Rachel Reich was my true hero! She was top notch!!! She is firm with defense. I could tell that she truly was looking out for my best interest. I LOVED how detailed she was as I never had to question what I needed to do and what was happening. She took the scariest part out of my situation which was the unknown.
The success of the team is definitely inspired by Jonathan Dichter, the founder. He is very compassionate and his calmness and kindness helped tremendously in the beginning. My family and I were highly anxious and scared and his demeanor helped calm that down so we could make a quality decision.

It’s been many years since I called Teri in sobbing because I was 3 days from losing my house to auction and didn’t know what else to do. She took me on, cared for me and saved me. She held my hand through the whole process with patience and kindness, never judgement. She filled me in on everything that was going to happen and how we should approach it. We were in contact just about daily through the process. She’s so caring and compassionate, you feel like she’s truly your advocate. She REALLY knows her way around bankruptcy laws and what the process is going to be like for your situation. She was right about everything including what the judge would ask me about at the end. I could not have asked for a better angel in my time of need. I really don’t know what I would have done without her or how bad life would have been. I decided to write this review years later because I wanted to refer someone in need to her. I should have written this long ago.

When searching for a bankruptcy attorney I literally just picked a person out of the long list of attorneys. It must have been a kismet! I am not an easy person as I tend to avoid and procrastinate. And yes, this is a daunting process to get through. While working with Teri I was immediately impressed by her crisp business-like approach. Last year, I found myself in legal trouble due to a poor decision and unchecked mental health issues. Initially, I faced felony charges in superior court, and in a panic, I contacted multiple attorneys. What stood out about Brandon was that he took the time to review my case without pressuring me to hire him, offering an honest consultation on what he thought would happen. Other attorneys were more focused on securing my business, with one even suggesting I might face a lengthy prison term if I didn't hire them immediately.
Fortunately, the County dropped the felony charge, but then the city filed charges. I reached out to Brandon, who agreed to represent me. Understanding my financial situation, he reduced his fees and offered a manageable payment plan. We also agreed that I should seek treatment for my mental health, and Brandon worked tirelessly with the court system to find a solution that accommodated both my needs and the court's requirements.
Though the process took some time, Brandon successfully argued for a full dismissal, despite the court's initial hesitation. The city did not object, largely due to Brandon’s strong argument. I am deeply grateful to Brandon for making this experience as stress-free as possible. Even when I experienced panic attacks and anxiety before the hearing, Brandon reassured me with his confidence and competence.

So I had gotten into a query with a big company trying to take thousands of dollars from me, I knew it wasn't right from what I had done previously to take care of this, I got a 30 minute consultation from Brandon (probably was longer) and it saved me those thousands of dollars, he was able to reasure me on the steps I took were right, able to tell me what to ask the people for quality information and point me in the right direction which led to alot of money saved. I feel very fortunate to have met Kokie through my son who asked the Senior Project Manager of the utility company which he worked for for a referral. The Project Manager had utilized Kokie's services for utility right-of-way negotiations.
I needed someone to complete my father's probate action that had stalled. It was a very complex probate that involved the sale of real property. When I first met with Kokie, she volunteered to pick up the case file from the previous attorney. Kokie immediately took charge of my father's estate and through her legal expertise and knowledge she reworked a complex and lengthy Purchase and Sale Agreement that led to the successful sale of the real estate. That was the "easy" part.
Next, she worked to create an equitable solution to the Asset Distribution process. Kokie communicated with each of my five siblings and proposed a TEDRA agreement that allowed some of the remaining real estate to remain with some of the family while the others received their share in monetary value. She then connected me with an outstanding CPA who worked out the dollars and cents and the capital gains issues of the distribution.
Oh, and also during this process, I hired Kokie to create our wills and Community Property Agreement. I then referred three of my sisters to Kokie to have their wills and directives drawn up as well. Kokie is a very sensitive woman that worked with compassion and professionalism in helping my sisters.
I could go on an on. I will say that if you only want an attorney to hold your hand, then don't hire Kokie. She is an aggressive, intuitive and knowledgeable lawyer who will take charge of your legal needs and work with diligence and efficiency in seeing them through to resolution.
In closing I would like to say that I have made a friend for life in Kokie and will most certainly call on her in the future for all of my legal needs.

I was referred to Mr. Lee through a lawyer referral service. After describing my case to him over the phone, which I took to be my initial (free) half hour consultation, he invited me to meet with him at his office to discuss my legal situation in more detail. I did so and went into depth with him about a civil action the State was taking against me along with related potential criminal charges from the County Prosecutor. Mr. Lee spent over two and a half hours studying my documents, asking case related questions of me while answering my own for him. He provided me with good legal advice and helpful information while demonstrating genuine interest in my personal outlook as well as the health and wellbeing of my family members, given our unusually demanding living situation. To my amazement, Mr. Lee charged me nothing for his time but simply stated that he’d take my case if I should eventually face charges.

Peter took over my estate case when I felt the judge was not giving my another attorney the proper respect. I'm sure the judge was doing what he felt was correct in giving the plaintiff every chance, but the judge stated one thing had been overlooked. Peter worked with my other attorney and calmed things down with the judge. He predicted the outcome of the bench trial exactly as the it came to be. The case was previously overworked and Peter broke it down into the simple case it was. At trial, the judge listened to the plaintiff's case, and then dismissed the case prior to listening to our case and reimburse me for legal expenses. What I appreciated the most was how Peter knew what would happen and where he needed to put his effort. I only wish I would have listened to him abut ignoring the "noise" (as he put it) rather than over working my responses. He did an excellent job in watching out for my interests and in guiding me.
