Julia is great. My only regret is that I wish I had found her sooner. I had to learn the hard way that there are a lot of bad lawyers out there. Divorce is very stressful, but Julia was able to minimize that stress and help me come to the resolution I was looking for with out destroying any future chances for a successful co-parenting relationship.

I had a great experience working with The Law Office of Steve Fuerch. I was injured in a car accident that was not my fault and was hit by an uninsured motorist. Steve helped me go against my own insurance and receive a settlement I was very happy with. Steve was always extremely informative and helpful. I was recently in a difficult--and frankly, scary--dispute with my landlord, and initially felt completely intimidated and overwhelmed by the situation. Working with the law office of Cecelia Soboleski has been one of the best decisions I have ever made since my divorce process started.
I say this because despite the distance and time difference, I currently live here in the Philippines, we were able to communicate well. She manage to discuss the plans and educate me about the case thru zoom meetings and email. She gives you insight but she let’s you decide on everything. Mr. Toney is an absolutely amazing attorney. I’m a SSG in the U.S. Army. I was selected for promotion in 2014 to the rank of SFC. I received a General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand for a offense I did not commit and the GOMOR caused me to lose my promotion and ultimately be recommended for separation under the QMP. Due to the fact I was selected for QMP I was automatically labeled as a bad Soldier and was not going to be in the Army much longer. I sought legal guidance from Mr. Toney and it was the best decision I have ever made in my military career. Mr. Toney linked me directly with the personnel I needed to talk to and he submitted two packets to DASEB on my behalf and was successful on both requests. Mr. Toney directly contacted the general officer who gave me the GOMOR and explained why it was wrong. He then asked the officer to contact DASEB on my behalf to remove the GOMOR, which he did. Mr. Toney is not just the best military lawyer you could ever hire, he is an amazing person who will guide you through tough and overwhelming times. The worse feeling in the world is that you’re going to lose a 17-year career and retirement and have to start over. Mr. Toney saved my career and my retirement. I cannot thank him enough for the tireless effort he has put into my career, my future, and my family’s future. We are now going to work to get my promotion restored!

Then they called me back and said she was wrong and they do have a free initial consultation. They gathered all my info which took almost 30 minutes and said they will have an assistant call me not a attorney. They do charge for Attorney consultation. Complete waste of time and deceptive practice!
