Tracy was a pleasure to work with. Cases involving children are difficult and emotional; she remained professional and honest and didn't over promise results. She listened and asked the right questions and was successful in concluding with a fair outcome. Both Tracy and support staff were very responsive and communicated clear required actions and due dates. Tracy spend the time before each hearing to go over the information submitted to the court, and to prepare me for what to expect. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Tracy was a Godsend during my divorce that lasted a year and a half. The amount of stress that's involved in going through a divorce alone is so draining and mine, involved my daughter which was even more stressful. My ex was extremely unreasonable and would not cooperate with any decision which delayed the process even longer. Tracy remained professional and stuck it out with me the whole way through and we were finally able to finalize a judgement! I can't imagine doing it over again without her. She's truly a life saver!

Tracy Willis took on our termination of parental rights and step parent adoption case. She was so knowledgeable, devoted, and did what ever she could to see that our case was resolved. Unfortunately our case had gone very south and the outcome wasn't what anyone expected, but Tracy didn't stop there. She contacted multiple appellant attorneys and had a plan of action in just a few days. We ended up winning the appeal case and they granted our petition, but Tracy never lost contact through the process and was always invested. I can't thank her enough. She is truly an amazing attorney.

I had a horrible custody and child support battle with my ex-wife. Attorney Lindsey truly came to my rescue. I submitted incorrect information that was jeopardizing my chances to even see my children. I hired Stephen to help me with a highly complex international custody case. His inherent knowledge of the law, both domestic and international, his awareness and sensitivity of the situation, helped to not only enlighten me, but also the opposing lawyer and most importantly, the judge. Stephen made sure the rights of the children were protected and put in effect. He is a great negotiator. I was very fortunate to retain Claire Lightner to represent me in my Divorce a few years back. I must say she couldn't make me feel more secure and really handled my Divorce flawlessly. She was always available and accessible and I never felt like I could not reach her for any questions or concerns I may have had. I can't say enough how grateful I was for the excellent legal representation I received from Claire. Going through a divorce was one of the most stressful events in my life and I couldn't have been in better hands. She had to work with a very difficult petitioner who had a very challenging lawyer. I was so impressed with how she wouldn't to allow the legal expenses for useless actions brought on by the petitioner to get out of hand. She was excellent in the courtroom and always well prepared. She always made sure I understood what the legal actions I was facing and was well prepared on how to counsel me on my options. First off, no one asked me or suggested I write a favorable review for my former Attorney Claire Lightner (pause to raise right hand and solemnly swear). This is just a small token of my appreciation for her taking on my train wrecked case, knowing that there would be no big pay out at the conclusion. The other reason I'm writing this review is for those conducting their due diligence in seeking a strong female divorce attorney who is scrupulous, smart, and a true advocate. (I went through 3 attorneys prior to finding Claire, two of which were women and neither one held a candle to Claire.) I know that's a big statement and I wouldn't say it if it weren't true - especially after the WAR I went through (4 years) in total. After my horrific experience with the painfully slow family court system, and attorneys (1 especially who represented me for 9 months who truly earned the rep that most attorneys are blood suckers), I felt folks should know that there is an attorney I would recommend and I'm sure other clients of Claire's would as well. My only regret is I found her so late in my case that much of it was not repairable. That said, she fought hard to right the ship as best as she could and I and my children will be forever grateful. Claire and her paralegal Dorothy work well as a team and are meticulous with details. Expect nothing but sheer professionalism, don't expect hand holding, a shoulder to cry on or therapy (not that they aren't sympathetic), they are, but they are not about wracking up billable hours - which is a good thing! They stick to facts and the law and present them in a clear and convincing way. Advice or consults are good as well - if you want to start there. I feel Claire is honest in her reaction in hearing the details of the case and also predicts an honest scenario of expectation too. Even if it's not best case for you or what you hoped to hear. Now that I think is the mark of TRUE professional with morals and values! In the more often than not ugly divorce business, I think that's really something. Good luck!

