My boyfriend decided to dismiss Ms. Hunley after her paralegal quit on her, causing delays in his case. Initially hesitant, he was further disappointed when the paralegal returned only after receiving a significant raise and definitely not “Singing her praises” indicating internal disarray. Even her own staff suggested we find a new lawyer. The entire experience was chaotic and prolonged his separation from his children. Consequently, we hired a new lawyer who operates with less drama. We were informed that several clients were dissatisfied and seeking new counsel, prompting our decision to switch. Save yourself the time, money and headache.

As a conscientious consumer, it's imperative to share my candid experience with Alison Hunley, which regrettably falls short of even the most basic expectations. My engagement with Allison was marked by a distressing lack of diligence, proficiency, and ultimately, results.
From the outset, (Soon after paying my retainer) it was evident that Alison lacked the proactive approach and commitment necessary to effectively represent my interests. Communication was sporadic at best, with unanswered calls and unreturned messages becoming distressingly routine. Despite repeated assurances of progress, it became increasingly apparent that little meaningful action was being taken on my behalf. I should have known after being lied to on multiple occasions. Thus being verified by her paralegal.
Moreover, the quality of the work provided was abysmal, characterized by careless errors and a glaring disregard for pertinent details. It seemed as though Alison had neither the inclination nor the competence to navigate the complexities of my case competently.
Most disappointingly, despite months of nominal effort, the promised outcomes failed to materialize. The lack of tangible results only served to compound the frustration and disillusionment I experienced throughout this ordeal.
In conclusion, my interaction with Alison Hunley left me deeply disillusioned and dissatisfied. Not to mention out of thousands of dollars with absolutely zero results. Her substandard performance, coupled with a glaring lack of results, underscores a profound failure to fulfill the most fundamental obligations of legal representation. I would strongly caution anyone considering Alison to seek alternative counsel from a professional who demonstrates a genuine commitment to their clients and their cases.

Ms. Kidd knows what she’s talking about and was very clear that she would no longer be able to continue with my case due to the motions filed by opposing counsel. I appreciate her honesty and am very grateful for her hard work. Any fees paid are comparable to other attorneys and I would recommend her and the law firm.

Cero stars for her! We ended up waisting not only valuable time and money, but so much more when unsuccesfully trying to get a hold of her during our process. She literally abondend us in the middle of our process, we ended up doing the work, correcting her many mistakes and on top of this, she dared to charge for it. We just can´t belive our eyes!

Patricia worked with me on revamping our company policy. She took lots of notes and I feel as if she kept my best interest at heart when writing the policy and making changes. She had an answer to all my questions and made suggestions to ensure that I didn’t leave anything out. This attorney held on to my case for (5) years and dropped it, she had all of the information she needed to win. This attorney lost photos, medical records and videos (she said) she kept asking me to ask doctors to replace medical reports, I had to pay for my own medical care and I'm still going to the doctor for my injuries. I believe she went to court without me and lost my case, I don't know if she was bought out and walked with the money or not, I do know, she's not to be trusted with anyone's case, she gets a thumbs down from me.

Nan handled my disability case back in 2003, and I just recommended her to a friend of mine. She won my case for Severe Rheumatoid, and I gotta say,she's one of the best attorneys that I've ever met. She took my case and rode it to the finish line. The woman was always on the ball. I had another lawyer before I switched to Nan. That lawyer did nothing at all for me. I'd get paperwork in the mail from Social Security that I had no idea what to do with. I'd call the lawyer to asks questions, but he was never in and would never call me back. Nan, on the other hand, called me every couple of weeks, just to check on me. I really appreciate the time she took with me. At a time when it felt like no one cared, having her call just to check on me realm meant alot. I can't recommend Nan enough!

James represented my grandson in a Juvenile Criminal Case starting in September of last year. I cannot tell you the amount of respect he turned around about lawyers for us in this amount of time. He was diligent, respectful of our situation, was able to gain confidence and give sound advice to my grandson. He took him under his wing and helped us all get thru this. He even gave us a book that helped us understand how Messy life can be. We as a family has gained a lot of love for this man. Run don't walk from this attorney. He lied to me about a flat rate. He allowed things to go on for months and did absolutely nothing. He literally did nothing. Then he came to me for more money.He was timid and afraid to talk to the DA. He did everything to stall and milk time. He is completely unprofessional. This man does not represent his client. He is unethical and I will be filing a complaint with the Bar association.

The girl who answered the phone transferred me to some other girl who was not nice and was so impatient when I tried to explain how my daughter got hurt. Never got a call back and when I called the girl wouldn’t even take my call. I think her name was Diana. I wouldn’t suggest them to anyone.

I only write reviews when I am absolutely blown away. In this case, I was blown away with how unbelieveably disrespectful, rude and arrogant Fred Keith was. The first few times I spoke with him, he was talking "at" me which I was willing to overlook as just trying to be informative. However, his true colors showed when I emailed inquiring about the status when my taxes would be completed. Never have I ever be spoken to from a "professional" the way I was by him. He responded via email and immediately blamed the "delay" on me saying I didn't provide information they needed in a timely manor (which is not true, from the first time I spoke to him in December my goal was to having filing completed no later than the end of Janurary so I was very timely with my responses in order to meet the deadline I had set.) and he said lacked basic P&L knowledge (been doing a P&L for 5 years, it's generally pretty straight forward- he did as for some pretty indepth information that's not typical for standard P&L and no one else has ever asked me before). I wasn't complaining about a delay, simply inquiring as it had been a few weeks since there was any type of coorespondence (and well after my goal date). I was able to get on the phone with him (was hoping I misread his tone) but sure enough he continue to be condensing, quite frankly he was totally out of control, calling me stupid, in fact the "stupidist person he'd ever worked with." Thankfully I know myself well and his words are merely a reflection of his own emotional state. Even if I lacked P&L knowledge and was stupid, I believe that clients should be treated respectfully. As professionals its our job to educate our clients in the areas we specialize in. I'm a very upfront person and have to have hard conversations with my clients all the time; There's rarely (if any) a time when a rude, condensending approach is acceptable. If I make a mistake, I apologize genuinely. I received no call back or email from him regarding his behavior. His staff was very helpful and apologized calmly for his behavior which leads me to believe they weren't surprised by my complaint. If you're looking for a professional that will treat you the way you treat your clients, look elsewhere.

I don't know who screwed me more ..JT Skinner or the guy I wanted to sue.
Never had any contact..always had to call to see what was going very unprofessional..
HE KNEW the person I wanted to sue was a career con artist that had multiple lawsuits against him and knrew nothing would get settled..
.but took my retainer fee anyway..
That's a horrible attorney!!!!

The office is very nice. The receptionist was always nice and extremely helpful. The reason for using this law firm was an estate. The seller wish to use the law firm I was the buyer. Lawyers on multiple occasions did not return my phone calls and were very hard to reach. When closing day came, they gave no advance notice to the sellers, which There was five of, and I had to contact them all myself. They did finally contact the seller the day of and asked them to meet at noon. Poor planning in my opinion. In the closing documents there was a questionable charge went Mentioned. I got two different answers from two different people. In the end, I never received the original wet Deed to the property. When I asked about it, the first person told me that they mailed it out. There was nothing they could do but she assured me that they mailed it. The next phone call The lawyer said they never received it from the courthouse that I needed to check with the bank. Both phone calls were very professional, Even when I may have been a little bit Agitated. Overall the law firm got past few hurdles and perform their jobs adequately. Not returning phone calls multiple Different Answers to questions, and the fact that I didn’t get the deed I will not personally be using them again. You can do the big things right and mess up on the small personal interactions and be a fail.
