I previously hired Ms Dylewski because I felt confident initially. When we went to our first hearing together, she failed to address all my concerns and important facts with the judge. Why hire someone who isn’t going to take you serious nor put you and your child’s best interest in mind?

I was referred to Ms. Pierce from another law firm. Ms. Pierce was kind enough to spend FREE time in talking about my case even via email. I don't want to clog up her client list, but she's a rare find. I was trying contest my father's will after he died and after I had already texted him some horrible things about him as a father and dead beat dad. Ms. Pierce advised me well and was straightforward about it all. Although I don't have a chance in heck to fight my father's will, I'm glad she took the time to be straight with me. If I had a case that was somewhat worthy or if my father had diminished capacity, then I believe she would have worked with me pro bono and given me even more great advice!

While doing research for my divorce, I learned Julie Glocker Pierce was the only attorney in Brevard County who was Board Certified in Marital and Family Law. In addition, she was a sole practitioner vs. a law office with 25+ attorneys. I needed someone who was not only caring, patient, a good listener but also extremely competent, well respected. My consultation with Julie confirmed she and her staff were exactly what I was looking for. Julie was the total package: fearless, smart... who also became my coach, my sounding board. Ms. Glocker Pierce is not a person you want to have to meet, that is not to say she is not a pleasant person, cause she is, but frankly no one wants to have to contact a lawyer. However if/when life puts you in situations where a lawyer is needed Julie is a person you should contact.
I consulted with 4 other attorneys across two counties prior to having my consultation with Ms. Glocker Pierce and I knew with in the first 90 seconds of our conversation that I would be securing her services. Every other attorney I spoke with made promises about what they "would win" for me without even hearing my situation. Julie's approach was much different, she listened to the details, laid out a plan, asked me to implement my part of that plan and then did her part to secure the best out come.
Over the course of 2-3 years of using Julie's services she was always direct, provided only what I needed to know, reached out to me only when there was something I needed do, which is not to say that I felt rushed or not a priority, it was exclusively because she was trying to keep costs down for me.
My only regret in with working with Julie, was not doing exactly what she said to do, had I followed her advice I am confident I would have had less expense, time in court and the very minor portion of the rulings that did not go in my favor would have.
There were times hearing what Julie had to say was not easy and not what I wanted to hear, but that's what an attorney is paid to do right? A good lawyer should tell you what you need to hear not what you want to hear and Julie Glocker Pierce is exactly that, a VERY good lawyer.

Make sure your uncontested status will not change. Mine did and Mr. Grossman just sent me a list of other attorneys to contact. My $2000 retainer was forfeited as per his CONTRACT is NONREFUNDABLE!! I messaged him about a possible partial refund or credit towards his mediation services and he never even responded to me. Lesson learned, read the contract and DONT TRUST ANYONE to be upstanding. He received $2000 for doing ABSOLUTLY NOTHING!!!

Keith is amazing to work with. He explained things very well and responded to all my questions RE: the divorce process. He is very genuine and definitely has your best interest in mind. Let me start by saying that unfortunately I was divorced once before. My experience with my first attorney was disappointing.
I found myself going through a very sad and difficult time in my life of a second divorce. I was referred to Mr. Wasserman through a good friend of mine that runs a large personal injury law firm. From the very beginning my experience was like night and day. Jeffrey and Deborah were extremely professional and compassionate. I cannot tell you how detail oriented and prompt they were in every step of the way. He was also able to refer me to another great attorney for a different matter that affected my divorce process. Mr. Wasserman was very patient while I resolved those issues that obviously delayed my divorce process. I always got an immediate response to any questions or concerns. In the end my husband and I are trying to reconcile and work on our marriage and stopped the divorce. Again Jeff had very kind words to say and gave me more great legal advise. Otto is an excellent lawyer. When I first met Otto I was at my wits end. My son was accused of a crime he did not commit. Otto worked deligently trying to prove my son's innocence. I spoke with two lawyers before I met Otto all they were interested in is getting their fees instead of showing compassion to help defend my son. Brenda Nelms is the most unprofessional, unethical attorney .she is not reliable. She is not responding to emails, phone calls. most of the time she is traveling and neglect to file a motion. She is negligent. She represented me in high conflict divorce, pretended to understand what is abusive husband, told me she is my friend, came to my country (Israel) to celebrate my son bar mitzvah. promised me I will win. I lost big time. I have 3 kids. I lost my properties. Didn’t even get child support. till this day. ended up with 100k debt that I'm still paying. She got paid for her services, she settled an amount but then decided to go to court,so she can get her interest rates paid. Greedy!! still looking for more money. She Put a lien on my homestead where I and my kids live. I can’t fix my house and do refinance. She still has a lien on my property. she refuses to remove it, although she got paid. She took advantage of my situation. It took me 5 years to stand on my feet. She has no empathy, she is looking for people's weaknesses to satisfy her greed.
If you don’t want your life to get ruined by her evilness I don't recommend hiring her.