Since the beginning, I noticed his constant awareness of what is legal and what is not. His friendlinesss and willingness to help others made him a very respected member of this Metropolitan Los Angeles community where I used to be his neighbor. And above all, Ronn Bisbee is a dedicated friend and educator of children and teenagers. Back in '97-'98, I remember this confused adolescent of Russian descent, who lived with his mother in the same building with me and Ronn. His shaved head, tattoos and gang-like attitude were indicative of his misguided approach in life. I can't say enough good things about Attorney Rob Schelling and his team. I found him online when I was dealing with a legal matter and was looking to change attorneys. I called and spoke with his assistant, Connie, and then followed up via email thereafter. At Connie's request, I sent her some information about the case, which Mr. Schelling read and quickly got back to me. While he was not able to take on the case himself, he recommended a couple of specific attorneys in the area whose strengths matched up well with my needs. His suggestion was spot on, and his insight was key to eventually reaching a successful outcome. Many of the reviews I read about Mr. Schelling spoke about how well known he is within the Riverside legal community. I got a DUI and was referred to David Chesley by a colleague who also had a previous case. I must say I am satisfied by the results and it was cheaper than other law offices. Communication was key and I felt like I wasn’t alone in this case. When I got the DUI, I thought my consequences would have been the worst. David Chesley outlined his plan for me, which included what he felt would be realistic steps for us to take and how much time each step might require. He gave an honest promise that if everything else fails we could always go back to this point as it has worked out well so far! Evan Zelig was very supportive, clear, and understanding throughout the whole process of my legal case. Sadly I must review my experience with this law firm. There appears to be MANY negative reviews with similar complaints regarding this firm, too many actually and date back over a decade. Check for yourself on Google, Yelp, BBB, Pissed Consumer and other sites. Hindsight, I should of used the clinic at the courthouse that offers assistance with legal matters. This has been the most devastating burden in our life and based on our experience and opinion it appears to point in the direction of recurring issues that resonates with other posted negative reviews. I can offer some constructive consumer feedback to help protect the public before hiring an attorney. (FYI: The information below is available for public consumption) *Check the State Bar Website. DONOT hesitate to use it to follow up with a bad experience.. It's the insurance to protect the public and defer misconduct and unethical behaviors. Its success hinges on the public's help. *The State Bar Client Security Fund may be of assistance due to an attorneys dishonesty. *Check the attorneys business information on the Secretary Of State website. This is a Tall Tale if you understand their procedures and codes. *Attorney cases can be reviewed at the court house. *Review your billing within 5 days and if you see any issues (such as: is the retainer fee depleted without any completed work) inquire in writing immediately! The billing practice should not be "creative and collaborative " immediately start to make notes on the bills and DOCUMENT DOCUMENT. Save all correspondence, invoices and statements. If threatened with severing of representation over billing questions: STOP DROP AND ROLL... *READ the contract, it may seem ok on the face.... is it UNBALANCED to the unsuspecting? *Maintain a call log. *Note "complimentary services" then bill you ( court reminders which by the way are generated by the court for free). *Free consultation, then bill you. Give your head a shake. *DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. *It's important for every consumer to help protect the public with hopes that law firms have significant insight to their oath and professional responsibility. If you suspect foul play due to indiscretions meet and confer with the District Attorneys Office. One more thing: "we treat you like family" it's a cliche. I’d contacted William’s office this past Sunday, fully understanding that perhaps I may not get a callback until the next business day. My goodness, I was so shocked and thrilled to get a callback from William within just a couple of hours! Our friends were at the airport ready to fly home when they were taken away by TSA agents and we couldn’t understand why. William took down pertinent information and immediately got to work. I could tell he was working tirelessly to get answers because his communication skills were beyond amazing. I didn’t have to worry about not hearing from him at all. Happy to say that my friends are back home without any issues. I’m truly grateful for William’s hard work and dedication for my situation. He’s now saved as my favorite in my phone. Finding Joni was a God send! Literally!! I heard her commercial on the radio and wrote her phone number down. A year later, when I decided I needed a lawyer, I couldn’t find her number so I prayed about it. The next day I got in my car driving home from work and her commercial came on the radio! I pulled over in my car and immediately called her and was able to speak with her. I made my appointment and met this wonderful, intelligent, compassionate woman who understood what I was going through, and what I needed to do. Joni not only helped me through the most desperate time in my life, but also became my friend. She was always there for me answering any of my questions, sometimes in the wee hours of the morning. I would describe Joni as a wolf in sheep’s clothing. She looks so sweet but she is fierce and gets the job done!! She knows how to handle opposing lawyers, her knowledge of judges and the court system is remarkable. She lead me away from a certain court that was convenient and close to me to make sure I got the best judge. She was ALWAYS PREPARED! I hired Mr. Bratton after being referred by my sister. She was very pleased with his services so I decided to set up a consultation with him. Bill was upfront with me from the very begging. I appreciated his honesty, understanding and his attentiveness to my concerns. He was very thorough in documenting every conversation and was quick to advise me on how to handle my ex. Being a father of three young daughters, I expected to fight an uphill battle with custody. Bill fought for me and got me what I deserved...50% custody!! He was there through my entire divorce process which included division of all assets, child custody, pension and retirements. I am a 47 old divorced dad with a 6-year-old lovely daughter. My ex-wife filed for a divorce about a year and a half ago claiming for full legal and physical custody over our daughter. We had been married for 17 years owning real estate and had my own business. I was just like anybody else panicked and I asked my friend to help to find the best attorney to representing me. I was told to call Bratton Razo Lord family law firm. Now my case is over and I could not be happier with the result. I unfortunately had to deal with the spouse who thought that because she is the mom so she can do and say anything. Besides that she accused me with almost anything just to win the case. Mr. Razo was a big relief since start.I felt so confident with him. He was always calm and focused. He always explained the situation and always had a plan to take care of the incoming attacks. Mr. Razo is young, but with the skill and logic like not too many attorneys have these days. My case had involved with the 730 evaluation. When I was referred to Mr. Razo by a coworker, I was told he was fair, ethical, and thorough. I immediately found that to be true. Mr. Razo was honest with me the entire time. He always gave me expectations, but he also advised me of the reality and possible outcomes. Mr. Razo did not promise me anything but his full effort to help gain joint custody of my children. I had been divorced for 5 years and had partial custody of my two kids with my ex having primary custody. My Ex-wife moved our children over an hour away from me causing turmoil and hardship for the children. Over the years of fighting for more custody, I was bullied and pushed to back down by my ex’s lawyer. My job and schedule were constantly used against me since I worked 12 hours shifts. Mr. Razo assured me that fathers are equal and we can have equal time and custody of our children. Mr. Razo assisted me in having my ex move back to a central location where we can live in the same town, and I was awarded joint Legal and Physical Custody with the equal time share that I requested with no restrictions due to my work schedule. I could not be happier with Mr. Razo's work. He truly made it his goal to help me win the case, but did so in an ethical way that allowed my ex and I to maintain a good relationship. From the initial interview with lacilento it seemed a little shady. First he said how much did I quote you? He hadn’t quoted me so I yet airballed 2k? He charged me 5500. Before he was involved I had some contact with my little girl. 6k later I have zero contact with my daughter , I was shocked when he asked for more money. I was shocked he charged 2k for 30 min we were in court . I was shocked when he charged me 450 for a 4 minute phone call . Thank you Iacilento for strongly upholding the vile reputation of most lawyers

