It is very true what they say about bankruptcy.....SCARY...and nerve racking. One local attorney declined to help, quoting the "complexity" of my situation. Another attorney was asking for an unreasonable fee and was not very friendly. A quick internet search lead me to Erin's practice and was impressed right away. Erin has a very confident and reassuring demeanor and I was so very relieved to have found her. Her rate is also very reasonable. Erin and her staff David are extremely prompt and reliable. They are both very easy to contact and again, very prompt. Lastly, I cannot say enough about how caring and detailed both Erin and David were with my case. We had a potentially devastating issue but Erin was very instrumental with ensuring that the outcome was favorable and positive; the Trustee during the creditor's meeting did not even bring up the matter, she's that good. Two people I know hired Mr. Floyd & suggested I use him as well. I was in my first car accident & didn't know where to turn. He kept me well aware & very informed of each process. Even through all my frustrations he remained professional which helped to keep my calm & patient. He's a very busy man with many cases so getting in contact with him was difficult at times yet he still managed returned calls, voicemails, texts and emails. He addressed all my concerns & answered all my questions even the frivolous ones. He gives advice based on your case & with your best interest at heart. Never at one time was I under the impression that he was out for self & just wanted the money but wanted to make sure I got the overall best outcome. Tony prevented the state from suspending my drivers license. Washington will now suspend your right to drive with 3 tickets within 2 years. If you also have this problem Tony may be able to stop them.

My son was ticketed for going over the speed limit coming off of a highway in what appeared to be a deliberate speed trap. There was no sign indicating the speed limit at the exit. Tony was able to present his case in court and get the ticket dismissed. He saved us a lot of money and hassle. I highly recommend his services!

This was the second time I had talked with them and they were very informational they were definitely willing to try to help me the first time the second time they were as well even though with certain circumstances given that most other law firms probably wouldn't continue to try to take up my case they still were willing to to review everything again to see if they could help me I much appreciate them although my case was never really handled by any attorney overall cuz none of them wanted to take my case unfortunately cuz there was no homeowners insurance so it seems like it's hard to get a lawyer to kind of want to go down different road or different path to help the victim out but this one by far was willing to go an extra step even if it was for not

After getting hit by a drunk driver on 405, my boyfriend and I were lucky to be alive. We were overwhelmed with dealing with the police, work, hospitals and insurance companies - plus dealing with our own injuries. My friend recommended getting in touch with Davis Law Group. It was the best thing we could've done. From the get go we were welcomed by the staff and made to feel that our case had value. After we hired The Davis Law Group, everything was taken care of by them. They have extensive knowledge of the law and vehicle accident/injuries. Our paralegals Toni and Rory handled all transactions with the Insurance companies from the get go. They took care of paying all of the bills related to our accident and communicated with the police. All questions, we had were answered within 24 hours. My boyfriends case was wrapped up quickly but my case took about 4 years to settle -as they will tell you, sometimes it's just not a fast process. I had a year of physical therapy and then my Insurance company fought and procrastinated to do the "right" thing. My attorney, Meredith, was awesome and was really a no nonsence bull dog when she needed to be when dealing with the insurance company. I could not have navigated this without them. Ms Carey is the consummate professional. I hugely regret not switching attorneys when another (medical) professional suggested I do so after I had retained an attorney and was in the throes of the challenges of securing legally entitled services for my child. I consulted with her, and she was kind, compassionate, and responsive. A great listener. She cared about my child more than my money. I ultimately decided not to switch which was a mistake, and I may still end up retaining her. She seems to be the best: smart, focused on what is best for child (not her wallet or ego), and wise in the ways of SPS. Do not repeat my mistake if SPS is making it hard to get what your child is legally entitled to.

I've met quite a few lawyers in my life (some who I feel ripped me off), and I have to say Ann is one of the kindest and most generous lawyers I have met. She's extremely intelligent and truly knowledgeable in the areas she advertises--and others such as divorce. Ann is also doing my will. I honestly think she could handle any type of case...
Ann also has excellent assistants who are knowledgeable and caring, and give you a warm feeling.
Ann did some pro-bono work for me, and I didn't have to ask! I got more than I paid for. Needless to say, I was pleasantly shocked.

My name is Will MacHugh. Kirk has been my attorney for the last 3 years on a personal Injury case. He was referred by my business partners friend.
I was in an accident a the end of 2017. I had surgery, and some long term damage to my thumb. Kirk took the time to get to know me, know the doctors, understand the circumstances, and spent diligent time on the case. At no time did I ever feel like calling him 'Mr. Davis'. Dan York was successful at quashing a restraining order against me and replacing it with one that protected me and my child. He showed throughout his work and communication with me to have high moral values. He is energetic and great under fire. I was hurt and dealing with physical ailments in both instances, and he and his office staff were kind and accommodating with my schedule and needs. I couldn't recommend William Weigand more, and in fact - I have recommended him on multiple occasions! Several family members have been represented by him since, and each time he fought hard for us.
