Morgan and Vincent have been great to work with. Their professional competency was clear, but moreover I appreciated their responsiveness and ability to understand and translate my personal concerns into something legally effective.

Ms. Fait is the absolute worst attorney. She represented me and was unethical, dishonest, she literally lied to me soo much. I had a custody case with my husband that had been going on for years and I needed a strong attorney and I thought I had found that when I read the google reviews for Fait & Dilima. I figured out that they are just dishonest and willing to do whatever it take to "win." The only issue was that they had me lie in my case and they literally didn't read their previous motions and their new motions said a different story. I ended up losing my case for a number of reasons and all of them point back to Ms. Fait and her team! 1. She had me lie and told me that it was fine and that I had her 2. The judge and the plaintiff's attorney pointed out the inaccuracies in the stories based on the motions alone as the stories didn't match up! All of that is Ms. Fait and her firms fault! 3. Ms. Fait & her team did not prepare me properly for court and the cross examination by plaintiff's counsel. I am a well educated individual and I should have never worked with her and her firm... They are grossly negligent and they simply do not care about their clients! It is all about the $ for her!

I would just like to say first and foremost it was an absolute pleasure working with Mr. Mercer. I had an old case from nearly a decade ago that I was looking to get expunged. Mr. Mercer always made me feel as though my case was a priority and he handled each and every obstacle we came across head on and with outstanding professionalism and just fine attorney work. I ended up getting my conviction turned into a probation before judgement (which negates the conviction) and a few months later the probation before judgment was expunged so not only was the conviction erased its now off my record completely. I would recommend Steve Mercer to anyone facing legal issues and I wouldn’t even consider working with any other attorney. Definitely one of the best and I am profoundly happy to have used his services.

Alex and his firm helped me with my third party custody case where I needed to gain De Facto Parentage. With myself being the third party and up against the child’s biological parents. The outcome was fantastic and I was up to speed on everything happening the whole way, along with the guidance on what exactly to do! The whole firm was always there and responding super quickly to any and all questions I had. Alex himself is an amazing person and does what’s right! If you’re looking for a lawyer this is the place to go!

I'll forever regret my decision to hire Barbara Jorgensen as my divorce attorney. I am still suffering from the repercussions. My divorce should have been simple. My ex had a warrant out for his arrest due to a crime against a neighbor. He also had priors and had engaged in many actions causing great risk to me. I'd just been diagnosed with lifelong critical illness but this was pushed into taking on the impossible. The economy had collapsed and the property (that the ex was afraid to go near) was severely upside down in value. He wasn't contributing towards the property payments, and left me with an unmanageable number of expenses that were his responsibility. Barbara Jorgensen ignored all of these circumstances. She even told me that types of support other divorcees were successfully arranging did "not exist" and that his crimes and lack of financial contributions were somehow irrelevant to his demands for money that did not exist. While she may have advocated for her clients back in 1985, both her skills and focus were very outdated decades later. She was often outright condescending towards me as her client and kept confusing my account for another client's who was delinquent in payments. She also told me I had no choice but to continue with tasks and expenses for superfluous actions from my ex's attorney whereas in reality I could have walled away or ignored most of it. It was well known that the mess drained my savings and left me in a literal long-term trap. As a final display of not caring about her clients, she even sent a disruptive and embarrassing younger attorney to court the day my ridiculous divorce agreement was filed. I was leery of most of her decisions but was going off of Washingtonian Magazine's endorsements. This is not an attorney who will advise to your benefit. This is the type of lawyer who still believes that attorneys are automatically respected and assumed to be brilliant, thereby giving them the ability to make up rules and advice that their clients won't question. This may have been the case in 1985 but certainly wasn't by then. With the immature JGL junior attorney solidifying my overall impression, I've steered friends and colleagues away from this firm ever since.

Audrey was great, supportive and reliable. each time i called she was responsive and i am thankful for her effort, she came to court about 10 time for my case and did not ask for any extra time cost which i think she did it because i had to pay a big amount of return to my client and she knew that was putting me in a tight financial situation and was the only way to get out of the mess, That to me is valuable in a person. Something we should know that i learned is lawyers work based on the document you have not your story, I was almost getting charges and being guilty because i pleaded guilty but i realized I have to dig into my document and send them to her which took my hours and days and when I sent them she started to organize them and send me things for correction and presented a great defense and finally from pleading guilty the case dropped and all charges to Null. Ms Creighton accepted my son very difficult case in which she knew was going to be a challenge.after a year of diligence and persistence my son was found innocent of all charges. I definitely recommend Raymond! He goes above and beyond with his clients. Raymond was extremely patient with me. He thoroughly communicated everything he was doing, and was attentive when I had questions. my experience was horrible. she doesn't take any kind of direction. her attitude is very "i know it all so just be quiet and watch the liz show". just to show up in court unprepared every single time, and lose every single time. DO NOT hire this woman you will regret it, guaranteed. I fired her, hired a new attorney and got back everything Ms Shaw loss, minus the thousands of dollars i wasted hiring her.

We recently won a lawsuit involving a dispute over our property line with MM&C's help. Michael Campbell was our attorney. He was the level-headed and logical person we needed to help us see through the complexity and emotions of the process. He helped us attempt to find a reasonable settlement and when that became not possible, he was extremely detailed-oriented, knowledgeable, and communicative as we prepared for trial. Audrey was great, supportive and reliable. each time i called she was responsive and i am thankful for her effort, she came to court about 10 time for my case and did not ask for any extra time cost which i think she did it because i had to pay a big amount of return to my client and she knew that was putting me in a tight financial situation and was the only way to get out of the mess, That to me is valuable in a person. Something we should know that i learned is lawyers work based on the document you have not your story, I was almost getting charges and being guilty because i pleaded guilty but i realized I have to dig into my document and send them to her which took my hours and days and when I sent them she started to organize them and send me things for correction and presented a great defense and finally from pleading guilty the case dropped and all charges to Null. Thanks again Audrey
