I was going through a really hard custody battle when I was 17. Our daughter, whom was under the age of 1, was appointed an ad litem. That would be Mr. Towler. Everything was going good through the court case until my ex and I decided to not work things out (his aunt was fighting us for custody when we got back together) and move on with our lives. My ex fired our attorney that we had hired together and Mr. Towler, Mrs. Mendoza (ex's aunt's attorney), Wesley (ex), and Judy (aunt) all went behind my back (meaning by not telling me about this meeting that took place) and all made agreements on custody rights for our daughter Amber. I have filed complaints (grievance forms) on both attorney's because of what they did was against my rights that I have as being the mother and them excluding me out is also considered inappropriate behavior (malpractice). I just hope that if you use this attorney for any reason please do make sure that you DO KNOW everything that is going on with your case. I went to court being blind sited about this meeting that happened (as I found out about it the day of our court hearing), and was forced to sign papers to an agreement that I didn't agree to nor have an knowledge of.