She has to be the most spread thin, admittedly ' burned out" she told me the night before our trial. Their email system " is not functioning properly" for the last 9 months so they respond to about 2% of inquiries, which is about the same for return calls vrs msgs left. Then after she cost me the trial. She testified that she " was too busy with other cases and could only talk to me after midnight!" Half of my biz was given to my ex when he PREVIOUSLY TESTIFIED that it was premarital and he didnt' expect it, but she wasn't paying attention!

Mr. Luther represented me in my divorce case last year. He really did a great job for me. He has a very calm demeanor and really know his stuff. We had to go to court twice and both times he was outstanding. He was completely prepared and confident. He really related well to the judge and explained our position great. Recently hired Janese for a super simple motion to file (a motion I could have easily filed myself but figured coming from a lawyer, the judge might pay more attention to it). At first, working with Janese was great. She offered a discount to us and I was so grateful. But I have not been happy with her work. She filed a motion and purposely wrote it very vague and stated to me that she "didn't put a lot of details in the motion because I find that the judge doesn't read much and he likes hearing it in court". Well after nearly 2 weeks since the motion was filed, we still didn't have a hearing scheduled. Janese informed me that the judge wouldn't allow his assistant to schedule the hearing until he read the motion. Days later he denied the motion and we never got to present our case in a hearing! Dumbfounded when I found this out on my own by looking up public info on the court website, I emailed Janese asking for any information as to why we wouldn't get a hearing. I've emailed multiple times and text her... no response. She got her money to spend 5 minutes typing up a motion and that was the end of it. Its been going on 6 days since the motion was denied and I haven't heard a word from her. Waste of our money... even without a law degree I could have done what she did.

Charged an excessive amount, showed up to the hearing unprepared, didn’t even know what the hearing was for, then said well I don’t know! The judge said I would have been better off by myself than to have hired her. When I bring up my concerns after the hearing and requested a partial refund of the 6,500 that she had received. She became extremely unprofessional and emotional making threats and continuing with the lies. She even requested that I pay another 6,000 so she could do what should have been done in the first place. She says all the right things, because she is a conartist playing attorney. My advice would be never use this firm for anything other than to refer them to your worst enemy.

Sonica did the greatest disservice to myself and my children. Years out and the damage she did is still impacting my three children. Her interests lie in the in the fees she collects and men...without regard to what the situation truly is. She did not listen to my children regarding the abuse they were suffering at the hands of their father and to this day we are still learning more and more. I was charged thousands of dollars for her poor services and we are still paying in tears and pain.

I retained Sonica mid way through a very difficult divorce and custody battle. After my last attorney, she was a breath of fresh air. Sonica cared about my case, the welfare of my children and about me. She even handled an emergency for me when she was on vacation.
Unlike my other attorney, she wasn't afraid to go to court to protect the children.
The results speak for themselves:
1. My children are with me 80% of the time
2. I no longer have to pay child support ( We could not prove that my ex-husband business makes more than $4,000/year, she was able to impute his income to minimum wage)
3. The children now have their own beds when they visit their father.

