Rob very successfully represented our family (our son) in a medical malpractice case involving a birth injury where our son suffered brachial plexus at birth. From the very first conversation I had with Rob he was upfront and honest about how difficult cases like ours can be but he was also very reassuring and confident that he could and would get us the justice we deserved. Through the entire process Rob and his firm were truly superior in their handling of our case. I always felt like I was informed and kept up to date on what was going on with the case and if ever I had questions or concerns I could call or email at anytime and always received a prompt response. Rob would take time (at all hours) to call me personally and answer any of my questions and was very reassuring in guiding me through the whole process of the case. Going through the legal process can be daunting and very emotional. With Rob I always felt like he was truly concerned of our understanding of the complex process but more importantly he wanted to make sure we were feeling comfortable and secure with all that was going on. She was in her hospital bed with tubes coming out from everywhere, but every afternoon that week I had to leave my wife for a couple of hours. I had appointments to interview attorneys about the death of our daughter. Everyone knew about the accident-it was in all the papers and on tv- so I had no trouble getting time with attorneys including the then president of the County Bar association, white shoe firms, and Stuart. In the end we chose Stuart Grossman not only because of his sincerity and empathy, but the way he answered our questions. We were not interested in a fast settlement. We wanted justice for our family wherever that journey would take us, and Stuart always took guidance from us on such issues. One can never be sure when making such momentous decisions, but unless the client knows something about wrongful death cases, sometimes you just have to go with your gut. Everyone was right about Stuart and he quickly became a friend of the family. We talked on many occasions about how the case was developing and when it came time for the five-day trial, he and his associate Andy Yaffa came to the house. They wanted to see our daughter's room and they stayed in there with the door closed for quite a while. Then they came out and said they were going to be at a hotel for a couple of days to "go to war" as they put it, and get ready for court. We were nervous. Stuart was reassuring. The questioning of the defense witnesses and our own expert witnesses were top notch. We were very proud of our attorney. And when the jury came back with a verdict of 37 million dollars, we did not know what to think. We were stunned. It was like a euphoric experience, but confusing at the same time. Then Stuart told us that we needed to get ready for an appeal, so right there and then we walked from the court house and were introduced to our appellate attorney. It would be a long road. Two appellate court hearings were followed by another at the Florida Supreme Court. Stuart never flinched. He was with us all the way, and although none of us knew that it would be for another seven years, there was no question-not one ever- that we made the right choice with Stuart Grossman.

For the most part, unfortunately when you need an attorney it's because you need help with a difficult situation. That's what I received from Francisco Cieza, help. I found myself in a scary situation where I was taken advantage of and I didn't know what to do. I had never been in trouble or been in a situation where I needed a lawyer, but here I was! Francisco quickly defused my anxiety by giving me the facts of my case. This was going to be a process. I had questions, he had answers. I was nervous, he calmed me down. I never waited too long for a response whether it was a reply to an email or a phone call that he missed due to helping another client. He always followed up in a timely manner and was professional while being sympathetic to my situation. Needless to say I was very happy with the outcome of my case. Mark Weinstein was referred to me by a lawyer at Turnberry Associates, with whom he had worked. She was very impressed with him, with good reason, given the stories I'd heard about other lawyers in his field.

It was our great fortune that Mark Weinstein came into our life. Looking back on our situation, and having had the time to consider circumstances and events that presented a dire need for his unequivical competence at what he does it had to have been fate as well. When you need someone who is thoughtful, considerate of your situation and ready to give you all there is to really resolve what you need stop right here. He did all he could and more, he never gave us cause to question his judgement. In the end the legal justice we did achieve the legal justice we so badly wanted. We are quite certain there are less than a handful of attorneys in the U.S.A that could have achieved for us what Mr. Weinstein did . Mr. Weinstein led us through the legal consequences of the unnecessary loss of our 23- year -old daughter from medical malpractice. 5 different doctors , many nurses and the hospital were responsible for letting her die. After 3 years of unbelieveable preparation and presentations by Mr. Weinstein, we were victorious on all counts.
We had the choice of being invoved in the process as our emotions would allow. He was respectful of our feelings and we could not have endured the process with out the human touch we recieved during the darkess time of our lives.
You often hear about the monies that attorneys make in these cases. He deserverd and earned every dime he was paid. God Bless Mark and his family!

Through my years I have dealt with several different attorneys. Russell Dohan is the professional attorney that I have ever dealt with. Russell reasearched all aspects of my case, he kept me well informed about everything going on. Both in the court room and out he is very professional, curtious, respectful, etc. I can not say enough good about him, so if you are looking for an attorney that will work with you on your case then he is your man. I can’t say enough about Robert Rossano. I was involved in an accident where I was injured and my car was totaled. He talked me through what I needed to do and what the process would entail. A pipe burst in my bathroom last year and I was recommended to The Strems Law Firm by my neighbor. I made a phone call to get more information and was able to hire them to help me with my claim. After my insurance company refused to give me any money and chose to deny my claim, I was told by one of their employees that the next step would be to enter into litigation in order to be able to make my repairs. Carlos Fernandez is the attorney assigned to my case and has helped me to understand every step of the way. Him and the employees at the firm have always returned my call and or email when I wanted status on my case. As of last week, my case was finally able to be closed and I can now look forward to receiving the money to be able to make my repairs. I would not have gotten this far if it was not for the great help of Mr. Fernandez and his team at Strems. I will definitely make sure to tell my family and friends about them!
