Spoke to a lady on the Phone who was Very RUDE TODAY 12/27/2024 @ 1625 hours. I called to speak to a Lawyer or someone For consultaion and she said oh you the one who hung up which I didnt & lost service while im currently still in the Hospital. She stated “ oh your the one who called and was VERY RUDE AND NASTY” and she hung up the phone on me.. not nice service at all.

Mr. Robert Dallas is absolutely FANTASTIC! He came highly referred from a friend that I trust with my life. I was not even sure I actually had a case. Mr. Dallas was extremely efficient, and held my hand from point A to point Z; Making everything so easy for me. For the most part, I sat back and he did all the legwork. My surgery was denied by the insurance company, but that's when he quickly started to "make the magic happen". One month later I was getting my the much needed surgery on my shoulder, after being rear ended. And EXACTLY ONE MONTH AFTER THAT, I received a check for the FULL AMOUNT that the No Fault Insurance would allow. I could NEVER expect things to move this fast. The level of expertise and professionalism I experienced can not be matched anywhere in my opinion. I would use Mr. Robert Dallas for all Person Injury matters, 100 out of 100 times! The law office is fine, but Lorraine is a nasty employee who makes the entire experience unpleasant.
After paying for over 50% of the fees well before my meeting, I then had a $2,000 balance. I had one more meeting and asked to have $1,000 charged with a balance due of $1,000 at the final meeting.
Jennifer marched and demanded payment in full...leaving me wondering why would any firm demand full payment with more work to be completed and why would the firm approve of her strong arming me. A little compromise goes a long way Lorraine, with many of attorneys out there with lovely staff I'd rethink recommending this firm.

If you’ve ever had any experience with getting arrested, spending time in jail till a judge hears your case and allows you to leave, following up with further court dates, as well as the implications of all these occurrences - it can be incredibly overwhelming and rather difficult to keep a straight head throughout.
That is ofcourse NOT the case if you’re able and/or fortunate enough to find yourself a lawyer who genuinely gives a damn about what might happen to you - and legitimately knows her way around the court room & the legal system.
And so, try as I may - but I simply struggle to adequately express how immensely grateful I am to Serena Townsend for how swift, professional, honest, and KIND she was with me throughout the entirety of my case.
I often would display very palpable stress in the face of this ordeal - but she kept me on the straight, and was very patient with me when she had plenty of reason not to necessarily be so patient…

Two kids; one house; one dog; and a divorce. It wasnt that complicated but to her it was the end of the world… ww3 and it had already been going on for years when I first hired Mr. Salamone. To Say I should’ve hired him first as an understatement. I had my first lawyer, because all he did was talk about how much he “saw” in my case and how much he could fight and get for me. In the end, it just cost me money. Salamone is different. What it is he always showed how he could get me out of this with my shirt still on my back. I highly recommend him. He didnt get this successful giving out bad advice. You dont always have to fight to win you just have to be smart about things and listen to good advice. Listen to this lawyer you wont be sorry
