Do not even get close to this law office. They got my case took almost 9 years case finally settled and I got ripped off by the crooked william schwitzer himself and melissa santana. I have found someone in the same situation as me and we coming after them and Dr. avanesov. I have reach out to the New York Times, waiting for an appointment to expose this law office and their frauds. William schwitzer is liar, a rip off, never cares about his clients but the settlement money.

I did not know Jeena Belil before I came to her for legal guidance relating to a car accident. From day one, Jenna treated me like an old friend - I felt totally comfortable with her. I can’t say enough good things about Cory Dalmata. He’s helped me on countless situations pertaining to my son and custody & a couple of other matters as well.
Everything he has advised me on he was always 100% spot on . Cory is a straight shooter and will tell you exactly how it is. He’s very fast to respond to phone calls & emails. He’s always been quick to get things done and will fight tooth and nail for his clients .

I called to get some legal advice. Once the attorney advised "no money in family cases" the call was cut short with no legal advice at all. It just had a very cold feel to the call and if a law firm is dealing with victims they should be more self aware of their tone and handling. I only gave it a 2 star because the website was helpful with some information. But the customer experience from the first call with the front desk to Bryan was not a great experience at all. Rushed, cut short.

I reached out to the firm due to a rear end car accident. Everyone from the receptionist to the attorneys are very professional, and very courteous. They are very prompt to return to any questions or concerns you have. The attorney that I had was Mike Bersani and he was well experienced and gave me the best options in my case. He was very detailed and thorough when looking through the case, and provided more than an expert experience. Do not use this company they are a scam he promised to lower my taxes and he did not do what was supposed to be done. He told me he was going to lower my tax by a significant amount and he failed to do so. I was originally paying 13k in taxes he dropped it by 300 dollars a year and trued charging me 1800 for that. Do not use them they are horrible!!!!!

Aside from the office staff/paralegal this was an abysmal experience. I met with Michael and explained what I was looking for from him. In the initial meeting he told me a little about the process and charged us the fee.
I didn’t hear back from him for 3.5 months. When I called him to ask for an update you could hear the panicked paper rustling in the background. He said he’s been meaning to call me and set up a meeting for me to sign what he prepared, basically a two page document riddled with errors. He said he would keep me posted along the way.
I didn’t hear from him again for a couple weeks when I again reached out to him. He said he would call me the next week with an update.
Two weeks later I had to call him for an update because he never reached out.
The work I needed from him was eventually completed but I can’t help but feel like I was his lowest priority client and he made no efforts to communicate with me.
I will be looking for another law firm for my future estate planning and real estate needs.
I’m sure some of the lawyers here are fantastic because there are so many good reviews and my families attorney had recommended them, but I will not be using this firm again.

I met and interviewed a LOT of lawyers in preparation for my divorce. I even hired two before finding this website and being able to read reviews. Stefanie has 5 stars for a reason: she's not only great at her job knowing the law inside and out, she's also kind, dependable, compassionate and attentive. She's someone who took the time to clearly explain details, answer my questions and move the process forward. She was proactive to tell me what I could expect and honest enough to tell me when I was being unreasonable. Working with her was a true partnership and I could not have asked for better representation. I appreciated her responsiveness throughout the process and how she went out of her way to check in to see how I was holding up. She is a very diligent, knowledgeable, caring and hard working attorney that I respect and refer any chance I get. Divorce is hard. And if your here, likely the marriage was a mistake. Stefanie is the best! She came over to my house on a Saturday night at 10 o'clock with her daughter and her husband because it was an urgent situation and I needed help in the moment since I was not able to see my daughter. I did not expect her to come at all, let alone stay for over an hour to help me and make me feel better. Then she met me in court on Monday morning and was able to get the relief I needed. I could not recommend her enough, she really cares and will go out of her way to help, even on the weekend!

Watching so many of William Mattar’s funny commercials, I never thought I’d be needing the assistance of his office. My son made the call for me as I lay in the trauma unit at Rochester’s Strong Memorial Hospital after a car crash close to my home on Christmas morning 2023.
