I hired Mr. Nath about a year ago because of a tax matter I had with the IRS.
I had very little hopes and possibilities to succeed were less than good.
Mr. Nath, however not only handled this matter in great details, but he also strategized finding the best way to approach each step minimizing risks while ensuring proper and effective communication to the appointed IRS officer in charge of my case.
He went beyond every expectations: he diligently and passionately fought for my rights, he implemented course of actions that resulted successful in order to satisfy my matter and mostly he did all of it without causing any stress for both sides.

After attempting to work directly with the insurance companies and getting nowhere, working with Sethi and Sledd was one of the best decisions I could have made. Once it was in their hands I did not have to worry about any of the details and they were able to resolve my claim quickly. I highly recommend both Gobind and Samantha. They are both compassionate and caring Lawyers and a pleasure to work with. Maria their office manager was also very effective at keeping me in the know and handling any documents along the way.

I decided to choose Mr. Hirsch after seeing his reviews online and the amount of success he has brought to his clients in the past. Brian is a knowledgeable, experienced, humble, trust worthy, and a patient lawyer to work with. Through out the entire last year, Brian has never failed to satisfy me by giving me information I needed to be prepare ahead of time. He would answer my questions, file all documents, give me head up all in a timely manner. During mediation, I was Uncertain and unaware of many issues which that he patently explained to me until I was Satisfied with his answers. He gave me examples of similar cases and success rate which put my mind at ease. I am very happy with my divorce settlement agreement regarding custody, visitations, support, assets division, property division, etc. I was saved the hassle to go to trial and by having a successful mediation. Brian is not only persuasive, knowledgeable yet an firm attorney, he also charges a very reasonable price. This combination is hard to find and I was lucky to have that benefit. Brian is calm, keen, and fair. Going through a divorce is horrible and having an attorney that one can trust completely is key. ” I hired Christopher Findlater to help me with a car accident issue that wasn't my fault. I was concerned that I would lose everything because I didn't know where to start, but after a few meetings with Chris, he helped me sort everything out. I was visiting from out of state when an incident occurred that left me in need of legal assistance. After reaching out to several area professionals and repeatedly being told that my situation didn't warrant their help, I was feeling hopeless. I decided to make one more attempt to seek aid and it was attorney Findlater who picked up the phone. I again told my story believing I'd be turned down, but he listened. He heard what I had to say and understood my concerns, and more importantly, he believed I had a valid complaint. From that day on he worked very hard for me and he never gave up. In the end, we were able to successfully settle my case with relative ease. I had found Danielle while searching for a divorce attorney online. I was impressed with her reviews and the outstanding results she had performed for her clients over the years. The amazing part is that her performance is supreme yet her charges are very reasonably priced compared to many other attorneys and that is very difficult combination to find in a successful attorney for any client. I have been working with Danielle on my divorce case since Dec 2018. For any challenging and Unusual circumstances during this time, she has never failed to promptly respond to my messages, emails and phone calls. She has always explained to me throughly the steps we will be taking in the process so I was always up to date. She has always kept my mind at ease by providing mental support as well as preparing the correct documents, submitting them, being in touch with my former husband’s attorney all in timely manner. while this is the most draining and difficult time for anyone going through a divorce, I knew I could ask her anything and I will be answered shortly after. Danielle is great! I recently finalized my divorce which lasted about 1 year. From my first interaction with her, she was very attentive to my wishes and understanding of my hopes. She was direct with me when my ideals were not realistic yet patiently willing to work with me if I was still determined to stay a certain course. She listened to me when it was just she and I and fought for me when she interacted with opposing counsel. She’s articulate, sharp, knowledgeable, intuitive and most importantly, honest. I was referred to Hirsch & Ehlenberger by a family friend in early 2017 to handle my divorce. Among the attorney's I met and worked with, was Sharon Pederson. During the course of the divorce proceedings, which is of course a very tumultuous time, Sharon took the time to answer all of my questions regardless of how big or small they were, and was the calming voice when times were stressful. Sharon was very responsive to phone calls and e-mails and provided many options to me and also listened to my viewpoints on how to proceed during the course of my divorce.

Sharon worked alongside my primary lawyer, Brian Hirsch. The case involved my ex suddenly stopping spousal support with out going through the courts and then suing me to stop support altogether. She was my main point of contact and did most of the research thorough discovery. She was always available and supportive. Despite my complicated case, Carole significantly made progress towards a settlement by working with the opposing counselor and moving things forward. I was working with a different attorney and unfortunately, things weren't going anywhere for more than 6 months. Initially, Maryam seemed very convincing and helpful. My family and I approached her for assistance with a garnishment, and she repeatedly reassured us that it could be easily resolved. She even expressed a “strong feeling” that she could “get rid of this” for us. After encouraging us to pay her, we did so, but then she went silent for two weeks. In our growing concern, my family and I reached out to her for an update. She finally responded, telling us there was nothing she could do and that she was overwhelmed by the two calls and two text messages we had sent. She then sent an email stating that she was no longer taking the case and wished us the best of luck. We paid $1,200 for no service or resolution. Please be cautious when choosing someone to represent you—this experience felt like a marketing scam.

I had a consultation with Lee Bertlik to discuss a threat I received for a completely frivolous lawsuit. I wanted to explain the situation, bring all documentation, and get an honest assessment as to whether I should be concerned whether or not this meritless suit could potentially be a serious headache and attempt at just getting me to spend a lot of money for a case that would, no doubt, be dismissed.
Lee listened to me; he asked the right questions; and confirmed my assumptions that the other attorney threatening a lawsuit had no legal bearing to do so. I felt so much better after our consultation, at least knowing that 1) What I assumed was validated; and 2) If I receive further threats against this attorney, I know who to call and who will be able to help me put a stop to the nonsense and abuse to our legal system. Lee worked quickly and was able to get it dismissed by dismantling the entire case through an email before things progressed beyond the initial complaint. In addition, he managed to seal the case from the public in order to protect my privacy.

An individual with a history of physiological issues; well-beknown to us; suddenly decided without cause to take to online websites and commit several acts of harassment, libel, slander, and defamation of several of our family members and their businesses. This individual shamelessly created countless fake online personas and launched a smear-campaign to hurt us with no provocation from us whatsoever.
I hired Lee Berlik and his partners to assist us with this complicated case spanning multiple states clear across the country and ultimately requiring filing of a lawsuit in US Federal court. Lee and his partners thwarted this individual's several failed attempts to evade process servers and brought the individual to justice. They managed to do so by working with a wide network of private detectives and process servers across the country, and after having done so successfully, subpoenaed web-hosting companies to bring the individual's nefarious online activity into light.
Through their continued counsel and strong understanding of the complicated federal/local legal systems, we were able to get the resolution we sought to include removal of the perpetrator's fake online posts about us and our businesses, and furthermore obtain protections above and beyond what the courts alone were willing to grant. Robert (Bob) Dain and his partners at his firm handled my case (foreclosure resulting in subrogation claim filing Breach of Contract) in a professional manner and I didn't feel like he was 'riding the clock' so to speak on my case. EXPERIENCE MATTERS.... The plaintiff in my case was hoping for easy picking but Bob and his firm was able to blow it out of the water causing the Plaintiff Attorney to request a non-suit (Dismissal without Prejudice).

I am an independent consultant in Northern Virginia with an LLC and have had Jeff review a few contracts.
He is excellent at communicating and is very responsive. When I email, he responds rapidly. When he says he'll get back to me at a certain time, he does. When we need to have a call, it is easy to schedule time.
