Finally got my case closed and they did a wonderful job always answering me questions in a timely manner. Im very pleased with my service with them and would highly recommend using them. I had a bit of issue with high doctor costs, and they made the final settlement negotiations a bit difficult. If you get in an accident, I recommend calling this group asap and asking what doctors they have worked with first to see if you can get recommended good doctors that can help your negotiations go smoother. I loved their text service as well. I would text my case manager all my questions and she would respond in a timely manner. They are also really empathetic, which was helpful when the stress of not knowing was high.

Teresa Beyers is a go-to for your divorce and family law needs. I have read some reviews and disagree with the very few bad reviews. She has a ton of knowledge and a great ability to navigate a divorce case. Many reviews are written about charging too much for a divorce, but people don't understand she is more reasonable than most. Divorce is never cheap, Teresa will get you what you want and then some.

Mr. Randy Medina was very professional and really knowable in regards to child custody and moving orders. He was very detailed in explaining what could happen if the decision was to go one way or the other. He made sure we understood what we were getting ourselves into.
One of the biggest attributes we loved from Randy was his research of the many previous cases that has happened and utilizing those examples to your specific case. During our court hearing for our final decision, we loved that he walked us through our stressful experience and really explained why this process would be best for our case. We actually learned a lot from him during our moving order.

I hired Amy Lopez for a Divorce, Child Custody and
Ex Parte Orders. I needed a Temporary emergency (ex parte) order because my ex-wife was unstable and on drugs and left in the middle of the night with my two daughters to a different County 5 hours away. Amy Lopez immediately filed an ex parte order to the Court to get my daughters back and I received a hearing date within days. I went to my Court Hearing for the ex parte and Amy Lopez addressed the issue with a Firm Professionalism that moved the Court to get me FULL SOLE CUSTODY of my Daughters! John and Owais are the people you want helping you with your case! We had a tricky situation with the I-751 and N-400 during Covid shut down and they helped us through every step of the way. I’m originally from Japan and our case should have been an easy one but with shut down, things got messy and lost. Long story short, John and Owais were able to help us though the process with ease. They are very prompt with responses, quick to see the progress of the case (making sure everything was up to speed and within expected time frame), and were thorough with prep work and paperwork. Both of us speak perfect native English and we still had a lot of trouble figuring out the paperwork. Even if you’re unsure or really need the support, I would suggest looking into this firm since USCIS paperwork/processes are a real hassle if mistakes are made.

You wanna feel like you can bring a gun to a court? Call Maryam.
My ex-wife suffers from multiple mental health disorders, prescription medication, alcohol and drug addiction. She has been physically attacking me and my two and a half years old son. 2 years ago, I called the police to mediate thesituation, and she lied that I beat her. Long story short, it was an unbelievably hard case with divorce, custody and 3 restraining orders.
My ex would even tell me that I didn’t have any rights because I was a white man in California. Well, I decided to call a super woman, Maryam.
I did my research using ChatGPT. Was looking for top 3 attorneys who represent men in divorce custody disputes and win. ChatGPT told me to call Maryam. And boy it was right!
Without any doubt Maryam rescued my life and the life of my son. She machine-gunned my ex's every lie in court and made her crumble in under 20 minutes. Beyond that, not only Maryam was able to dispel every lie, but she also won me 100% leverage in decision making. Meaning I could get sole custody and much more.
That being said, I still decided to settle on shared custody with alcohol precautions and restrictions because I didn’t want my son to grow up without a mother, so I hope she will recover and put her life together.
My divorce terms are ridiculously good. So good I don’t even want to share ;-)
Maryam did an excellent job preparing me and she delivered a truly cinematic performance in court. I felt like I was some sort of super celebrity with my badass attorney.

Archana Srivastava, Esq. is a wonderful lawyer. She has helped me navigate custody issues with a difficult ex husband. I wish I had taken the advice she gave me in several instances. Wow where do I begin? My husband was hurt doing his job and It’s been a 7 year roller coaster from Hell ever since. Dealing with the workers comp Doctors was a joke , they don’t care about you . He went through two attorneys with the second one being Raj Patel . The moment we signed with RP Law Group we felt confident as they began sending my husband out to different doctors in our area and we actually felt the ball was rolling. Divorce is tough and there are so many attorneys out there that it makes picking one challenging. Found this law firm from several friends who have used them and they were all very happy with their work. I really appreciated their communication throughout the process and their ability to get back to you quickly when you have questions. Not every firm is like that. Billing was straight forward and they did a great job being financial responsible with my case. My family, especially my daughter (Jenna) and granddaughters, endured unimaginable hardship at the hands of the opposing side. Watching my daughter be mistreated and abused was deeply painful. Sanaz has a good team and thorough system to ensure your bankruptcy gets finalized.
I am self employed, my case was more in depth.
I interviewed several attorneys in San Diego and LA area and they were suggesting Chapter 13 and avoiding chapter 7 because of my equity in my home, they said I was limited on exemptions ie and my vehicle and personal property were at risk!
Sanaz is very creative with creating and interpreting exemptions that the other attorneys NEVER mentioned and or understood, interpreting exemptions is very important, ie “Commercial Work Vehicle” (Truck) verses “vehicle”, that changed the game, the trustee wanted more money for my work truck and was also trying me on personal property and Sanaz put them in check!
She got my Chapter 7 discharged, I kept my condo equity, I owed nothing for my commercial work truck and personal items.
The other attorneys I interviewed were ok with having me agree to make an uncomfortable stressful payment plan to make it easy for them to file chapter 13….
Sanaz and her team tolerated all my calls and emails = STRESS and got me through it.

Hector C. Perez made his mark as a successful lawyer in Los Angeles, and the reality for me and everybody else is that the clock stops for nobody.
