I hired Ed to help me with a car accident claim. I had no idea how much happens behind the scenes with car insurance companies, but they are incentivized to settle claims for the least possible amount of money that the injured party will accept. An attorney is incentivized to get you the highest possible amount. Ed and his team helped me through the whole process and recouped almost 10 times what I was first offered by the insurance company.

In April of this year I was arrested and charged with two felonies that I did not commit.
I spent 40 long hours in jail and while I was there my wife received a referral for the Seattle law firm McKay-Chadwell and I'm so thankful she did.

I had a dui case in 2012. My parents had a lawyer that pretty much handled all their issues. Cashton was a friend of my parents lawyers. The first time I met him, I knew I could trust him. I met with previous lawyers before but none of them made me feel comfortable, handing my money over to them to handle my case. He was great, honest, caring and did what it took to help me out. He was able to get my charge down to a wreckless driving. This was my first offense by the way. I feel totally secure recommending him to anyone. Alexandra "Xana" helped me as a single father retain 50/50 custody of my two children. My ex-wife and mother of our two children decided that after 8 years of being divorced in another state that she would paint a completely untrue picture of me as an abusive, alcoholic and unfit father. Since the children's parenting plan was from another state, that added to the complexity of the case. My ex-wife hired an attorney from a "prestigious" Bellevue family law firm that has profiles of countless lawyers on their website. Her lawyer asked for three different emergency injunctions due to child safety. All three were rejected by multiple judges! The difference between Xana and the Bellevue law firms lawyer is that Xana uses facts, the laws and the truth.
This case lasted nearly a year, and was the worst experience of my life. It was not cheap and emotionally exhausting to say the least. Xana was always there to answer my questions and give me guidance. The Bellevue law firm and my ex-wife decided to request a dismissal of the case because Xana was more prepared, more knowledgeable and ultimately a better lawyer.
If you need a family law lawyer, Xana is the best there is in the Puget Sound!

I have worked with numerous attorneys and “Xana” is a 10 out 10. I had a very complicated case with the custody of a special needs adult daughter. It required knowledge of family law (involving stipulations from out of state), guardianship law, and special needs law. Finding someone knowledgeable in these separate pillars is very rare. I was very impressed in how “Xana” quickly got her arms around the key issues, and developed a comprehensive strategy to counter the opposing council’s motions. Alexandra ("Xana") represented me through my divorce, and was someone who I could rely on not just for legal advice, but also to keep the focus on the underlying issues, and help dial down the emotions when the other side would make aggressive moves that were simply not child-centric. At many points, it was a draining journey and she was a rock steady resource. I got my new 2022 Lucid Air GT in October 2022. During the first four months of ownership, my Lucid was in the shop twice for about 64 days in total, and it still was not fully repaired. At this time, it had had about 30 repair jobs including replacement of the entire battery (large HV battery). Especially, general rattle and squeak noises were a major concern. I asked Lucid to take the car back, and they promised to do so through their repurchase program. However, nothing ever materialized even after several reminders of mine. So, I contacted Jordan in February 2023. I got a particularly good first impression, and he just asked me to send him all the paperwork I had on my Lucid. After a couple of days, he announced he would take my case. It was an extremely low maintenance situation. I think I spent less than two hours in total interacting with Jordan. He just took care of everything. He made Lucid Motor take back the car by means of a repurchase agreement! I returned the car in May 2023 to the Lucid Service Center (and with about five outstanding repair tickets). After all the battling interactions with Lucid Motors, Jordan was a seriously pleasant relief. And I could not have asked for a better outcome. I strongly recommend using him.

This review is LONG overdue, but it's important to let everyone know that Jordan is great at what he does.
I bought a literally brand new 2018 Honda Civic EX which started having multiple issues 3 months after purchase. The nightmare began with my trunk getting flooded with rain, and then my radiator was faulty which led to coolant leak which overheated my car and left me stranded, to rough idling and bucking while accelerating, to my car not accelerating or starting at all, to my check engine light coming on, to misfiring that occurred due to a faulty AC control unit, to a head gasket issue!! I got stranded so many times and spent so many hours waiting for towing.
Honda dealership kept saying my car should be fine after every repair and "it's under warranty." Honda wouldn't even give me a rental! I had to pay for rental even though none of this is my fault.
I couldn't trust in the reliability of the car anymore when all this was happening within 6 months of purchase. What's going to happen when my warranty is over??? I knew I had to do something about this so I contacted Seattle Lemon Law and Jordan promptly gave me a call the next day. He listened to my complaints and had me send over documents from all the repairs. He reviewed it and took over. He kept in touch with me. About 8 months or so go by and he said Honda has reached an agreement to take my car back and take over the entire loan starting from when the car first started having issues! It was such a huge burden off my shoulder to get rid of that lemon car. I am so glad Jordan helped me with this. Very professional and obviously knows what he's doing.
I highly recommend him if you suspect you've got a lemon. Don't let the dealership intimidate/bully you into thinking your car "is fine"!! At the very least, get a free consultation with Jordan! The lemon law and lemon law attorneys are there for a reason!

