I was involved in an auto accident and the driver of the other car had run a stop sign. He then T-Boned us, my son and had been taken to a local hospital and my wife was fine.
When reading the police report we seen that the driver that hit us also had the same insurance company as us. I then became worried that the insurance company would not be fair and cover my medical expenses and repairs needed on my car. After speaking with some family members they recommended hiring a attorney. I then called William Mattar. I met with one of the attorneys and decided it would be best if retained their service’s. I was not happy about this because I deal with attorneys at work all the time. Most attorneys will never call you back, keep you up to date with the case. The only time they call is when they want more money. NOT William Mattar my attorney Casey was Great she called with updates questions and more. Her assistant Kathy was even better she call me weekly in the beginning then COVID hit and my doctors slowed down the process but Kathy kept calling me with updates and not long after we had a settlement offer and after some negotiations we settled. THIS FIRM WAS GREAT! I hope I never need a lawyer again bu.t if I do I will call William Mattar.

I recently went to Berzer/Wolf Law Firm after the lawyer I was using wasn’t able to negotiate with the opposing attorney. My friend had highly recommended Ms. Cheryl Berzer. Immediately, she took the time to listen to my concerns and questions. She gave me a fair estimate of the cost for her services and explained her billing procedure. Cheryl Berzer answered every question I asked, gave me direct advice and explained the process that I would be navigating through. She also got back to me right away if I needed to inquire about an issue. She was able to negotiate and avoid a trial for me in less than a month, after a year and a half with a high profile firm. The first time I spoke to Paul was in December 2016 about my divorce, after consulting with him. I hired Paul wolf to start my divorce process. it was a bit complicated because I live in the Netherlands but got married in New York. Paper work took a bit longer then expected but I got my divorce in 9 months which is still a good time frame. He always answers emails. it was easy to make an appointment to talk on the phone. I would defently recommend Paul Wolf.

After having a lapse of good judgement and making the decision to drive after a few beers, I was pulled over in a small town for crossing the fog line. While crossing the fog line isn't actually a violation, it's something you can get pulled over for on pretext, and if you've been drinking, it goes down hill from there VERY quickly. At any rate, I was charged with DWI, barely drunk by the numbers, but nevertheless, drunk by the numbers at .10 BAC. I was put in contact with Mr. Seibert who not only wanted to know the facts of my case, but my "story" as well. I've been driving on the road for some 43 years with only 1 speeding ticket on my record from when I was 20. Mr. Seibert knew he wasn't representing a career drunk driver, but rather a guy who made an error in judgement on one January evening. During my first consultation, Mr. Seibert asked me to tell my side of the story which I did. He put me at ease, not with false promises, but with the assurance that he would do everything he could to limit the damage to my record. Subsequently, the paperwork from my arrest arrived on his desk and the "stories" were very similar. I wasn't speeding, didn't hit anything or anyone, in fact, I truly believed I wasn't drunk. I had been driving for 20 minutes and felt fine. The police obviously disagreed. At any rate, I asked Mr. Seibert to fight my case as opposed to taking the plea deal offered by the district attorney. While I could have been driving MUCH sooner by taking the plea, I still would have had it on my record as well as had no access to Canada without going through an extended and expensive process. Not to mention higher insurance premiums for God knows how long. My case went on for 9 months being that it was a small town court where the DA only rides through once a month, and we had a couple of unforeseen delays too. Moral of the story... if you've been drinking, DON'T drive. And if you make the mistake of driving after a few drinks and get pulled over, contact Mr. Seibert. There are no miracle cures for having a lapse of judgement, but I assure you Mr. Seibert will explore every avenue available to limit the damage done. In my case, I was lucky for two things. One was having Mr. Seibert representing me, the other was having been stopped using questionable "probable cause". Mr. Seibert was able to show that the stop was unconstitutional which resulted in the suppression of any evidence gained after the stop. And without evidence, the prosecution cannot proceed. I hope I NEVER need criminal defense services again, but if I do, Mr. Seibert is the attorney I would call. You don't just get an incredible attorney when you hire Mr. Seibert, you also get a kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable advocate and dare I say, friend.

We consulted with Brian after being told by another Lawyer Grandparent Visitation is never awarded in our circumstance, and not to waste our time and money. Brian gave us suggestions on things to try with our son and daughter in law to resolve the issues before a petition was filed. We did retain Brian and at that time he was confident we would get time with our grandson. We did go to trial and Brian was excellent all the way through. He responds to calls and emails and provides answers very quickly He is very thorough and meticulous. We were awarded visitation with our grandson beginning in August and actually received more time than we expected. Everything Brian does is for a reason and to help your case so listen to the expert! He is very delicate with family situations and keeps things as kind and calm as possible.
Having that first visit with our grandson was amazing and we have Brian to thank for it! My husband and I highly recommend him..

To date, his communication has been prompt, professional, and very clear as to what he needs from me and what the next step is likely to be. He makes himself available for questions and shows utmost respect for the mental and emotional stress that brings one to an attorney in the first place, especially when you are not the type to have ever considered doing it before!
