Upon meeting Mrs Larios I was immediately sure she was very Knowledgable with Immigration cases. The process is long but she explaines everything step by step. Mr. Sohigian represented our garment company against a claim that was both legally and emotionally challenging. He came up with an aggressive and creative strategy to defend against the claims, and was able to force the other side to dismiss its claims with prejudice – a complete victory! Throughout the case he was responsive and compassionate, always available to answer questions, discuss concerns, or explain what was going on. I give him my highest recommendation.

Mike Sohigian and John Birke won us a precedent setting preliminary injunction protecting us from the secondhand smoke assault of our neighbors. They parlayed this win into a settlement agreement that made our protections permanent, and they did so all at the expense of our hostile and negligent homeowners' association. These guys are the absolute best at what they do, and they fought as hard for us as the grievances we were suffering were their own. Highly recommended!

I have a great working relationship with Michael Sohigian. I had been injured and my case took a while to sort out, not his fault, but I was kept well informed and the results were better than expected. Was driving home after a dinner party and had a few cocktails earlier in the night. Was pulled over by two motorcycle cops. I wasn't speeding, wasn't driving erratic, etc.... I asked what did I do wrong to the officers? Ma'am ur tail light is out, are you aware of this. They asked me to get out take the sobriety test which I wouldn't have passed sober or not and to blow. To make a long story short I should've gotten a DUI but after hiring MELISSA I got a dry for my first time offense. It's unheard of that she got me this, BUT OH BOY SHE DID!!!! For all you drivers out there she is the lawyer to hire when faced with criminal charges. She is the real deal.

With the increasing complexity of often contradictory laws, it takes brilliance and very significant ingenuity to keep our legal system both fair and sensible. Hooman Kazemi is both brilliant and extremely skilled. In my case, he was able to change the charge against me from one that was unfair, to one that was factually correct and fair. He also negotiated a very fair and considerate resolution with the Prosecutor. Without his skill and thorough knowledge, I am certain that I would have been illogically and unfairly punished for a very simple and unintentional oversight. His identification and re-classification of the charge, in my opinion, showed an uncommon degree of knowledge and expertise. At age 61 as a manufacturer and exporter, I have worked with governments around the world and have never seen better legal counsel. His skill is uncommon, and his enthusiasm is phenomenal.

I was involved in an auto accident and was referred to Mr. Jeffery Wolf. From our first conversation I felt like I made a great choice in choosing to have him represent me. I met with Mr. Wolf at his office to discuss my case and sign paperwork. From that point on, I didn't have to do anything but answer the phone when he called to give me updates on how my case was coming along. He took care of everything all the way up until my case settled.
This was by far the BEST experience that I have ever had dealing with an attorney.

In March of 2008, my wife and I were involved in an auto accident. She was unhurt, but I sustained back injuries that required immediate and intense medical intervention and that will likely require periodic care for the rest of my life.
A peer recommendation led us to Jeff Wolf. My wife and I were impressed from our first meeting. Jeff was very clear and detailed in his assessment of the case, how it would likely proceed, hurdles we might encounter along the way, and the "most likely" range of the settlement. He clearly knew his way around such cases and was well-qualified to represent us.
But what else he brought to the table, and what was more important to us than legal know-how was his personal committment to us. He was genuinely concerned about the toll such an undertaking can have upon the participants. He was genuinely concerned about how we were, and not just about how the case was proceeding. My wife and I felt thast we were participating in the process, not just serving as spectators in the undertaking.
In the end, the case was resolved before trial, and the result was almost exactly as Jeff had predicted. We are certain that this was because Jeff knew the law and the ins-and-outs of such cases, and becaus he appeared to have a cordial and winning personal manner with "the other side".
No one should have to go throught this process. But if one must, to have a man like Jeff on your side makes the whole thing bearable, and ultimately worth the time and trouble.
Should we ever again need such counsel, we would go to Jeff without a moment's hesitation. Jeff is a fine attorney, and a very decent and likeable person. We are proud to count him amongst our friends.

I live out-of-state but I own a commercial property in California. In 2015, I needed an attorney to handle litigation with my property manager who was defrauding me by embezzling money he collected from tenants. I found attorney Natalya Byzova Kavanagh online. I hired her after talking with her on the phone, we never even met before I hired her, but I never regretted my decision. She is my attorney up to this date, and I used her for another legal dispute with one of my tenants, as well for any other real estate and general business needs. Natalya is great. She definitely knows her stuff, and she is very thorough when it comes to legal issues. She is always quick to return my phone calls or answer emails, she can answer my questions in a way that I can understand and she was always prompt and proactive in moving the case along. What I specifically like is that she is fair and honest with her bills. She would always advise me on the course of action most beneficial to me even if it meant less billable hours. I felt that she always had my best interests at heart.

When my father passed away he made my stepmother the trustee of his estate. Big mistake. Though I had been under the mistaken impression she was a decent and loving person, that turned out to be an illusion. David helped me right this wrong, and through mediation I received the estate my father had left to me and had his widow removed as trustee. David helped me get through an estate matter from 3000 miles away. I'm in Michigan, the case was in LA. I spoke with 5 different lawyers about my matter, David was THE only one I felt comfortable with.
David explained every step in the process, answered every and all questions I asked plus added input I had no idea about because of his experience.
