A friend of mine who is an attorney recommended the firm BIG MISTAKE.
I submitted my case. No one ever responded. I followed up and no one ever responded. So before you waste your time and effort be aware if you need legal help then time can be essential. Do not waste your time with someone who is not even able to respond.
I WOULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS !
You should never hire an attorney only based on Google reviews or a website. Always go and check out if there are any complaints to the local bar association.

My daughter and I were side swiped by a semi, last February. I was given the Chubb Law firm's number, and they took my case when other firms did not want to, since the other side had a big insurance company behind them. Aaron, Mitch, Chris and Sarai were great, checking in with me every week and worked quickly to get me treatment. They did not give up till a satisfactory settlement was reached. My wife and I wear rear ended and we didn't know where to start when dealing with the insurance companies. After doing some research we found Chubb Law and from the first phone call we could tell that they were different. They didn't treat us like just another case as I'm sure some of the bigger firms do. It was clear that they genuinely cared about how my wife and I were feeling, they kept our best interests in mind and they guided us throughout the entire process step by step. The staff was helpful, responsive and would quickly answer any questions that we had throughout the process. An absolute amazing man and a wonderful staff to match. I didn't know how to use technology when he helped me in my time of need. So this is a few years after the matter. My husband had just passed away and I found out the insurance company didn't want to pay up. My sister referred me to this angel. He got me my husband's policy I was owed. It was a hard time for me and I didn't know how to deal with this part and i was crying uncontrollably . He was so professional, yet an understanding human. He told me to ake all the time I needed, because the thought of signing these papers seemed so final on his death, that it was a realization to me that he was really never going to come back to me. It's going to be 8 years on the 24th of February. Not a day goes by that I remember the kindness that he and his staff gave me, as this was and still is the first REAL loss (close to me), that I've experienced. Thank you cannot begin to express or acknowledge the respect, and love I have for this man and his staff. Thank you isn't enough for the help and genuine thoughtfulness y'all showed me.

Our roof was damaged June 2017. After our insurance company failed to provide us with a fair settlement , we were recommended to Atterney Randy Shochet for legal representation, and he did not disappoint. During our initial conversation Mr. Shochet explained the legal process, and the approximate duration to resolve the case . I am happy to say that our claim was resolved within time expected, and we are now in the process of replacing our roof. Due to his busy schedule we had to leave message with his Secretary at times , but Mr. Shochet always return our calls in a timely manner . As I read the reviews below I don't believe that I can top the high praise that this law firm has received, what I can do is tell you that this firm ended up co counseling (took over) from my original attorney in the middle of the case. Robert Johnson was short of spectacular, he literally hit the ground running. Extremely knowledgeable and quick on his feet. As a client you should always want the meanest/ nastiest kicking mule that will have your best interest in mind. Robert is that attorney, during some of the proceedings to watch Robert was extremely impressive. As he strategized with his team and explained it to where I could understand it made me feel at ease. Robert was able to get a settlement that was well past my expectations and couldn't have been happier. His staff including but not limited to Rosa was extremely professional, Rosa was my main contact and she was absolutely amazing through this process. This was a huge undertaking for them to take over like they did and they did it like true professionals. If you need a kicking mule do not hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed.

I called his firm and sent over documents for him to review. He was the only attorney who actually called me back and discussed my case. Unfortunately my case was not what he handles but, I had a consumer law case against a car dealership he gave me some great information that I was not aware of that made my case stronger,explained a particular statute to me and gave some referrals. Even the office staff who take the calls are educated and know how to answer a call. Not very common today when I have called other offices. You can tell just from being on the phone with him he loves what he does and care about his clients and the bestoutcome.
