I recently had a nightmare of an accident resulting in an injury to myself and serious damages and my insurance had had expired by days. I feel very lucky to have found Brandi Kurlander. She was a total LIFE SAVER.
I was in a car accident and after it I was suffering from terrible migraines and a lot of other pain. The insurance for the person who hit me kept calling day after day to talk to me after the accident. I was barely sleeping and they kept calling me when I was finally resting. I decided I needed someone else to deal with all of this, as I could not, and that is when I hired Brandi. Again, I feel very lucky to have found Brandi Kurlander. The calls stopped and she was on the case. Brandi and her staff kept me apprised at every step and I was allowed to do some healing.
I haven't been through something like this before, so having an expert like Brandi handling this for me was an excellent call on my part. Referred by a personal friend we share, who I don't think used Michael professionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find a lawyer who's business acumen most impressive. Great listener, saw angles I hadn't imagined, showed up on short notice to sit through a long boring meeting as if he had all day, and gave great suggestions during the meeting. After the meeting he debriefed me in a manner that let me know it was more about my benefit than his billing. At the end, I was simply grateful for his wise counsel. My son informed me of his dilemma regarding a ticket he received for excessive speeding while driving in a construction zone. I knew it was extremely serious and he needed legal representation. I looked up the Internet for a local attorney close to where he is attending a trade school. Originally, Kristina was contacted via e-mail, for an appointment and meeting location. She was very accessible for the date and location.
The seriousness of my son’s case would result in his license suspension, no traffic school, DMV points, and extreme fines. During the two court appearances, Kristina met with the DA’s Office to negotiate reduction of speed, no points, traffic school, lesser fines, and no license suspension.
Kristina’s interaction during the entire process was that of deep caring and a positive outlook when we were less than hopefully.
We recommend Kristina wholeheartedly without reservation. She is an honest, hard-working, trustworthy, and caring attorney.

A little over three years ago in December of 2020, I was involved in a hit-and-run car accident (on the job) where the other driver fled the scene. Being that it was my first ever car accident, and the identity of the other driver was unknown, I didn't really know how to go about seeking legal advice, or if it would even be worth it. However, after being released from worker's comp care prematurely, and still being in pain, I decided to get a consultation from a legal firm. I utilized Google to search for personal injury attorneys in my area, and I'm forever grateful that I came across Bentley & More! I decided to establish contact with them based on their numerous 5-star reviews, and the "family feel" that their firm seemed to have. They were very quick to set-up my phone consultation, and they took the time to listen to my story and concerns.
Throughout the 2.5 years of being a client of Bentley & More, I interacted the most with Braydon Bentley as he represented me as my personal injury attorney, and I never once felt overlooked or that I wasn't being taken seriously. Also, I'm not sure that my injuries would have ever been properly diagnosed if it weren't for Braydon connecting me with the medical specialist that he did!

In August of 2011 I was severely injured due to the negligence of a third party while on the job. The bills quickly began to pile up and it was nearly impossible to focus on healing while in a state of constant worry over my finances. Worker's Compensation pays only 60% of your salary.
