Anjeli is the Real Deal nothing about her is fake. I hired Anjeli after attending a court hearing with my grandson and his public defender and mother. After that i knew i had to do something to help him. I called juvenile court and they were amazingly kind and informative. They highly recommended Anjeli, for her remarkable reputation working with the courts and staff and her passion and compassion for people. She took a young mans prank and fought for a reduction in charges sped up the court calendar to expedite and get closure. Every single thing Anjeli did she communicated to my grandson and myself even taking time out in her hectic day to call in the evening. For me dealing with an attorney is especially stressful almost as bad as court, she made this procedure seemless. My experience was so amazing that when another grandchild found himself in a bit of trouble i was quick to ask for her council and when he found himself at his bottom she was able to push his case ahead. I cannot thank her enough. You will not be disappointed.

I did quite a bit of research and spoke with many attorneys, once I spoke with Lance I knew I found the right one. He helped me with my 2nd DUI among other charges. I obviously had anxiety due to the fact that I would most likely serve jail time. Lance took the time to text and call me throughout the process and definitely helped with my anxiety. He was more personable than I expected, which was really nice. He was able to keep me out of jail and helped me throughly. I honestly feel that I couldn't have found a better man for the Job, very perfessional and personable. I would and will recommend Lance Daniel to anyone seeking an attorney.

Excellent at his job ! I'm so glad I got to know Mr. Daniel, he is very comforting and helpful through stressful times. I was referred to Lance after being arrested for a DUI. I wasn't sure what to expect, as this was my first (and hopefully last) criminal offense. We spoke for about 20 minutes over the phone and he explained all of my options clearly and concisely. Lance put my anxiety at ease and I instantly knew to hire him as my attorney. I provided some necessary paperwork on my end and he handled just about everything from there.
Lance recommended to test/re-test the alcohol level in my blood from the night of my arrest. He kept me posted every step of the way: where the results come from, what the results were, what our next course of action was, etc. The results came in and turns out my blood alcohol was lower (0.07%) than what was recorded in the breathalyzer. With this, Lance was able to reduce the DUI down to a wet reckless!
Also, it is important to note that Lance appeared in court for me each time. Aside from the final court date, I didn't have to worry about taking time off from work.. He kept me informed of each court date. On the final court date, Lance and I met, but again I didn't have to step into the courtroom. We were able to talk about the results and tie up any loose ends (how/when I could get my license back, how this affects insurance, etc).
If you're convicted of a DUI/DWI, contact Lance immediately. You will not be disappointed!

Peter Depew is an excellent choice for representing his client’s. I hired Peter Depew and he went above and beyond fighting for me. I got my felonies reduced and wiped off my record with an expungement. He looked for every option possible. He went back to court for me a few times. We recently used Sarkis Babachanian when a family member of mine was being accused for a "hit and run" and charges were about to be filed when in fact my family member was the victim of the "hit and run" as it was the other party that hit our car and did not stay at the accident scene. Sarkis gathered the necessary evidence, started working very diligently with the detective who was investigating the case, had numerous telephone conversations with him, also had a face to face meeting and was able to get the file closed without any charges being filed.
He was always accessible either via phone, text or an email.

