A friend told me about their delivery experience when delivering food to your office, How can a Billion dollar company, not Tip the delivery drivers, for the hard work it takes to prepare your food for delivery, and not to mention the bad weather we are experiencing, y'all might be some great lawyers, but y'all are some bad tippers. I initially chose JP Law Office for my divorce case based on their reputation and the promising start I experienced. However, as the case progressed, I began to notice a concerning shift. What started as a proactive and client-focused approach gradually turned into a frustrating experience. Communication became less frequent, and important aspects of my case seemed to be overlooked or delayed.Instead we were wasting hours in not so important details. I was referred to a friend who happened to be in the same cell block as me. I called him from jail collect on Xmas night around dinner time and HE ACTUALLY ACCEPTED. I hired him although my court date wasn't until the 1st week in Feb. He went to my court room and talked to the district attorney of my court and secured a deal. And this was the first week of Jan.. He came to see me and asked if I'd accept the deal. I was looking at 5yrs TDC. Now the deal he got was for time served if I signed on my court date in Feb. I SAID HELL YEAH. Now when my court date arrived my cell block was on quarantine for covid and I wasn't allowed to attend. But that didn't stop Paul. I called him and told him and he said don't worry. He got me a PR Bo d so that I was released the day I should have been with a court date to o my come and sign my papers But bad luck still tried to beat us, pretrial never came that night to release me. That still didn't stop Paul even though he was in Brazoria County and I was in Harris. All of a sudden I was called out for court. When I got to court pretrial was there with my bond papers to sign. But when I signed them the bailiff said I was getting a dbl. Whammy today. There was a phone and a stack of papers on a desk. I picked up the phone and Paul who was at the Brazoria courthouse walked me through each one as I signed them. Then I was escorted into the courtroom and it was only me, the bailiff, and the court coordinator. All of a sudden Paul (in brazoria) appeared on a screen via Zoom as did the Judge (from home). And there I accepted my plea agreement. Now I was wondering why I still signed my pr bond papers if I signed for my plea. Well it normally takes them until the middle of the night to release you after court but by the time I got back to housing , releasing had already been calling for me. Needless to say I was released within 2 hours of returning from court. Paul gets things done. And he keeps his promises. IF YOURE EVER IN A BIND CALL PAUL MORGAN. HE WONT LET YOU DOWN.

She is not a blue collar lawyer, she could care less about your case unless you have large assets and sums of money even then I would be skeptical and hate to see what her fees would be. My case was supposed to be fast as I was told it, drug out for almost 8 months. When I called or sent text messages she acted as it was a huge inconvenience, she went on vacation or out of town throughout my case.
I have no children with my ex and I was completely taken to the cleaners, my ex took money from me up to the very last day and I had no say, when it was all done I was not even informed that my divorce was finalized. Read the reviews and do your research.
Worst part is she was recommended by people who do have money and wealth.

Absolutely loved our experience with Melody! She is very efficient -- we inquired with her on a Monday, paid her on Tuesday and papers were served by Friday. (She also had to locate the person so this timeliness shows how efficient she is!) She wasted no time, and SHE personally answers all questions and handles everything herself rather than delegating the real work to her assistants. I hope we never have to hire another family law attorney but in that case... I will always run to Melody Cooper! And anyone needing an attorney for family messiness, I highly recommend her!

Son unas personas tan desagradables y tan poco profesionales. En el 2022 pagamos 5 mil dólares a la abogada Monica Saenz para hacer una petición para mi hijo y para mi esposa. En ese entonces yo era residente. El año pasado me hice ciudadano y ellos vinieron con una visa de turista a Estados Unidos y ya no se regresaron a México. Cuando me hice ciudadano les pedí un ajuste de estatus. Al meter el ajuste de estatus nos dimos cuenta que ellos jamás sometieron un I 130 para mi hijo. Y ellos solo dijeron que eso no era necesario que porque mi hijo iba incluido con mi esposa. Pero eso no era verdad. Ellos no hicieron su trabajo y nos vieron la cara de tontos. Tenemos dos días pidiéndoles una solución y ellos no aceptan su error. Los asistentes muy groseros. no todos pero si la mayoría de ellos si. La abogada nunca nos dio la cara y después solo llamó para tratar de intimidar y asustar diciendo que no nos volviéramos a parar en sus oficinas que porque estábamos dañando sus instalaciones y en ningún momento eso fue así. Ellos tienen cámaras de seguridad y está claro que eso nunca fue así. No pierdan su dinero y su tiempo con estos abogados que solo roban el dinero y el tiempo.

Mi padre los contrató para dirigir su caso y le cobraron $12,000. Esperó su fecha para presentarse ante el juez, pero el abogado negligente no estuvo presente porque supuestamente estaba de vacaciones o algo así. Como el abogado no estaba, movió el caso para otra fecha, y este fue cerrado por su culpa. Además, cobraban más dinero por reabrirlo, estos abogaditos son uno charlatanes y negligentes, no pongas en sus manos tus esperanzas

My fiance's ex used this law firm to help her through their child support case, which can be necessary when unsure of laws and such but what I don't agree with is that they have taken over a month to produce an order that they said would be ready the week following the attorney General mediation which was 10/10/23. Richard Flores is friends with the mother of the child so he has been rude, intimidating, and always takes to the defense if questioned on anything. My fiance was not fighting for custody, although, maybe he should have being that the other party was more than just difficult I truly believe there are mental issues the other parent suffers from that needed to be identified from a professional but that's another story. I'm not just saying that out of spite or any type of hate. My prayers genuinely go out to that person and the children involved in their life. This is always supposed to benefit the child not just financially but also for their own mental health. She has his son call his dad (my fiance) and his son gets sad and cries because he wants to see his father. She just uses the excuse that there are no orders so he is unable to see his father. It's like she's teasing him and it's so heartbreaking. I've heard him cry and I just can't imagine how his little heart feels. Unfortunately, this law firm has not had the best interest of the child in mind other than the financial part. I truly hope you all have the happiest of holidays and please remember the children. They don't deserve to be away from either parent. Put yourself in the childs shoes and not the parents. I know Richard is friends with the mother of the child but please, sir, don't have her interest in mind this is about the child. My fiance has contacted them through email on multiple occasions, most times he's ignored and the times they do respond are only to remind him of his financial obligations. I hope you learn to have compassion for others.

After thousands of dollars I felt that I was throwing money out the window. The attorney I needed was the one for the company I was suing. She was a bulldog. I had to repeatedly send the same information to Ms. Britton. I also believe Katherine should have been direct in TELLING me to see a psychiatrist/psychologist. Instead of asking had I seen one….? I have since been diagnosed with PTSD. A direct result of the years of harassment and unfair treatment. After seeing the psychologist for several months, I was able to walk away from a job in January 2022 for threats of violence against me and another female employee. Management said they would do an investigation “but they knew how that would turn out”! I QUIT.