I had fought the court system in Florida for 10 years and 10 months to remove my daughter from a harmful environment. The judges refused to grant me custody because I was in the Army and that is "unstable". My daughters mother is drug addicted and has no home but was considered stable. I had a very hard time even though it seemed I was the best choice. Mrs. Lorrier took my difficult case and helped me more than I could have asked for. To me she did not look at me as a client or for a business end, she looked at me as a father and she truly cared. Kristianna Cucinella is more than just your average, run of the mill attorney. Our child support/paternity case was extremely complicated, having already been settled in North Carolina court in our favor with prejudice. A move to the state of Florida instigated the opposing party to reopen the case, making the circumstances a bit more difficult and harder to navigate. When the lines of justice were unclear, Ms. Cucinella researched and dug until an answer was found or a comparable case was located that could be evidenced in court.
While no one could ever be certain of the outcome when it comes to court matters, my Husband and I were extremely confident and beyond comfortable in the effort that the entire team put into our case.

I contacted Mr Getzin to take care of my divorce, I got him all the information that he requested and the payment, everything was fine on the first 7 or 8 months, but then things just stop moving, I will contact him and he will apologice and justify the fact that he was busy and other things, he say that will contact the judge and arrange the court day and prepare this paper or this other paper and that he will let me know later and update me on the case, finally I ask for copies of the documentation that he send to court and everything so I can consult another lawyer because he was taking too long, he give me nothing and told me that he could not continue with my case and that he was going to tell a "friend" to take care of it, my case was dismissed by the judge because he as my legal representation stopped doing his job, wasted 2 years time, money and stress...

I hired Ms. Talley for a divorce case. She seemed very friendly and nice. Turned out that once I hired her, I could never reach her until court dates and at the last minute. She never returns calls and could not answer simple legal questions. she did not take much time at all on my case.
I really felt alone and basically as if I paid her for me to represent myself.
I don't have much experience with hiring an attorney but based on my experience with Ms. Talley, If I were you. I would not waste my money. She does not care, you are nothing but a paycheck and that is how I felt.
The only reason I did not fire her is because I had put too much money into my case.
When my divorce ruling was final, she was supposed to go over legal paperwork that needed to be filed, I heard from her once to say that she would and needless to say she never did.
I sure should of held on to my money.

Mr. Smith and his professional team of Jeffrey Burry and Cynthia A, resolved what I had come to believe could no longer be fixed or righted. Fourteen years earlier I had employed another attorney to finalize a divorce settlement. Not known to him (I) at the time was the fraud, forgeries, and deceit employed by the ex-wife at the time. Within a week of my retirement from the military, the ex again approached the trough off greed to further satisfy perceived welfare, except this time she was 'discovered'. She again employed the same tactics of 14 years earlier, hiring/firing a total of seven (7) attorneys (cumulative) for both proceedings, up to the point the attorneys in her city had 'all been used before.' She ended up using a fellow some 60 miles away.
This above explanation is needed to explain why my proceedings, in both instances, were drug out over a period of time. It costs a bit. None of the costs associated with this were the fault of counsel, but rather due to the lunatic tendencies of someone else, and my poor judgment of decades earlier.
Mr. Smith and his team found, fought and resolved what I was after; clear finality, a stop to the stalking and total peace of mind....from a mind that is obviously still not.
Like one does not look forward to a cancer doctor for the removal of a cancer, or an orthodontist for jaw reconstruction, or an accountant to answer (your) door when the IRS boys are on the other side, or a complicated legal problem is at ones' trough, an adage of my dad's comes to mind, 'son, the best cost a nickel more'. He was not referencing Del Monte or Libby's green beans.
Without a doubt, my wife and I would use the services of Mr. Smith and his team for any future law issues. We feel confident however, it will not be to revisit what he recently put to rest.
Mr. Smith and his team are honest and professional.....above all, all have become friends.
