This has to be one of the absolute worst firms in the entire city. My mother was hit by a car and in a case that should have taken months to resolve had taken over two years to settle. The communication from them was non existent, and representation was atrocious. I implore anyone who cares for their family members to look for different services than this firm. Please heed this warning as it will save you time, money and actual representation. They charged my mother 33% for absolutely nothing. No follow up, no guidance absolutely nothing. You’d have better chances representing yourself. Good luck to anyone of you who decide to deal with this horrible law firm.

I wish I could give this firm more stars! What a great experience from the beginning of my lawsuit I felt completely taken care of. Any question I had Robert Greenstein and his team were by my side. Bart Pittari was my lawyer and he was completely supportive, professional and compassionate during a really tough time in my life. Also Bart came through and delivered !!! Mr. Robert Dallas is absolutely FANTASTIC! He came highly referred from a friend that I trust with my life. I was not even sure I actually had a case. Mr. Dallas was extremely efficient, and held my hand from point A to point Z; Making everything so easy for me. For the most part, I sat back and he did all the legwork. My surgery was denied by the insurance company, but that's when he quickly started to "make the magic happen". One month later I was getting my the much needed surgery on my shoulder, after being rear ended. And EXACTLY ONE MONTH AFTER THAT, I received a check for the FULL AMOUNT that the No Fault Insurance would allow. I could NEVER expect things to move this fast. The level of expertise and professionalism I experienced can not be matched anywhere in my opinion. I would use Mr. Robert Dallas for all Person Injury matters, 100 out of 100 times! I was a personal injury victim involved in a car accident that appeared to present legal implications at the outset due to my personal relationship with the person found at fault. When I approached the Zlotolow law firm with my doubts as to whether I would be able to reclaim damages, Scott assured me that the firm was skilled in handling these situations with ease.
I am pleased with the outcome of my personal injury case and was able to reclaim damages to an extent greater than I believed possible. Throughout the whole process - which took four months from accident to settlement - I was treated with importance and care by Scott, Victoria, and everyone else I interacted with at the firm.

My husband was diagnosed with a rare form of Mesothelioma in 2015. After the initial shock wore off my husband decided to file a law suit. He walked us through everything that might or might not happen and made the process so easy for us so that we could concentrate on my husband’s medical care. Daniel flew out here a few times for depositions and testimonies. When my husband had to have a second surgery he made sure we did not have to travel to New York to appear in court.
