She was very responsive and taught me a lot about the whole legal process. I would not recommend this firm for anyone. They're terrible and don't give a damn. If you look at their older reviews, you'll be tempted to sign up if they'll take you. They'll make it sound like they're doing you a favor, because they, "...only take high-value cases," etc. And then, they'll be nowhere to be found, and you'll be the bottom of the barrel. Go find a firm with people who actually care, who don't rest on their own laurels, and who will actually fight FOR you, not WITH you (like my first attorney at this firm did). Best of luck if you do choose them. It'll be a Hail Mary! Tina is too busy attending events in fancy dresses and doing interviews these days...I've never had any contact with her.

my name tricia fales my mother passed and i was trying to save her owned home that was on rented property for 55yrs we were being forced out days after her passing i called 32 lawyers and 9 looked at my case and some for months but know one would read the mrl neal took on my case days before trail and he was so different than all the other lawyers he treated my sister and i with such respect i got so much bad legal advice from so many lawyers but neal read the laws and gave it all he had if you want the truth and the law on your side neal latts is where its at he went above and beyond our gratitude is boundless

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with David Martucci from Martucci & Associates, a law firm in Orange County, CA. My ex-spouses attorney, David Martucci, not only provided false documents and presented fraudulent false statements under oath in court, but also repeatedly refused to meet and confer with me over 10 times, showed up to court unprepared, and failed to file important trial documents.
To make matters even worse, David produced a written transcript of a video and changed the facts from the video to say that I owned 100% of a company that I only owned 1% of despite having personal knowledge and documentation showing my true ownership only being 1%. This was a baseless and misleading representation that caused significant harm a d long term damages to my case.
David also presented a Profit & Loss Statement from a company that I was working for and lied to the court saying that it was my company when in fact I am just a W2 employee with zero ownership. His lies have greatly impacted the outcome of my hearing.
He has no problem presenting false evidence in court if it benefits his client.
I also witnessed David leaving in the same car as my ex-wife after court. Seems a little weird if you ask me.
I would caution others to carefully consider their options before retaining this law firm. While I understand that every case is unique, my personal experience left me with a lack of confidence in the legal system. Honesty, competence, professionalism, and a strong commitment to their clients' best interests are critical in the legal system, and I did not feel that these values were upheld with David martucci from Martucci & Associates. To make matters worse, the firm's website looks completely unprofessional, as if it was created by a child.
It is important to note that this review is not intended to harm the reputation of the law office or the individual attorney. Instead, it is meant as a warning to others to thoroughly research their options and choose a legal representative who operates with honesty, competence, professionalism, and who accurately represents the facts in court.

I contacted the law office of Mr. Zaslavsky regarding a civil case. A staff attorney answered the phone. Initially he was courteous, however when I tried to speak near the end of the less than the 9 minute conversation to add one last detail, I was told "I don't don't care about that!". Within a few minutes of sending court documents the staff attorney called back and said the office would not be interested in taking the case. I can understand if it's not a match for an attorney to take on a new client or vice versa. This was a completely rude and abrasive experience. I do not recommend contacting this office for a consultation.

Bill Balin is the most honest lawyer i have ever met. He did not pad his expenses. He was actually looking out for ME and not thinking of himself first. and presented several options for paying him. Let me start off by saying I usually don’t go and Karen over issues like this BUT . Come on now I have a lemon law case with quill & arrow . We filed back in March of 2023 . I bought a pretty expensive car roughly over 100 k and as soon as I purchased it a month later it was giving me issues . Took it to the dealers ( multiple ) and they couldn’t fix it . I had video evidence and tons of paperwork showing the issues . Fast forward now going on 18 months with basically no update . If I don’t call I don’t receive any type of updates. And when I do call I get “ they are working hard on your case “ for last 6 months . It’s frustrating because I’m trying to get out of this car and purchase another one . Help

My case has lasted longer than 4 years and I called to try to get information on my case and they did not give me any answers and the person who answered the phone Chris was the absolute worst he should not be assisting people nor answering phones if he is going to act like people are bothering him and extremely unprofessional.