I found Emily Tsai after seeing my wife’s lawyer out class my first 3 lawyers. He was able to take the documented truth and twist it into lies. The first 3 fell prey to sleazy tactics and threats of sanctions. Maybe they were afraid of a lawyer who had a Commissioner working in his law firm. Emily took him on and save me from losing potentially $2 million to the lies and tricks of the other side. She did this by not responding to lies and sleaze with lies and sleaze. She did it using the high road with good legal reasoning, good legal research, and outstanding expert witnesses.
Emily is hard working. To my objection she had me in her office late into the night to prepare for the arbitration hearing. Her husband was very patient and waited hours for her to complete the preparations.
If you have high value assets at risk in your divorce, you need to see Emily. She is well worth her fee.

let me start by saying if you go cheap you will get what you paid for and that's what happen to me before I hired Nick Marchi. I hired a lawyer by the name Frederick Arcala from Zerwin & Arcala law and because of him my family an I had to go thru some hard times because of immigration. Arcala did not know anything about immigration law like Nick did. I hired Nick in 2013 because of my conviction and Immigration has ordered me to be deported (because of Arcala not knowing the immigration law). Nick was able to keep me in the US while my case was being reviewed. It was a tough 6 years I have to go thru, all my appeals was denied and dismiss. ICE wanted me out but Nick work to get my status back to normal and Now February 2019 we got the best news that we been waiting for BIA has finally accepted my appeal and I got my green card status back and this is because of Nick hard work. All I have to say is Thank you to Nick and his office for putting all the effort on getting my status back and have the chance to be a US citizen soon!.

I know this because I did a lot of research before I hired her; I also know this because my neighbor is a judge recommended her above all others; I know this because I watched her work in court; and I know this because she was so highly recommended by her former clients.
Kathryn truly cared about my case, but moreover, she truly cared about me. We had the pleasure of working with Diana over the last two years. She assisted us with my immigration case(GC), our situation was quite difficult as a lot of changes happened during the pandemic. The entire time we worked with Diana she was so pleasant and kind, always tried to make herself available to speak with us and answer our many questions. Every time we talked she put us at ease, she worked so hard to make our immigration process as smooth as possible. I met her at the US Citizenship clinic. She came as a volunteer and helped me to check my citizenship application form. I used the immigration lawyer when I obtained my GC and I contacted him again but he never answered me back. I was so worried if my form was OK. Two other people at the Citizenship clinic made me really worried but she made me at ease. Her gentle and kind approach made me relaxed. I felt from her that she is very compassionate and want to help immigrant people from the bottom of her heart. I decided to hire her if I have a problem with USCIS. I passed the interview, therefore I didn't need to hire her. I highly recommend her. I am sure that she will do her job great because she was doing so good even though it was free citizenship clinic.

I was 6months pregnant when my Husband was detained. I spent over $2,000 on another attorney . That attorney let me down in so many ways. I was losing hope in attorneys and then I meet Diana. She was kind, compassionate, and hardworking. She worked with me and was able to get my husbands case remanded! His case is still pending but I am so grateful for her help! I was really pleased with handling of my case. Not only did he work hard, to get me a fair and better than I had expected settlement but he kept me informed and in the loop the entire time. He worked with our insurance to lower my medical expenses. He interviewed specialists and reviewed and explained their findings. I feel he went above and beyond to walk me through the process. Michael listen to me, i am an 80 yr old lady and he assisted to finally get the HOA and property company to pay for damages to my condo. It has been over 1 yr and I cannot describe the deliberate hassle, causing health and financial consequences due to stress.
Prior to finding Michael, I hired a law firm prior (3 visits - retainer of $2000.00 and bill of $1500.00 and all they did was charge me $80.00-120.00, almost every 3 days for “strategizing”.
Michael spent maybe 30 minutes, such a reasonable fee, and successfully solved what should have never happened by the HOA and Property Management company in the first place.

Jim was an LDF Attorney working for a law firm in Southern California. In 2005, I was involved in a severe disciplinary procedure which could have ended my career. Not only did Jim get the discipline overturned, he proved that exculpatory information had been ignored during the departments investigation.

jim represented me when another teamster lawyer wanted to drop my greivance for political reasons. he took over the case and ran with it the case seemed minor on the surface but the basis of the greivance had very deep roots in the way washington DOC scheduled and kept time for all its employees. jim did not balk at the far reaching implications of winning the case (which is why the first council wanted to drop it) and persued it with vigor and prevailed in the argument. jims philosophy is whats right is right no matter who it may piss off. i am glad i have im in my corner.
