Michael Simmrin was fantastic. Family member was put on a 5150 hold and sent to a terrible mental hospital in the Northern California area. They wanted to extend my sister to a 5250 without a real reason. They denied her, her ROI and basically treated her subhuman. Michael began working almost immediately and did everything he could to protect my sisters rights and get her out ASAP. She was out in just a few days. Back in November of last year I had the worst accident that left me in the hospital for 2 weeks. I was in the ICU with lacerations and broken bones. My sister in law referred me to Titan Law Firm shortly after being released from the hospital. I had little to no memory of how the accident happened. Nonetheless Justin walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. I had a difficult employment case that was turned down by others because they thought there wasn't enough money in it to be worth it to them.
Barbara understood the case and took it for the merits and with the idea of righting a wrong for me.
There wasn't a big financial payout in the end but I was given the closure that I needed and after apologizing to her, she assured me that was her end goal for the entire case.
It was nice to see a personal and human touch applied to an industry where it can seem so cut throat and greedy.

I couldn't be happier with the way my Lemon Law case was handled. From the start, Rafy was super hospitable and really easy to talk to, which made everything way less stressful. He always answered my calls,never ignored me once, and was always there to answer my questions, no matter how small.

Bob was handled our case for my daughter who was injured in a car accident. We were basically satisfied with the work, however based on how Bob explained his fee structure to us, we felt that we were lied to and cheated. We tried to have an honest discussion with Bob-it didn't go very well. It is our opinion that we caught Bob in a lie when he told us his assistant Wendy was in the conference room when he explained the fee structure percentage. My family is positive Wendy was not there- so obviously why Wendy would not confirm to us that she was present. We are hopeful that Bob will have the professional integrity and make this right.

This attorney initially has an office assistant who gets all your vital information such as email and how you heard about the attorney and other self serving questions then after he’s gotten all your information, he ask questions about your case but is dismissive and cuts you off because he never taken you serious or care about the reason your calling for because he then goes to hype drive and will not forward your case to any attorney, instead he refers you to your inbox and informs there you will have 3 options plans for a PAID CONSULTATION. If that is the firms intention, why not freely advertise as such versus bait switch on pretense of PAID consultation and apparently 3 different price points.

I can’t say enough about Mandy and her team and what they achieved for our daughters education. The school district was not able to meet our child’s needs through the IEP process and allowed her to fall behind for years. We went through 3 or 4 heated IEP meetings where the district blatantly and continually fell short of goals and services. The district finally pushed us into finding someone to help us. Within a very short amount of time of hiring Mandy all of that changed. She was able to get us a settlement agreement and our daughter into a private school that meets her needs and is thriving. Our daughter never has to feel that way again and is able to move on with her learning journey for years to come. Sanjay won our case at a Jury Trial with a verdict of Not Guilty after a hard fought trial, even though he took some major heat from the judge who seemed intent on having him fail. I was arrested for an alleged DUI in the county of Napa. Despite having fully cooperated with the arresting officer and performing the FSTs satisfactorily, the arresting officer didn't tell me that the PAS was optional and had me provide blood samples in an unsanitary area. Peter was quick to act, he had the blood samples thrown out and all of the extra charges that the DA manufactured into the case nulled and voided. In the end a serious DUI charge was reduced down to a single speeding infraction. Peter and his team were extremely helpful throughout the often frustrating and ambiguous ordeal. I hope you never need the services of a DUI lawyer, but if you do I unequivocally recommend Peter Johnson and his team. He literally wrote the book on DUI defense.

Incredible. Peter had my blood sample thrown out which led to the DA dismissing my case for insufficient evidence. As he said in my initial consultation, results are far from guaranteed but he thoroughly explored all possible weeknesses and put pressure everywhere possible to capitalize on anything possible. I suffered a dog bite that could have ended much worse than it did and left me with a scar. I had no insurance at the time and ended up with costly ER bills. My wife suffered a traumatic incident in which a neighbor's pit bull dog killed our dog while she was on a walk and pushing our 1 year old in a stroller. We later came to learn that the pit bull dog had attacked another family that same day causing serious injuries. It was truly a horrific time for us not knowing if or how we could ever recover from this event. l had to ask a lawyer’s opinion in an emergency situation. I have called and left a message for 5 lawyers l found on the internet. The only person who called back was Bart Kaspero, - he talked to me twice on that first day and gave me advice immediately what l could do at that moment. In a couple of days he got back to me again and asked about the developments in my issue; and then gave me advice again. Mr Kaspero was very attentive and patient. Finally, we talked again couple of days later and Mr Kaspero gave me advice not to spend money on lawyers at this point n time. I was so very grateful to him and after all his work in the last week he actually did not ask for any payments.
