We met Paul after a motorcycle accident, he was recommended to us by an old co-worker. From the start of our long journey Paul was on the ball and up front about things we could run into. If there were things we didn't understand Paul would take his time and make sure we understood what was going on. He broke everything down and explained everything in a way we would make sense of it. I can’t say Thank You enough to this law firm and Eric Winnert! We live approximately 5 hours from the office and Eric came to our home to get the much needed paperwork signed by my very ill spouse for a mesothelioma law suit. Poor man had to drive through the snow belt in February just to make sure we got what was needed before anything happened. Whenever I have questions and need to contact him, he is always there to give me answers. He has walked me step by step through every part of the process as my spouse was terminal and passed. I became a client of Hurwitz Whitcher & Malloy in November of 2020 due to injuries I sustained transporting equipment to Work from Home during the pandemic on April 7, 2020. I already have a disability, born missing my left limb & no joint in my right thumb. Hi, this Attorney was my lawyer for a cold case 14 and a half year old murder, he did not believe I was innocent, it was a mistrial, my DNA, Fingerprints wasn't even at the crime scene and the DA witthness were all had criminal records and my alibi dated that the police pressured him to change the time of when I got to his house so it would look like I was there at the murder it's sad that it would take a woman I only have a misdemeanor on her record and put her as a violent fella because the Poughkeepsie Police department did not do a thorough job in 1990 they even wanted me to wear a wire and when they search my house the footprint my sneaker was too small for the footprint that was left in the blood in that man's house so everybody isn't just and the judicial system in the supreme Court in Poughkeepsie New York.

I was arrested for DWI and Assault in Fairport, NY. I was a passenger in a car driven by my girlfriend. We had stopped in the road to make a turn and a car rear ended us.
The impact was so great that the car was totaled. I had to climb out of the driver side window and that is when the driver who hit us told the Police that I was the driver.
The driver of the other car came over to me and started a fight and I had to defend myself and my girlfriend.
I immediately contacted Mr. Morabito to represent me for the criminal charges of DWI, assault and traffic tickets. If I was convicted of DWI, I would have lost my job.
If I was convicted of assault, I could have been looking at jail time. Mr. Morabito did such an amazing job that all my charges were dismissed at trial.

We provided a service for her and through no fault of our own it was rejected by the party she was attempting to serve. She attempted to shift blame on us even though she was provided a written response from the party involved on why service was rejected which had nothing to do with how we effected service. She has not payed for services rendered, will not respond to emails or pick up the phone when we call. Very unprofessional.

When I found Marius, I was desperate. I'd hired another medical malpractice attorney who a) did not return at least ten phone calls from me, b) cursed at me, c) kicked me, and d) was an arrogant SOB. In May of 2017 I was seriously hurt walking down Cropsey Ave in Brooklyn. I was walking past a busy business when I fell in a hole on the sidewalk. I broke my arm and my wrist in the fall.
