If I could give 6 stars I absolutely would. Kyran was not only quick to keep in contact but he explained my situation and the steps I needed to take in perfect detail, let me know everything that I needed to prepare for a trial, was extremely educated and works on it almost as if it were his own case. Out of any of the public defenders I’ve had so far, he has been the best, assisting me in gaining an order of protection against my prior abuser.

In 2005 I found out what dire straits I was in after my divorce. The business I had built with my ex-wife had dissolved and I was left with well over $100,000 in tax debt. I called Elizabeth Fletcher and after she thoroughly researched my records and my tax history, she was able to obtain an offer in compromise for me. I was able to pay off my tax debt in a couple of years rather than decades. I will never be able to express my sincerest gratitude for all that she accomplished in such a professional and expediated manner.

Scott has been kind and thorough. I was in a car accident that was not my fault and injured for the rest of my life. I can't even do the work I once did and am still trying to figure out finances. NYS is a no fault state, so I have really been struggling . I called Scott and he took my case. When this first happened, I called a big firm but they wouldn't help (not enough money it it for them). Scott won monies for me that I would not have had otherwise and he it helps me so much - thank you, Scott!!!

This law firm, like many others, advertises that they handle a wide variety of legal matters, but when contacted about the legal matters they allegedly handle, waste the time of the potential customer by cherry picking a claim only if its a home run case. In short, false advertising, and probably no experience with the subject matter to begin with. This is basically the legal version of fishing in a bucket.

I hired this firm to represent me. They took a substantial amount of money from me, misrepresented me, made me pay the very individuals that I was suing, although I won.
I have read the reply, however, I have PLENTY of documentation to show otherwise. Why is it that your offices can't find record of it? Thomas DiNovo was the main representative. I can show you the massive documentation. This seems very odd,as I have already found evidence of records being changed and I have suffered acts of terrorism. I am unsure if these are connected, however, it is definitely something that sounds like it should be investigated.
I have made many government agencies aware of the horrific crimes that have been occurring.
My address is the same as in the documentation last sent to me by your office. My phone number has changed. As I do not trust anyone at this point,a registered letter would be acceptable

I gave this firm 5 stars because that was the highest option available, they deserve 10. Theresa and Karen are truly wonderful and go above and beyond for their clients. My family has had multiple stellar experiences with these ladies which is why I chose to deal with them, my personal experiences with them is more than I could have hoped for. While handling the estate of my dad after his unexpected passing, there was so much to do and I had no idea where to start. I wasn't even sure how to become the legal executor to begin handling his affairs, never mind dealing with his portion of my deceased grandmothers estate or his home, vehicles, debts, insurance ect. These incredible ladies took my over whelming feelings of uncertainty and fear and gave me confidence and peace knowing everything was being taken care of. I've called and emailed more times than I can count inquiring about anything and everything and the response is always quick, clear and delivered with a happiness to help.
I can't say enough how amazing this firm is to deal with. They don't treat you like you're just another job, they truly care about their clients and that's something that is rare and priceless.

Once I hired Erin as my divorce attorney it took 9 months! (previous attorney could not close the case, took 31 months total). Erin is a passionate and detailed attorney. She analyzed and took time to research all the history in my case. She advised on a plan and was very informative on next steps. She was also upfront with costs. She entered my case 22 months in as if she was the attorney from the beginning. She didn't take any nonsense from the opposing attorney (whom was difficult, slow to respond, caused unnecessary friction). I have already recommended Erin to others.

A good lawyer in getting my case resolved quickly through settlement. I brought in this firm in after another firm, outside of the venue in which I had civil action, took full advantage of making as much as they could in discovery. Thankfully this firm came in with little to do other than show up in court a few times and work out a settlement. I was encouraged from the onset to settle, which I found to be fair and ethical, particularly given how it had been previously handled.. Jim did a stellar job in working it out. I was given a last-minute bill via a crude email without any details, to the sum of five figures in the final hours of our settlement. After numerous requests for an itemized invoice with hours spent, phone calls, emails, etc., I finally received an one, but it was not itemized. While I will never truly know what I paid for (I like knowing exactly where my money goes), altogether the outcome was good and I have no other complaints.

I worked with attorney Marissa Winch. I was going through a divorce. It has lots of questions. and fears. doing something like this is not easy. She helped me. through this whole process. She made me feel comfortable. and cared for. It was very nice. to have someone to communicate with. whom would listen to my concerns. Answer all of my questions. Let me vent when I needed to. Sometimes the divorce you need to met once in a while. Marissa was a good listener. I have had excellent communication with Marissa since she took up my case. I would recommend.
