt! He answered all of my questions and returned all of my calls. I had many questions because I just moved to California from Boston and it was a very traumatizing experience. 4. He gave me updates about my case and took care of everything. He went out of his way to help me obtain the documents pertinent to my case. 5. He’s very honest. He walked me through my case and gave me great advice. 6. HE GENUINELY CARES ABOUT HIS CLIENTS! He frequently called me to ask how physical therapy was going. John is very smart and successfully have represented me in two different occasions with a couple accidents while riding my Vespas. In the beginning of this year I was unfortunately rear ended by a cab driver. A friend of mine had recommended to call John instead of just going through insurance myself and it was definitely the best decision I have made. Not only was he incredibly helpful but so was his staff. I had a great experience with Mr.Piibe from the first consultation in person to the end of the case. My immigration case was very complicated to a point where not many attorneys were interested in taking it. Mr.Piibe was the 4th attorney for me and the last one. He was very attentive to all the issues in the case, took very personable approach, made me feel he cared for me and the case, and not just another "case in the box". He took a deeper dive into it and worked very hard. He made sure the case was well prepared. Every time I contacted him with questions about the case he would get back to me right away and always with a lot of attention to all the details in answering. Due to his knowledge and diligence it got approved at the end. Highly recommend him, especially if your case is a complicated one.
