Kathy worked with us for months on a challenging and difficult case, to get approval to demolish our Scarsdale home.
It had been designated as historically significant by the Committee for Historic Preservation, and as a consequence we were unable to sell it at any price for over 2 years.
Her strategy was unique, brilliant, and perfectly executed .
We succeeded in getting approval to demolish the house through her efforts, where another lawyer had not.
Her fees were as expected, and were always fair.
We were totally satisfied with her and her support staff.
They were highly professional, always available and responsive, and a delight to work with.
I recommend highly, without reservation.

Maria Chiodi helped us through a long and drawn out refinancing ordeal. My wife and I are grateful for this stroke of luck to have had her on our side. A previous lender never filed a satisfaction of mortgage from a previous loan and Maria made numerous phone calls on our behalf and sat through long durations of being on hold. When the loan company failed to produce the documents on time (several months into the refinance process), Maria found a work around that allowed us to move forward with the refinance and avoid losing the interest rate. At the closing, she informed us that we need to continue to obtain the satisfaction of mortgage so it doesn't hold up future loans. Anyhow, months later now as my wife and I started thinking about how we'll go about the process, to our amazement, the document showed up in the mail. I e-mailed the news to Maria and come to find out, she had continued to contact the lender after the closing and we have her to thank for taking on the work for us. Her knowledge, experience and professionalism was much appreciated and I happily rate her and Mitchell Pollack and Associates 5 stars.

I've been with this firm for 2years fighting ssi.i have all medical records.to prove I'm disabled.the firm still couldn't get the job done.with this experience I've became more stressed out no help from this firm at all.they only help there own people if your not a veteran or something dealing with the law.there going to handle your case careless.i haven't heard from this firm.sense last year july.phone reconds don't lie.if you are a young black African-American they will drag there foot with your case.check the reviews.

Paul has been my family attorney for several year and has dealt with a variety of issues both simple and complex during that time. He is responsive, his follow up is exceptional and he is an expert at navigating the legal process in the civil courts. His fees are reasonable, his billing practices are fair and timely.
Additionally, while Paul is a generalist he has the ability to quickly get up to speed on areas of the law which he may not have a lot of previous experience with.
A could not recommend a general practitioner more highly.

I had very complicated immigration case. I got consultation from 3 attorneys, including Ancy. It is worth mentioning, other 2 attorneys are considered to be among best attorneys in my state of residence (Utah). However, only Ancy was able to find a way to resolve my situation, which prevented me from getting into trouble.
