This lawyer was unable to deal with a case of abusive mother with OP against her. The case was done so unprofessional that she got the majority of kids time, despite being homeless and jobless. Lawyer was unable to send appropriate documents on time, file simple motions and the case was lost. May be all of that was staged and they just had a deal with opposite side.

If we could give Michael Biederstadt 100 stars for his excellent legal skills and services, we would. Five will have to do here for him and everyone else in his law practice. Attorney Biederstadt helped us covert our family finances into trusts that will protect our life’s wealth for our children and save them considerably in legal costs and taxes. This was all done at an affordable cost. Along the way, the Biderstadt Law Firm helped educate us about crucial issues in family law, death taxes and estate planning that everyone should know. The most important thing we learned is that even if you have a will, your estate will go through Probate Court, which in Illinois could tie up the estate in court for a year or two, incurring all sorts of attorney’s and other fees along the way. Only a trust can keep your estate out of Probate Court. The Biederstadt Law Firm also provided so many extra services, including a comprehensive, personalized portfolio that includes all essential documents organized in one convenient place. To tell the truth, divorce is never an easy process for the individuals involved, especially if they have children.
Finding the right lawyer to guide you through this journey can be quite challenging. I am currently in the midst of the process, and my lawyer decided to take a random detour, lengthening the process even more.
It is unfortunate that there are some individuals who choose a career in order to manipulate their clients during their most vulnerable time, siding with the other party and actively causing harm to people's lives. It is commendable to be a person of integrity and to take on cases with the intention of helping people rather than profiting at the expense of ruining their lives. I strongly advise against choosing Mr. Dustin as your lawyer. Please stay away!!

Neal was my second lawyer in my divorce. The different between Neal and my first lawyer was night and day. Instantly my case got back on track, negotiations with my ex happened and were agreed to. On top of this, Neal was there for me personally as I asked many, many questions. I felt secure in a time of my life where I was at my lowest. He is a very honest lawyer and will tell you what you need to hear; no over promises, no grand statements. In fact, he has told me a few times that something wasn't worth going after.
Later in life I was remarried and Neal helped me with those nuptial agreements. He handled them professionally and with haste.

On the last days of 2023, I am especially grateful to Andy, who supported and guided me through the darkest days of my life. I was abandoned after 30 years of devotion to the family. Steve Xu Chen not only let me down, betrayed me, but also hid large assets from me overseas! I only want to keep the house but Steve demands me to pay for his share, except that I don't have the money. I was so devastated! I lost my sleeps and dropped 20% weight. When I contacted Andy, he gave me his assertive words, "We will ask", "We shall see", but no fake promises. He was there whenever I needed to dump my thoughts and worries. After 2 years of persistence, we won the house! Now my young adult kids have a home to return, and my parents are celebrating the holidays with us! I came to Michael during what can only be called the worst period of my life. Going through a divorce is hard enough but at the same time my daughter was being treated for cancer and there was a pandemic going on. He was always calm and clear and helped me to do the same, taking me step by step through what seemed like an unmanageable process. These never really end well for the people involved but I was able to come away with my dignity and confidence intact with his help.

I retained Ms. Fetman for my divorce. It's difficult to know where to turn when you're faced with a divorce. Few of us have any prior experience with the legal ins and outs. I chose her due to her strong track record. Talk about a force of nature! She was extremely professional. She was honest and told me things I did not want to hear. The guidance and expertise you will receive from Richard Hanus and his staff is second to none. I found Richard and his firm through an in depth Google search and taking note of his reviews and “super lawyer” awards year after year. I could not be more pleased with the result, and everything about the process was efficient and streamlined, which included making sure my green card applicant wife quickly received her employment authorization and travel document while waiting for her green card. All of these documents were processed according to Richard’s estimated timelines, including the recent approval of her adjustment of status and green card. Also remarkable was Richard and his team’s consistently rapid response. From the beginning to the end, Richard Hanus would explain all the steps and even when I would randomly have questions throughout the process, he would respond to my phone call or email in a timely manner.
