I recently contacted this law firm to present my case and to find out whether or not Attorney McCain handled cases as mine - when I reached their office, i spoke with a gentleman by the name of Shawn Carter. When i tell you that i was highly impressed and beyond satisfied with my phone interaction - there are not enough words in our English vocabulary to describe truly how impressed I was with my phone interaction with Mr. Carter. Mr. Carter exemplified superb listening skills, compassion, empathy and his follow-up and follow through was simply impeccable. I am a firm believer that who a business, company, etc has on their "front lines" of their business representing them can do 1 of two things Make the business and company stronger, better and more efficient or destroy and tear down a company and business from the way they are conducting themselves and representing the company they are employed with and for me, Mr. Carter truly out shines and rank them all - it is my hope that Attorney McCain knows what an asset he has in Mr. Carter and the way Mr. Carter interacts on the phone with me truly helped me and although Attorney McCain wasn't able to be the one to assist me with my case, I felt it necessary to make my post of my phone interaction and experience with Mr. Carter and say, "Thank You Mr. Carter, May GOD bless and keep you and your family always."

You all wrong I had Jeffrey Y and they did their job I had internal injuries and a closed head injury and a spine injury and broken bones that I had to have surgery to fix and at least they are not tommy Dunaway and Teresa Dunaway and Howard that took $50,000 dollars from me for attorneys fees for my wreak in Merritt truckings dump trunk in 2001 on Oct 8 when they closed my case in November 2004 to say they least and with all that my family was destroyed on old Laurens road in greenwood SC where Teresa dunaway Howard residence is located in greenwood county make sure of who your attorneys are every one is not your friend when it comes to lawyers
I also used this office to and I am also being harassed constantly for being disabled even now all through the Internet and greenwood county and Abbeville county and Anderson county all in sc and tommy Dunaway and Teresa Dunaway Howard both have caused problems between my family and me and my son Danny L Kilgore jr

I hired Mr Bushway to represent me for some major felony charges that threatened to take me from my family for quite a long time. I was still incarcerated when I retained Mr. Bushway, and had been denied bond due to being from Florida. Mr bushway worked with my family’s budget, and allowed us to make payments on the total balance. Within a week of retaining Mr bushway, he not only got me a bond hearing, but got my bond approved, and set at a reasonable price. I was able to get out and get back to work. Shortly after, I was arrested in Florida on some unrelated charges, and I had to serve 2 years in Florida prisons. When I was arrested, I had not finished paying Mr bushway, and he had every single right to drop my case, due to my new arrest and my failure to complete payments. Not only did he inform the courts of my situation, and stop them from putting out warrants, he waited until my release and my first court date after being released from Florida DOC, Mr bushway was able to get the worst of my charges dismissed, and time served on the rest. Mr Bushway was able to get my case resolved in a way I never would have imagined, and he did all of this without even knowing for sure when I would finish the last payment. This goes to show you his true character and his immense compassion for his fellow humans. He cared more about getting me the best possible outcome, than he did getting the rest of his money. And yes, I did pay him immediately after court, because that is how he makes a living, and he deserves so much more than I can even begin to offer.
Mr Bushway did his absolute best for me, and he fought for my freedom. He is absolutely the best choice for a defense lawyer, and also an amazing human being. Thank you Mr Bushway, and god bless you always!

Tracey Dellacona was a bulldog for us. She immediately spoke up on our behalf when the situation called for it. She knew her business as well as our business. I felt that even though Tracey was a very busy business woman, she always made time to listen to us....especially me as I was very apprehensive. She was amazing! She appeared to be a southern lady but when she opened her mouth you never knew what was going to come out other than the truth and then the way she presented the truth was most impressive. I was grateful that she was my lawyer and not the lawyer up against us. I appreciated how she held nothing back. Tracey's personal appearance was most impressive as well. I highly recommend this attorney. He represented me in a car accident case last year in Oconee County. The insurance company initially did not want to pay much more than my medical bills and was giving me the run around. Mr. Haskell promptly filed a lawsuit and was able to get a great result for me at a time when my family and I needed it the most. He always returned my calls promptly and worked very hard on my case.

John has represented me in two at fault accidents with the same professional,

After trying to take care of my father's estate and will when he passed on, I discovered that both of my parents' wills were not done correctly the first time and outdated. I gave my mother's will to Mr. Bowen and he wrote a new one that was very detailed and fixed the error in her will that had existed in my father's will that created so many problems. I was so pleased with his work that I asked him to write my husband's and my will. He made the process less intimidating and worked with me over the phone and e-mail so that I did not have to take time off work to go into his office while discussing the details. He wrote all three wills in a very short amount of time. I would recommend him with no hesitations.

Philip is wonderful! He was incredibly responsive to all of my questions (by email, phone, and in person) and he actually listened. I'd had a consultation with another lawyer before I met Philip, and he I either didn't listen or chose to ignore some of my questions and concerns. Philip never rushed or talked down to me. He patiently answered all of my question (and I ask a lot of questions!), which allowed me to trust him and believe that he truly had my best interest at heart. He even offered to talk to my parents to alleviate any concerns they might have had (I'm well over 18, by the way; they were just being nervous parents). It's been a couple years since Philip settled my case, and anytime I hear anyone bemoaning their experience with a lawyer, I reflect on my experience with Philip and thank God that I found someone with such a good and patient heart. The fact that he settled my case for a significant amount was great, but even if it had been less, I would re-hire Philip again in a heartbeat; though of course, I hope to never require his services again.

I hired Mr. Thames for a serious traffic charge (DUI). While handling this case another unfortunate event lead to another traffic charge (Driving without a valid license). Both charges could have effected my employment greatly. Mr. Thames helped me immensely on a professional and personal level. He made sure everything dealing with the court was handled although I was out of state and lead me through the court process so I would understand everything that was going on. In the end one charge was reduced drastically to a small fine, the other charge was dropped and my arrest records were restricted.
