Fraud! Was awarded a 22K settlement and received fraudulent paperwork claiming Epstein credits of 21K to my ex. The law firm stole 21K. For this you will be disbarred and indicted. Contacted the ex and she said she sent a check to the attorney for 22K. I do not endorse this law firm for anyone seeking legal services. Contacting the California Bar first thing Monday. Right up there with Michael Avenatti

Rios and Rios is by far the most ethical and compassionate Family / Divorce law firms I could find. Ron Rios did an excellent job representing me in one of the most stressful times of my life. He was strategic yet conservative. He did not take advantage of the situation by over-billing and dragging my case on as most attorneys do. Ron consistently tried to work toward a quick resolution. Also, Sarah (the secretary) was patient and calm while directing me in gathering proper documents throughout the process. I found Ms Swift to be a top notch attorney who has both experience and integrity. My estate attorney referred me to her because she had worked with her on a number of cases and was impressed with her ethical skills and personable style. I have nothing but praise for the way she and her team, especially her paralegal Evelyn, handled my divorce. I would never recommend anyone to use Emily as their attorney. I hired her many many years ago to represent me for my child custody/ support case and she did nothing to help me. I did all the leg work by providing her all my documents, going to the court to retrieve old documents from previous cases with the father of my children. The day of court she showed up with no paperwork, good thing I was prepared and had a copy of the whole case with me that she used. After months of not hearing from her with an update she informed me the judge threw out my case due to the other parent having outstanding violations and that I could pay the tickets myself to live forward which turned out to be a lie years later. I went to the court to try to proceed with the case on my own and the staff thought I was crazy and advised me to fire my attorney because they hard record she showed up to court on an unknown date and represented me and the judge did actually grant me full custody and child support which I did not know about for years. When I asked for the final documents they informed me the child support will not be valid since the attorney filed the order after hearing incorrectly and left off the child support but it was mentioned in the minute order. Per the court staff I would have to refill all the paperwork and serve the other parent again and go before a judge. It’s impossible for me to serve the other parent as he is in jail far away and financially I do not have the funds nor time to do this as this has been a case going since about 2013. Do not waste your time or money because you will be left doing the attorney work on your own.

I cannot express this enough, But Emily is a professional, understanding, and aggressive lawyer who will speak and fight for your Justice. First thing’s first, I am very proud of my attorney, she really understands and takes into consideration the needs of her clients very seriously and acts accordingly. The Domestic Violence Restraining Order was DENIED AND CASE DISMISSED. Do not miss out on Emily, trust in her and her skills and follow her lead. Her cross examination skills are phenomenal. During my trial Emily defended me and I was able to see her be 10 steps ahead of petitioner and her attorney. She won my case and most importantly SHE REUNITED ME WITH MY DAUGHTER after 4 months of not being able to see her. I will forever be grateful to Emily, she will always be someone in my life that I will never forget. The way she spoke for me and represented me in that court room is something I will never forget. She took the stress away from me and assured me that their is Justice for MEN. I highly recommend Emily for representation!!

As much as I appreciated Lisa's expert legal insights and her ability to communicate those well, her office operations and paralegal support was lacking in my case. I had numerous paralegals, which caused confusion and delays. Then Lisa was suddenly unavailable (for personal reasons, I think, which can happen), and my case was handed off to a more junior attorney who did not know me, was not especially good at giving support, and who spent a lot of time collaborating with a financial expert that the firm hired to help strategize in some grey areas regarding what was community property vs. my ex's separate property. They had a legal strategy that fell on its face when it was presented to the mediating judge, and this junior attorney had no plan B... throughout the rest of the mediation they gave no help in legal strategy or negotiating advice, but left me to make all the decisions on my own. I ended up with far less than I had been led to expect, and my legal and financial consulting bills were huge. Lisa never reached out to me personally to explain her absence, and when I shared that I was disappointed in how things ended up, she was sadly very defensive of the junior attorney and took no responsibility other than to waive a few minor fees on the final invoice. I think Lisa is talented, but not sure she's good at managing a team. The office seems to have a history of turnover.

I approached the Zonder Law Firm to help assist me with a custody and child support issue. I decided to go with them due to their success rate with settling these delicate matters outside of court in a respectful, and amicable way. During my time from start to finish with my case, my attorney Matt Jewitt was very informative, understanding and handled my case with tact and respect with both myself and the other party involved. If ever i had any questions regarding my case, Matt put my mind at ease and made sure I was happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Lisa and her wonderful assistant Sharon to get you through one of the most difficult times in your life. Lisa is efficient and trustworthy. She means what she says, and says what she means, in a clear and understandable voice. I will start by saying I did not retain Mr. Armstrong as my Attorney but I still want to leave a review for all of the help Elizabeth has provided me. She was very responsive and taught me a lot about the whole legal process. She is extremely knowledgeable and even answered my calls and messages on a Saturday and Sunday which was difficult with any other firm. I’d definitely recommend this firm to anyone seeking legal counsel.

