Thanks Foglight! T. Khan helped me with a traffic matter. I was driving and was arrested for a warrant which is a misdemeanor and he got it reduced to an infraction! Even though the DA was being really strict with me trying to give the max fine and penalty.. I'm not sure how you did it but thanks for being there for me!

I was so beaten down and depressed from the complex wrongful termination from my work, that it was difficult for me to explain to James what happened to me.

All I can say is Ms. Toubi is a star. Tenant/landlord disagreement that ran for 6 years. I was the tenant dealing with the most unreasonable landlord. I reported them to agencies and the landlord's attorney to The State Bar. No help whatsoever.
Enter Ms Toubi... how she could be in a room with these people I will never know. Despite outright lies from landlord's attorney to her, Ms. Toubi remained professional and on point. The best possible outcome came my way. I won despite the thug tactics of ownership, her management company and her attorney.
Ms. Toubi is smart, professional with an attention to detail. She laid out all possible scenarios and worked with me to resolve this matter. I get to move on with my life, and I have an attorney for life!

I was searching for an immigration attorney to help me with remove conditions on green card. I went to see 2 attorneys and they told me the same stuff that was on immigration website. Why should I spend money on attorney if I can just do it by myself???
Attorney Arnaout is very smart. She talked to meike a real person and understood what I went through with my ex. Atty. Madeline was very professional and compassionate for the eviction case against the tenants who used every attempt to delay the process.
The tenants used different tactics: covid, avoided service, uninhabitability, and bankruptcy twice. Each time she was able to defend and also, recoup for our losses, and win against the tenants.
When I was frustrated, she was reassuring and confident in our case, which reduced a lot of stress and fear due to the situation.
I am definitely, glad that I hired her and hopefully, never have this situation again, but would and have gladly referred her to others landlords that need help with eviction and were unsuccessful.

I was faced with a situation where my neighbor had unjustly built a structure encroaching on my property which jeopardized my property. I consulted with a prominent real estate attorney who told me that I had to incur 3 years of legal battles as well as around $100,000.00 of expenses with no certain positive outcome.
I was very much devastated, sad and desperate since I thought that common sense and justice should not put me in such a dilemma.

How often do you find someone that goes out of their way to help you never expecting anything in return. That is a First Class kind of Person. That person is Neil Popowitz at Freilich & Popowitz. They are a Real Estate, Land Use, Law Firm. The next day he was in touch with me. I didn't expect anything and was truly shocked when he contacted me.
I'm in another state New Mexico and have a problem with the small city we are in trying to make everyone hook up to the sewer they are about to put in. If you don't hook up they can shut off your water. In California the code is anything within 200'. I'm just over 200'. I will find out next week what it is in New Mexico. I was having a hard time making my son, a college graduate, see that the business deal he thought he had was not really there. So I arranged a consultation with attorney Neil Popowitz who, besides being an outstanding Real Estate attorney, also has an MBA and a lot of business law experience.
After the introductions Mr. Popowitz tactfully drew out my son to tell him his business predicament. Mr. Popowitz listened patiently, asked my son some key questions and gave us his opinion. My son paid close attention and so did I. At the end of our consultation my son clearly saw he did not have a good business proposition from "his friend". Another words, there was no real upside potential for him on the proposed deal. So he avoided making a potentially costly mistake. My son and I are sure there will be other business deals for him with real upside potential.

I got a referral to Asaf Agazanof through a friend who had used him for another Lemon Law situation. On the initial call he was able to understand the issue very well and asked for a few items to start the case. Within 2 weeks time he provide me with the documents he had submitted to the manufacture (German Car Maker). Less than 6 weeks later he had my settlement which was better than what I had expected. In late 2007 I was with a stockbroker from New York. At first everything seemed ok and then everything went bad very quickly. The agent was making unauthorized trades over $1,150,000 on margin when my account had about $ 240,000 in equity. I really did not understand what was happening. When I contacted Richard Stephens, He was very Professional and reassuring. Mr. Stephens. then reviewed the files, did his own investigation and found that the brokerage firm was using an unregistered securities firm, further that the brokers were involved in fraudulent activities and conduct. Mr. Stephens decided a course of action and filed a complaint with FINRA. During the FINRA hearings the brokerage firm was always late, witnesses not available and many other reasons to delay. Mr. Stephens was very aggressive in stopping these actions and bringing out what really happened. Mr. Stephens expertise and presentation to the FINRA hearing officers resulted in a positive outcome for me. From the start to the finish Mr. Stephens was always available and kept me updated at all times on what was happening. .I firmly believe that Mr. Stephens is a honest and fair man. As an Attorney it is my opinion that there is no finer or more capable than Richard Stephens. If I ever need another attorney, I will definitely contact Mr. Stephens. I recommend without any reservation Richard Stephens to any person who needs an attorney or legal guidance.
