Mr. Glover was retained by my husband when he had legal issues due to a DWI. Mr. Glover was so supportive and patient with us throughout the entire process. I called to get some legal advice. Once the attorney advised "no money in family cases" the call was cut short with no legal advice at all. It just had a very cold feel to the call and if a law firm is dealing with victims they should be more self aware of their tone and handling. I only gave it a 2 star because the website was helpful with some information. But the customer experience from the first call with the front desk to Bryan was not a great experience at all. Rushed, cut short.