Do not. And I mean. DO NOT call for anything. They will not help you. They’ll send you to AVVO and say go through there. If you try to get information to make sure you’re looking at something correctly, they’ll hustle you telling you again about AVVO and proceed to hang up on you. I’ve been tryin to get my son back for about 10 years and this is how they treat people. This isn’t the first time I’ve tried working with them but it will definitely be the last. Most unprofessional people in the industry.

We had such a great experience with Tony! He represented my partner in his custody case. My Partners child was in a very bad situation with the other parent. Tony was there for us and took our call on the spot when we were in an emergency situation. He was able to guide us and help us make the right choices. My partner was awarded full physical and legal custody of his child with Tony's representation. Thanks to Tony we are now able to provide a safe and loving home to my partners child. Long road ahead for her recovery but she now has all the tools in place to help her, and a loving family to support her. Thank you Tony for showing compassion to us along the way. I thought that the price to update my trust was kind of high but I still went to Estate Lawyers. Amy Gostanian took all our info and make us understand all the pro and cons in making a trust, paralegal Diane Davis was the go too and she took all info that we agreed during the meeting, she went above and behind to treat us the best way possible, she is a very good hearted person. Cassidy Russell she was the lawyer that checked the whole trust and make sure that we had all our wishes.

Very disappointed. Reply to reply. Your firm is still on the service list of documents to this day. We had an agreement where, in lieu of a discount to the total bill, you would continue to represent me on the loose ends at no charge. You then immediately, without notice, filed to be removed as my council.

Chandra is an outstanding attorney and deserves nothing less than 5 stars. UPDATE 7/17/2020: I received correspondence from this office regarding my google review. Be aware that reviews you write could potentially bring you undesirable results! I would not recommend Chandra for any Family Law proceedings. At times she was condescending of me and she did little to nothing to resolve my case. She consistently had an excuse as to why she could not appear and she did not perform due diligence in researching the avenues available to represent me in court regarding the laws which were clearly being broken and the contempt being committed by the other party of my case. I wasted all of my savings on her to end up in a worse position than when I started. She is inept in understanding and navigating domestic abuse and manipulation of the court system by abusers in custody cases and is unable to perform at a level which is expected of her in regards to dealing with narcissistic personality disorder and post-separation abuse, which she touts being exceptionally knowledgeable about. I am extremely dissatisfied with her services. I also reached out to her office to request an itemized receipt of all my expenses over the course of the time she “served” me, yet never received that information, only excuses and promises of a call back which was never received. Find another attorney, especially if your impetus for seeking an attorney is the well being of your children in family law disputes or custody proceedings.

Opposing counsel and all future and past clients take notice. Ms. Miller uses gaslighting and frequently launches personal attacks, fabrications, and makes disparaging comments about the targeted spouse/parent that she knows are NOT true. She is “unprofessional” and “unethical.” I know divorce is not easy, but working together with your partner is really going to save you a lot of money and help you reach a common goal. I wish I knew that then! Sadly, Ms. Miller is incapable of helping anyone achieve a common goal. She antagonizes and upsets the other party while trying to convince you she is compassionate and on your side only to rack up your legal fees by encouraging the court to schedule court date after court date...in hindsight I realize that now. All the while you are paying her to prepare and appear in court on your behalf. She preyed on me while I was trying to work through a difficult time in my life. For that, I would never recommend her!

Worst experience with an attorney in my entire life- I couldn’t afford to pay his exorbitant costs anymore and as such he said he was dropping my case Instead he continued to work behind my back with my ex husband and his lawyer for 3 months and attempted to have my son taken away from me He never once made any contact with me or my children or ex lawyer to hear anything we had to say Worst parenting coordinator in Sonoma County by far Don’t use him unless you want to give him all of your money to get him on your side Otherwise he leaves you out to dry Run if the courts suggest you use him

I don't even want to give one star if I could just give zero. This firm is lying to us and trying to cheat our money. PLEASE DON'T GIVE THEM FREE MONEY!!! We had hired a lawyer, and he was very unprofessional everything he said sounded like he just read from a book. When I try to ask them any question they are very impatient to answer. Also lied to me that I could just pay them $1500 to get a new green card, but I had asked other lawyers about this case, and there was no way I could just pay for a new green card. During the case the lawyer also was very unprofessional, he kept telling the litigant to sign the paper to give up this case. The lawyer is not serious about the case after receiving the money. I asked them to give me the $1500 back, but they just kept telling me to wait. They already charge me for the lawyer fee and still want to make more money from me.