I hired Danny December 2020 and he made his strategy very simple and if definitely worked I was charged with driving over 100mph and unsafe passing he moved my court dates twice and today 07/26 it was DISMISSED! I was in the worst predicament of my life—feeling hopeless, lost, angry, tired, anxious and wishing I never said the words “I do”—when I first laid eyes on this sculpture as I waited for my consult appointment with Brandon. I was referred to Brandon after leaving my old attorney due to lack of progress and spending lots of money…..with minimal results. Not only that, I was done feeling like I was the “back burner” client. When I went to Brandon, I had about 10 percent visitation with my son, a crappy agreement with my ex-wife (completely favoring the mother) and very little money left to retain another attorney. Brandon and his team took me in, saw my love for my son, gave me an affordable service, and put together a great case. I also felt a huge difference with them as far as client/attorney relationship. They fought hard for me and helped me gain 50% custody of my son. As well as help resolve numerous issues I had with my ex-wife. One of the best days of my life was the day I was granted equal custody of my little boy. It could not have been done without Brandon and his skilled team. They were diligent and compassionate and we were totally successful in and out of the courtroom. My son is almost four years old now and unfortunately court has been necessary in order for him to be in my life. Bill has been my criminal attorney for a year and a half now. I was arrested, bailed out and called Bill's office more than a year ago. Cathy answered the phone and I was distraught. I did something out of desperation which added to an already mile long list of white collard felonies. Cathy was a bundle of information and put me at ease upon my release. I retained Bill to watch my case and nothing was filed for 6 months. Just when I thought I was safe, Bill called me to advise me the D.A. filed. He really did watch the progress of my investigation. Every other month I went to court for over a year and watched Bill maneuver my case through the system to get the right D.A., to put me in the right spot light, to request time for this document or that document....I went to counseling, I got doctor notes, I got supportive letters from my employer, my family members...anything he asked to do - I did! My wife and I got a call that our young son was in Merced County Jail. He was facing serious charges and we didn’t know where to go for help. In our first conversation, he was very calming, understanding, and he clearly explained the gravity of the situation. Mr. Tenenbaum is the lawyer to go to. I was facing charges for assaulting a police officer, obstructing justice and disorderly conduct. I am also a criminal defense lawyer and have been since 1997. Jim Gass was actually one of my supervising attorneys when I was a law clerk and in the first 3 years of my practice I worked with him extensively. He supervised my first jury trial. I have represented co-defendants in cases with him.
If I needed a lawyer to defend me in trial, I would move Heaven and Earth to convince Jim to represent me. I am not at all exaggerating.
I have seen...I don't know...maybe thousands of criminal defense attorneys in action. I have seen criminal defense lawyers who are flashier and undoubtedly more comfortable with charging people crazy high fees because, after all, being a little full of BS is part of the business side of criminal defense. I don't know how to say this as a positive thing but, I don't think that Jim is good at convincing people to fork over their entire life savings to represent them. He should be because he really is worth it.
Jim is exceptionally good in front of juries...exceptionally...really exceptionally. Are you getting that I am saying he is exceptionally good at connecting with normal types of people who end up on juries?
And, the other thing good about Jim is that he doesn't come across as threatening or arrogant to prosecutors even though they know he is a threat. So, while other criminal defense lawyers may tick off prosecutors and make them want to beat the lawyer, prosecutors in the Inland Empire courts just kind of know that he WILL beat them. It is that trait that allows Jim to effectively settle cases in my opinion.
I wish I could pull rabbits out of hats like Jim can. Anyone who writes a bad review doesn't know what they are talking about and I bet that most of the people who have reviewed him would give him stars that go beyond 5 if it were possible to do it.
Funny but, the only reason I am writing this review is that I have a former client who I just gave Jim's information to so I had to look him up on the internet to get the number. Those people will be in good hands if they hire him.

I was being prosecuted with charges that would essentially ruin my life and my career. Out of the gate Mr. Gass had a game plan that we stuck to and not only did I avoid many years in prison for being wrongfully accused he got my case completely dropped. No one really wants to be in a situation where they *have* to hire a lawyer, but life led us down a path where we had to hire an attorney for my mom, and we are SO, so happy that we worked with Andrew. I do not often bother to do reviews online, but George O'Neill is an outstanding attorney and most certainly worth the effort to endorse. Specifically, due to the factors involved in my case, there were many different possible courses of action and George was very patient in explaining the different variables with me...and re-explaining as needed. He was also very patient with me when I changed my mind after a couple meetings regarding the action to take. He was very organized and attended all court hearings even though there were multiple postponements (I've heard of attorneys missing court dates). Mr. Daley assisted me on 3 separate occasions over the years, and he recently saved my butt when I needed his help the most. His expertise in the judicial system and experience with the prosecution resulted in the best outcome for me. The worst outcome would have been 90 days in jail, and Mr. Daley was able to reduce the penalties to NO jail time and NO public work service. Mr. Daley was always available to communicate by email and text through the entire 3 month court process. His paltry retainer fee was absolutely worth it, and his professionalism showed during the court proceeding as he handled the judge (I only had to pay administrative court fees, saving me another $1500-2000).
