My experience with Shapiro Legal Group PLLC WAS GREAT. I must say the representative that called me was very nice and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process and explained in detail how everything went from here. There's no amount of money that could buy out the suffering with headache's and everything else that goes along with the tumor, but the people (same people who made some COVID injections) (Pfizer) let millions of women get the Depo- Provera shot for over a decade while neglecting to label the side affect that it could cause brain tumors. At least they could do is compensate/ Settle out of court with us women who did develop a brain tumor due to their negligence

Really 4.5 stars. Through 4 years (all while I was overseas) of estate discovery, filings, depositions, delays and litigation, I am very appreciative that I had Regina (and her firm) as my advocates through a very stressful and frustrating process. I think Regina knows the law backwards and forwards, is very personable and I always appreciated her steadfast manner, experience & beliefs about how the system really works. We locked horns occasionally as I can be idealistic while she probably saved me a couple of more years of litigation and a good chunk of money.

Andrew Luftig was recommended to me by my broker for my home purchase in Manhattan. I worked with him, Tara, and a few others on the team. I did find other firms with lower pricing, but felt that Andrew had a keen grasp on the real estate market in NYC and would provide me with the best guidance throughout the process... this turned out to be true. Andrew and team were super responsive, answered all of my questions, coordinated well with the bank and worked to close quickly on my property. Will definitely use them again for my next purchase!

Approved Work Permit, Travel Permit and Green Card! got the work permit in a couple of months. Same couple of months to get the travel permit. Thank you! Evellyn was our case manager. She wss kindl she gave a lot of information. She got back to us when she said she would. Great knowledge ofthe law and rules. Crossed th T's and dotted the I's, she did. Front office also giave me information I needed to know.I definitely feel they all cared about my family and my life. I liked the consistency about working with you the most. I reached out to Cari for legal assistance after my ex-husband served me with expanded demands for an out-of-state visitation agreement for our teenage daughter. At the time, I had full physical/legal custody and my daughter was against the proposed travel schedule.

After leaving two different lawyers, I literally needed to pray to God for helping me to find a responsible lawyer! Melissa is His answer for me. First of all, Melissa respects her profession - she realizes that it is a SERVICE to the clients that many lawyers do not realize nowadays. She reads, analyze, and remembers the information so that she does not need the client to re-tell the stories over and over again. Many lawyers nowadays would just refuse to share the headspace to keep their clients' information, so the clients have to pay to re-tell the information over and over again. She presents the facts accurately in court and manages to capture the judge's attention and respect. Her staff are friendly and professional. While all these are great legal services, there is something that Melissa does as well - she cares! She actually cares about the clients and makes the effort to provide more information so that she can empower the clients to make their own decisions. I would definitely recommend her to everyone!

I reached out to Attorney Jordan's Office and left a Message. She soon returned my just to let me know that she wasn't able to help me with recovering a Judgment. But, what she did do was advised me of some resources that would allow me to get the help I needed. She spoke to me for close to 1 hour about my issue, and although I offered to pay her ...she instead told me what she would do and suggested that I follow up on my own. I have never experienced an Attorney turning down money...I was given direction, complete with numbers to resources that will assist in handling my needs..
She will be my attorney for my elderly legal needs. Attorney Jordan will be the first Attorney I will consider for all NYC real estate needs as well.

I cannot thank MLG enough for their exceptional support during my O1A visa process. I reached out to them under a tight deadline, and while most other lawyers I consulted doubted it was possible to meet it, Rakhel at MLG assured me they would do their best. I had been seeking advice from Rakhel for nearly six months before officially engaging their services, so I felt confident that she would truly put in her best effort. I remember telling her after the first call (where she assesses if your profile is ready or not) that I felt a lot more confident going into the process than I did before.
Once we began, I worked closely with Anda on Rakhel’s team, and I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive lawyer! Anda and I communicated daily for two months as she diligently worked on my case. I can’t speak highly enough of her. She was incredibly thorough, clear, polite, and encouraging, all while being remarkably efficient. Leta represented me during the 2022-23 process of an uncontested divorce. Even though my ex spouse and I were amicable, it was still a very difficult time as we navigate through the details of children's custody and alimony. I was the spouse who had more to lose from financial sense and Leta listened to my concern and helped me legally navigate a fair outcome. She was always responsive and really took the time to explain the divorce process, and the "why's' behind each statement in the divorce paper as we drafted it. She even gave me tips on how to approach talking to my ex as we negotiate. She took the time to listen and I was really impressed with how empathetic she was. I did not like some of the other lawyers who had personalities to be "out to get my ex". I was trying to move forward amicably but still makes sure my interests were protected. Leta was very upfront about how long a divorce process in NYC due to backlog and estimate that from filing separation to judge decree, it would take 1 year. She was spot on (illustrates her experience and honesty to not sugar coat). Overall she's made the most difficult process in my life bearable. I felt like my outcome was fair/expedient and fairly charged. I also want to compliment her paralegals who were so prompt in all their responses. Anytime I wanted to talk/email I always heard from them in less than 1-2 BD max. I've actually recommended her to another friend of friend who's seeking divorce too.

