I own my own medical practice and recently needed to hire an attorney regarding an issue with one of my employees. I was referred to Mr. Ebriani by another attorney, I was able to schedule an appointment and meet with him at his office in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with my first appointment with Mr. Ebriani. He is very knowledgeable in this field and was able to start right away on my case, easing my mind and allowing me to move forward. After a few visits and much work on his part, the issue was resolved and all worked out for the better. I can not say enough about Mr. Ebriani's professionalism, he took all of my calls immediately, always on time and most important, got the job done quickly. when I got into a car accident - all I wanted was to go see a doctor to get rid of my back pain but not all doctors accept patients from a car accident. - I called Iris and she got me assigned to a doctor right away. The doctors she sent me were really good. She took genuine care of my health and checked up on me to make sure that the treatment was working.
No need to follow up with her - she is always on top of the case.
I'd hire her again - but hopefully I don't get into any accidents in the future :)

Alena handled my criminal case and did so brilliantly. I was extremely overwhelmed having been arrested and having no idea what to do next. A good friend suggested I call Alena. He told me that Alena was aggressive in court and had an ability to communicate with the prosecutors in a way that would benefit resolution of my case. Boy, was that true. The difference between Joshua and other attorneys is that Joshua actually listens, pays attention to and cares about you and the predicament you are in. He is genuinely interested in making sure Justice is served.
My case was very convoluted with thousands of pages of documents. Nobody could understand what the underlying problem was with my employer. However, after quickly reviewing my documents and having a meeting with me, Joshua knew every detail about my case including the wrongful actions of my employer. I wish I could give Mr. Barth more stars than five. He was very responsive from the beginning. As you can imagine, I was scared and didn't know who to turn to when I found out that I was named in a $2,000,000.00 lawsuit.
Give this man a cape, because he is a true superhero attorney.
Mr. Barth figured out right away that I should have never been named as a defendant in the case, but we still had to fight it. He clearly explained my options from the beginning and was thorough about what the worst outcome could be.
There were 4 serious charges against me, and Mr. Barth was able to get 3 of them shortly removed and the last charge was negotiated down to a $1,000 payment for me to be removed completely from the case.
I'm thinking, $1000 and I'm out, let's do it. However, Mr. Barth even got that removed and I was released from the case.
I recommend Jason Barth to all in need of a smart and tough negotiating attorney.

I would recommend Christine Kerian for couples who are going through a divorce and want to work things out outside of the courtroom. It's difficult to write a glowing review due to the context (a divorce) as it would sound a bit odd. That said, I did a lot of research before choosing Christine and she more than lived up to my expectations. She is very good at finding middle ground in a difficult situation and is good at bringing both parties back to the topic at hand and explaining the different facets.
If you're looking for someone who cares, she's it. She really does try to make things equitable and less painful for everyone. I can't say I'd recommend a divorce lawyer as that's a very hard place for anyone to be, but if you're in that situation, I'd say go this route with her instead of pointlessly fighting a battle that's already been lost. She'll make what's very difficult a bit easier. And that's worth quite a lot.

Josh was referred to me by another attorney.
Essentially my case revolved around a mid-2020 cancel culture event with my employer. This resulted in my wrongful termination along with Josh unpacking a number of other claims as we sifted through my almost four years of employment.
My understanding was that the employer, over the years, had mistreated me. Josh knew the law and precedents that tied to the mistreatment. The list of claims was long.
At its core, my case was about an employer that irrationally reacted to a troll site post on social media tied to a post from me. While the company had invited everyone to share ideas, because it declared it was open to receiving ideas, I posted a further sharing of conservative ideas. This did not suit the political views of the employer. Not only was I wrongfully terminated, but the employer also defamed me in the process.
After almost a year of pre-trial litigation, Josh was able to secure a very good outcome that resulted in an excellent economic settlement and resolution of non-monetary issues. Josh cared about my non-monetary issues and not just the financial settlement. That meant a lot to me

Mr Winter, by far, was the best lawyer I have ever dealt with.
Up until about 7 years ago, I had never worked with a lawyer. Then, I had a chance to work with several on many different cases. Mr. Winter stood out from all of our lawyers.
As soon as he was briefed on our situation, he knew exactly what course of action to take and laid out what steps we needed to do to move forward. He informed us on what he thought would occur through the course of our resolutions and everything that he had directed, worked out perfectly.
He was very good in terms of communication back and forth and I never felt like I was waiting to hear back. He was very responsive to our communication and worked with us to resolve our situation in a timely matter.

Mr. Stephen Bernard is as good as they get! I have had the pleasure of having him represent me on multiple cases. Without getting to much into detail about my cases, he is the type of attorney that gets you off of major felony cases without you even doing any real time. Our son was in a car accident and after a week of trying to deal with the Insurance companies long hold times and total run around, He took it out of our hands and handled it all. He was great to our 16 year old son and was a pit bull. The insurance company try everything to bully us but Stephen wouldn't have any of it. I can't express enough how much I appreciate having found Steve to help me through a very complex and difficult probate. My grandfather passed away without a will or trust and a lot of assets and children that completely dislike each other - it's been messy to say the least.
I've worked in the legal profession for over 20 years and was referred to Steve Grant by an attorney I work with, as I personally didn't know anyone who specialized in Probate Law. One thing about probate law is that the court mandates or sets the attorney's fees based off of the value of the estate. The fee is also paid from / out of the estate... so you don't pay by the hour, so if you're reading this - you're probably searching for a good probate lawyer and wondering if you can afford a really good attorney, and in a probate situation, it's really up to you, the individual (aka the administrator of the estate) to find the best possible attorney (for the set fee that the estate will pay anyways). Someone that will give you their time, attention and expertise...someone who cares... Well, I'm thankful to have found Steve and that's why I'm even taking the time to write this...

My specific case was related to a right foot injury where I had multiple surgeries, and reconstructive work performed.