Nafiz is an incredible attorney. He goes out of his way to help his clients and their family. Nafiz M. Ahmed, and Shari Sukaram represented me in two cases in Alameda County. Nafiz and Shari where both responsive and clear in communication with me. EDIT AFTER OWNER PATHETIC RESPONSE: I am reviewing the right person. This is Madan that had his license suspended in 2005. He failed to submit immigration paperwork for a client and the client got deported. Another client didn’t get his immigration paperwork approved and Madan failed to update his client on his immigrant status. Madan was defending someone that wanted to pay less child support, Madan submitted paperwork asking for a 14y/o take take care of 2 young children 50hrs/week while also attending HS all so his client will pay less, his client ended up paying MORE than when he went in lol. There are MANY cases of malpractice by this guy and I refuse to let him gaslight or bully me into believing this isn’t the same guy. Just recently a former client of his found a new legal team because Madan is INCOMPETENT and SHADY. PLEASE DO RESEARCH ON THIS GUY. He lost his license for a year for malpractice AND he had a DV (Domestic Violence) case against him! He’s definitely also a traditional guy. So if you or your loved ones identify as LGBTQ+, please RUN FAR AWAY FROM HIM. There is an evil aura to him and you can just see the $$ signs on his eyes. This guy definitely protects/is on the side of defendants. If you know you’re a good person with no ill intentions, please find yourself someone else. This guys SHOULD NOT HAVE A LICENSE TO PRACTICE.

From the day that I walked into meet with Jeff and Dayn it has been a pleasurable experience. I was forced to hire an attorney when my ex filed a motion for full custody of our daughter even though I had been the custodial parent since birth . After making a few calls to law offices I made an appointment to meet with Dayn Holstrom.. I have worked with Dayn, Jeff and Mariana throughout my case and I have never been disappointed. I was very comfortable with each of them. I never felt nervous at any time throughout my case. Before I hired them, I was representing myself and it has been very scary. They did a great job in representing me and won my custody case for me. I have an upcoming support hearing and I am comforted by the fact that I know I have great representation.