Collaborating with Adam and his assistant Ishwar made a horrible incident in my life turn out sooth and effortless and I am BEYOND grateful! Honestly, as a person who would have never thought I would’ve needed a lawyer, I dont know how things would have turned out if it weren’t for Adam. He had called me at the right time to take on my case. I was doing alot of calling around town and had just gotten off the phone with one lawyer who had zero confidence in herself , gave me no hope, and was absolutely no help. Well, let me start off by saying Mr Prestia is the best Lawyer I could have asked for, was recommended to him through a family member. As soon as I walked in for the consultation I knew he would be the perfect lawyer to take on my case. He knew and said from the beginning that it would be hard to prove my innocence knowing what they had against me but even with that information he told me he would fight till the end and that is exactly what he did. He did it all quickly too never had a single problem when going into the courtrooms and speaking with the DA he sorted everything out for me all I had to do was tell the DA what happened that day of the incident. We met with the DA once and that first time it didn't go so smoothly they were not going to give me a plea bargain, he told me to not worry and that he would speak with them to try to get me another meeting with them and he did that exactly, ended up speaking with them and ultimately we settled with a plea bargain. no criminal record only a violation. No lawyer I know would have tried to fight this that much and get me another meeting with the DA for a second time what was most likely going to happen was going to trial but Mr Prestia was set on not taking this to trial since it could go 50/50 in favor or not in favor of me. Thankfully in the end it all worked out and the charges were dropped after taking the plea bargain. No criminal record is what he wanted to achieve for me and that's exactly what we got. I really do recommend this lawyer to anyone who is in need of one, Mr Prestia is really understanding. If I ever need a lawyer in the future I'm definitely coming to him first.

Finding an attorney to fight for you the way you deserve to be fought for is not an easy feat. That was my first experience before meeting with Mr. Prestia, as a young black latino from the projects looking to get justice from the NYPD.
The task seemed impossible but the raw experience and passion Mr. Prestia has had for me and my case has put me in a place of gratitude, peace, and closure.
When hiring Paul, understand that you are getting someone who is relentless in seeking you relief and resources for whatever nightmare you’re going through. Paul would answer any question at any time of the day/night, and would always check in at some point to update me about my case or my thoughts on certain matters pertaining to my case.
He also took out the necessary time to reach out to journalists, in which he was able to tell my story to the world and get the right attention to my case so the right people can support me.
Due to this, we were able stay on the same page throughout my case and get the results needed to truly say I was able to get a form of justice that has helped me move past some of my traumatic experiences and look forward to my life.

Kimmel and Silverman were outstanding. They were extremely informative from start to finish. They made sure to keep me updated as the process moved along and advised me as each offer was made and allowed me to make informed decisions on my case. What a great experience! I was at my wits end trying to get help for my new vehicle issue. It's a hard pill to swallow when you come to a point where you must debate on whether you should file for bankruptcy or not. After weighing all possible options, I decided to file and was referred to Robert Fox. It had started as an initial phone call with quick questions regarding your income, your debt and your expenses. This is what they call the Means test. After answering all the questions, I was told I was a "good" candidate to file. We then proceeded to schedule a future date to talk again going into further details about my debt and expenses. What was really nice for me was i asked if we should talk over the phone or meet in person. Robert said it was my preference and really didn't mind if I chose either way. He understood that people were busy and couldn't always make time to travel to his office. However, he did suggest that meeting in person would be more personable. That right away made me feel a bit more relieved during the process. It gave me a sense of security in knowing he wanted to do his job and do it right. And if it meant putting a face to a file, then i was all for it.
On my office visit, I was greeted by Iris at the front desk. (Please pay attention to her. She is another instrumental person in the process). Very pleasant and nice lady. After meeting with Robert and getting all the things done during our discussion, Iris gave me papers to look over and sign and gave me my list of things to do over the next couple of days. She also told me she would be in contact with me from time to time til my hearing. And in the days leading up to my hearing, she always gave me detailed instructions on everything and anything. Don't worry, Robert was always available for me whenever I had any questions.
Now one thing before I end my review. You, as the client, must do everything asked of you by Robert and Iris if you want the whole process to go smoothly and without a hitch. If you do your part, and do it right, they can do theirs correctly.
