I had a previous issue with a family member filing for bankruptcy, and because I had a card in my name (which was never used) on one of the accounts that was covered in the paperwork, the collection agency tried to come after me for the debt. I contacted Therese Harris after being harassed daily by collectors. I explained my situation and she immediately helped me. She was professional and knowlegable but also very caring and thoughtful in her understanding of my predicament. She explained the process thoughoughly, and kept me informed of the progress. I was eventually awarded 3000 paid by the debt collectors due to violation fines. I had an awesome experience with a lawyer who believed in my case, and fought for me.

Harrison Gavin Long is a very good trail lawyer. He tried my automobile accident case in Orange County. Harrison is a aggressive, but very likeable and well prepared. The jury returned a verdict for two times the amount of the pretrial settlement offer made by the defendants' insurance company. I highly recommend Harrison Gavin Long.

Mr. Long did a jury trial for a family member of mine and was very well prepared and aggressive. It was a sensative criminal matter that needed a lawyer who would fight hard and work hard, and Mr. Long exceeded our expectations. I don't think he does much criminal law anymore, but I wanted to say that my family and I would highly recommend Harrison "Gavin" Long as a lawyer, especially a case where the person needs a lawyer will really fight hard for them.

Circumstance unfortunate but outcome EXCELLENT due to retaining Mr. KINDOPP to represent me in a few cases starting back in 2001 in a traffic case and most recently this past year in a custody battle in which a father abandoned his first born after requesting emergency custody which was denied yet felt just 6 months later without any significant changes that leaving his daughter in the mothers care 100% showing his original request was a waste of everyone's time. Mr. Kindopp is very personable with his clients yet does not offer a false sense of hope but a few various likely realities so no surprises causing upset arise. He is quick to point out facts that are backed up by evidence leaving no room for error and providing a secure expectation and an attorney / client trust like no other. He explains why things need to be done a certain way eliminating all confusion or anxiety. He presents himself in a very professional manner and always one step ahead due to his thorough review of all case notes, discovery, pleadings abd correspondence. He can be a breath of fresh air yet demonstrates his knowledge and expertise in every case or individual he represents. He's matter-of-fact and straight to the point which in turn wastes no time or money. He is fair aND communicates directly with his clients putting each one at ease rather than leaving them to question the status of their case. We are fortunate to have such a driven, justice seeking, highly educated individual practicing law in our community. I highly recommend Mr. Kindopp for any case in his field of choice if you want a pleasant experience in the court room. I'm so thankful for his gratitude. I received Mr. Kindopp's name through an Employee Assistance Program when I had an extremely difficult time dealing with a mortgage company and needed someone on my side. I was short on time due to an impending foreclosure/sale date; after seven months of getting nothing but the run around, verbal and financial abuse by a broken system and stress. I explained the time constraint to his assistant and was scheduled for an appointment quicker than I had imagined. Mr. Kindopp listened to me, provided information and the legal support I needed to effectively deal with this company who had not always been following "the rules" and conveniently lost documents, let them expire or didn't have information when it worked in their favor. I received a phone call from the mortgage company with a proposal for a permanent loan modification within days, and an apology regarding their business practices. When the modification papers arrived I faxed them to Mr. Kindopp's office, concerned about what I was signing. I was shocked to receive a telephone call at 7pm on a Friday evening from him to discuss them. I have never had an attorney who addressed my needs and concerns in such a quick and assertive fashion. Through personal necessity, and work, I have had the opportunity to come in contact with many lawyers in Mendocino County, Mr. Kindopp is at the top of my list. If my family EVER needs an attorney or legal assistance I will be calling Mr. Kindopp.

I would strongly endorse Patrick R. Campbell for being a legal advisor, counselor or attorney for business related legal issues. In my case, a business legal issue involving litigation that involved myself and another family member, I needed an attorney who was in the business of performance not taking retainers and billing..
I went through 6 attorneys for a specific legal matter including Patrick who out performed all of them. Do yourself a favor and call Patrick - he is not stand-offish, and has no hubris; holier than thou attitude that one may or may not come across with varied attorneys.
I would also add that Mr. Campbell provides quality legal services, which I have found is rare in the Bay Area. By quality I mean he takes quality time in seeing legal matters through. He returns phone calls. He returns emails - - promptly. Not days or weeks. Patrick also spoke to me with respect and a great degree of graciousness. Rare characteristic to find in an attorney. I had an ex-girlfriend who was stalking me and making my life miserable. One day, she was banging on my door for hours. When I tried to leave, she chased me in her car and ended up rear ending me. I got out of my car and was trying to pull her keys out of her ignition and some witnesses saw that and called the police. They arrested me for felony domestic violence. I hired attorney Joel Hoffman and he immediately called the court and had it reduced to a misdemeanor. At the hearing, he was able to have the charges further reduced to misdemeanor trespass with minimal fines and no jail time which I was very happy to accept, considering what it could have been. This was a very stressful time for me since I had never been arrested before in my life but Mr. Hoffman really helped me through the whole nerve racking process. His fees were very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Attorney Joel Hoffman.

In 2004, Mr. William Dickerman represented me in my effort to obtain a permanent SRO against a predatory, abusive and physically threatening resident manager who had been stalking and taunting me for more than three years. On my own, I had not been able to get any relief whatsoever from my landlord, housing authorities or law enforcement, despite the severity and persistence of the problem.
In an unusually grueling hearing that went on for more than six hours, Mr. Dickerman successfully proved that I had been subject to extreme and intolerable abuse and was in imminent danger, despite the defense attorney's considerable efforts to prove otherwise.

I was in an injury issue where I got hurt, in short. It was not my fault, so I needed representation, and I went to a different lawyer. That was my biggest mistake.
I then met Andrew and hist team. This was the best accidental meeting. I changed lawyers immediately, and found the difference to be staggering. Andrew remembered my name, everything I told him, all bills and everything were scanned in and in a neat file, it was like night and day (Andrew being a very sunny day) whereas my previous representation, well, it was dark. Anyhow, it was one of the easiest experiences ever. I followed direction, did what I needed to do, and my case was probably the simplest thing I have ever completed. I would recommend him to anyone, and have already recommend him to my cycle club for anyone that needs representation, and will continue to do so as long as he is practicing and I have breath in my lungs.

I have been a client here since 2013. I read alot of the below reviews, and I had a very different experience with Anh than most. Anh, Patrick, and Jeff made me feel comfortable and always walked me through every issue. They didn't sugar coat anything and just flat out told me how it is. They gave me realistic expectations. They helped me immensely in preparing for deposition and mediation. Answered every question honestly and forthcoming. If you have unrealistic expectations on your case, of course you will be bitter. Lawsuits take a long time. Especially if it involves injury. Your case cannot settle or get resolved until your injuries are fully healed or in a permanent state.
I am very happy with the results of my case. Mainly because I felt the knowledge and the experience these guys brought were top notch. They fought hard for me . Showed up at my QME appointments and was there every step of the way. Lawyers are busy. They're not always available 24/7. I know this. Patrick and Anh responded to every email I would send within 10 hours. Easily. I never felt neglected or unimportant to them.
If you are looking for an attorney that will be there with you and will be honest with you. They wont tell you what you want to hear. I had a great experience with them and you should give them a chance.
*** As a side note. Don't be turned away by the firms name. They don't only represent Vietnamese clients. I am white/Mexican and they treated me with respect and honesty. They speak perfect english and Patrick is a stand up guy. You'll be happy with these guys on your side!
