Family court is rarely a “good” experience. But even in the bad experiences, having Don to fight for you and your kids makes the bad times feel less heavy. He doesn’t fill your head with promises and is very honest about what can be done. He communicates with you about all possible outcomes and genuinely listens to your worries and makes sure you understand what is happening. SO thankful for everything you’ve done Don! My only regret is not finding him sooner.

Don helped me finalize my Divorce Decree in 2019. Also, he recently helped me when my ex husband filed a motion for more Parenting Time. David failed to appear for two family court appearances. David took advantage of a young father seeking legal counsel recently in Oakland County, Mi. I will be submitting a grievance regarding David accepting retainers without appearing, failing to call his client back, failing to appear in court, and overall being unfit to provide legal counsel/services in good faith. David, you told my son he would receive his full retainer back on Monday 8/19/24 for your failure to act as his legal representation. Where is his retainer? Call Jake back, answer your calls. Several red flags about David would be he doesn’t have a paralegal. A paralegal would make sure you are in court when you are hired to be there. David doesn’t return calls, texts or emails. Do not use David for your case he’s not acting in good faith & shouldn’t be practicing currently as an attorney. David you stole my son’s time and his ability to trust his own hired counsel. You should be ashamed wasting both parties time and money. I talked to you about your behavior on Monday 8/19/24, you told me my son is your best client…. Now people can read all about how you treat your “best client”. You need rehab. And I will make sure the bar association knows every detail about your treatment of my son.

My wife and I had a great experience with Attorney John Parnell. He helped us create a family trust. We had such a good experience with him, that we had my mom go see him as well. John was great at listening to what we wanted and also providing practical advice to us. The best part was how he explained every aspect of the trust to us. ALL of the recent changes to The Michigan No-Fault Insurance laws affect EVERY driver, as well as the Providers, especially regarding the coverage of medical costs of the catastrophically injured car accident victims.

I was involved in a terrible boating accident and was very hesitant to get an attorney involved. After meeting Brian McKenna, as well as his partners, my wife and I both felt very comfortable going ahead with their team and are very happy we did. They are caring, professional, honest and will do everything they can to obtain a good settlement.
In addition to their expertise, they also provided 3 primary experts for my case, a psychologist, ongoing care consultant, and video expert. Having access to these very competent outside experts was extremely helpful to my case. Brian was always available to answer questions and take strategy suggestions from my wife and I. He didn’t mind any question or suggestion that we threw out. Brian’s communication skills were excellent. In my case, we were very involved and that was alright with Brian. We worked very well together as a team.
My case did not go to trial, it was settled out of court with an insurance company. I truly believe that the work, presentation, and arguments that Brian and his team put together convinced the insurance company to settle with what we considered a very fair settlement without going to court.
I would not hesitate to recommend Brian and the Sinas Dramis Law Firm to family or friends. They made a very difficult situation as painless as possible for everyone involved including both our family and friends.

Kevin was the second lawyer I hired after being very unhappy with the service of my first and afraid to spend more money on another lawyer that would do close to nothing. He has been on top of any requests and questions I’ve had for him, he is always easy to get ahold of, and has delt with my emotional bombards of text messages about court any time my anxiety gets high about being able to protect my daughter in court. If he is unsure of an answer to a question, he will put the time and energy in to find the answer. I would recommend him to anyone!

Jason has represented me and my family many times for all types of cases, including traffic, drugs, alcohol, probation violation and fraud. He has also given me free legal advice when I didn't hire him and recommend me to different lawyers when necessary. I would definitely recommend him. He genuinely cares, he fights hard for you, he has literally begged a judge on my sister's behalf. He is direct with you, he tells you the truth on what he thinks he can do for you and he does it. I have only had positive experiences with him. He has got me out of trouble everytime and kept my record clean and he also fight for a low sentence like less probation and less drug testing. Super nice guy, always picks up his phone and gives the best advice possible, even when he's not representing me. He's always gets me in and out of court quickly and usually is one the first lawyers to be seen by the judge. Also he's super smart and thinks of unique ways to keep you out of trouble. And he doesn't charge to much, he isn't super expensive and will work with you on payments if necessary. I highly recommend!

Initially Mr. O'Mara was contacted by myself regarding a collection notice I had received. I wanted to validate the charges and stop the calls while resolving this matter. He gave me advice how to handle the harassment while he reviewed my documents. My daughter was injured at a home improvement store when she was around 10. We held off on settling with the company (under the advice of a different lawyer) as my daughter was taking dance lessons. If we settled at the time of the incident, and something happened to my daughter during dance, we would not be able to blame it on the original incident as the preceding cause of her injuries. So we waited until my daughter was older. Because of the type of injury my daughter received, even though it wasn't severe, she was traumatized enough to cause a series of events to occur for almost 12 years. There were periods of slight depression, anorexia, stomach issues, and unwillingness of going to school. We touched base with the same lawyer over the years, and were advised that my daughter could hold off until she was 17-18 since the accident happened when she was a minor. So we did. Once the end was near for being able to go after the company, we were referred to Sean for assistance. He reviewed my daughter's case, and accepted the challenge to help my daughter. After a couple of months of going between my daughter, and the company where she was injured at, a settlement was reached. My daughter received her payment, using it to purchase her own vehicle, pay the registration/licensing fees, and settle her boarding fees for her horse she got as a gift from family. If it wasn't for Sean, his ambition to help, and his knowledge of cases like my daughter, she would still be hesitant on doing things, because no one else wanted to help her with what happened that day, thinking it wasn't a big deal. But to my daughter, it was a big deal, and Sean believed so too when he met her for the first time. And to this day, 2-3 years after he took on my daughter's case, she still contacts him to say thank you for believing in her.

This lawyer on the website advised to pursue a lawsuit against my employer. How ever, when we talked, most if the discussion referred back to how much it would cost me up front. He stated I could not as that the other party pay my legal fees. When explaining my situation to him he would interrupt and make another comment about how much I would have to pay him up front. He told me it would be almost $2000 just for him to block out time to go over and review my case. The money was not to say he is taking my case just to review information. He could not reiterate to me my complaints with the exception of one.

Mr. Koresky Took on a case that was mishandled inappropriately by a previous probate attorney.... Not only was Kevin able to fix it in a timely matter, but he corrected it so we actually have a home that we could have lost if it wasn't for him!!!
I would recommend him for any of your legal needs he's reliable, trustworthy, honest, and has over 20 years of experience ... you cannot go wrong with that.
