I highly recommend you contact Ellis & Ellis prior to dealing with any insurance company. Insurance companies only serve to try to place blame on you so that they may deny coverage on your claim. Even if you are not at fault, these companies prey on consumers and will use your words against you. When I was in a car accident last year, my sister referred me to Ellis & Ellis. They have been a great help to me and my family. When I contacted Christopher Martens law firm they seem so sure that we had a case worth fighting for, so I was convinced that we stood a chance against the system. Great and smart attorney. He will fight hard for your case. If there is any small error in your report or procedure he will find it. After a year of fighting my case he got it thrown out. 99% of attorney's take your money and it will be VERY HARD to get a hold of them. You literally get responses from him in minutes (during business hours, i never tried calling him in the middle of the night.) I can guarantee he will fight hard for you.

When we came to Carlos A. Ramos, the case had already been to court several times, and our old Attorney, just wasn’t giving us any positive answers, we literally were doing all the work, But Carlos was referred to us by a friend and let me tell you, from the very first phone call we made, he took the lead! Mr. Smith was my public defender in a felony domestic violence case I was fighting. It was my first time in serious trouble so I didn't know how everything worked. Matt thoroughly explained the process that was to take place and made sure I understood my situation. I wouldn't have any other attorney for my case and just because you are in a different county example san Bernardino but your case goes to Riverside you can still contact this attorney Eric Youngquist he works for all California it doesn't matter where your case is where you are located you can count on him , a council stated to me once why did I contact an San Bernardino county attorney if I'm in Riverside i clearly stated to the council I chose my attorney and it doesn't matter what county he is licensed for all California all the way up to San Francisco to all the way down San Diego he will be there for you , just like he was there me.

Shumika is an amazing attorney. She is not out to do anyone dirty or lie about anything. She was very honest with me and I was with her. She had great communication with me during my whole divorce case. Even when my ex's attorney failed to even educate themselves on the case and attempted to play dirty pool, Shumika stood her ground on what was right and didn't stoop to their level. Mr. Jason Coker represented my case for an outstanding bench warrant that was very concerning to me. There was a real possibility I could have been remanded into custody and have to post bail. Jason was very conscientious and gave me careful instruction on how to proceed with the matter. He then went before the judge on my behalf and deftly dealt with the case, and got me the result I wanted. I was not taken into custody and only had to pay the fine I owed the court. I strongly recommend Jason to anyone who needs the services of a criminal lawyer.

I got my first DUI, and had no clue what to do. Not only was Jason Coker completely capable of handling my situation, but he also made me feel comfortable and more secure about my situation. I was charged with my first DUI with a .1 reading on the breathalyzer at the scene. My situation looked bad, but through it all Jason got my case down to a wet reckless and even struck a deal where I didn't get a breathalyzer put in my car. He is a highly qualified lawyer and a great guy. I'd recommend him to anybody.

I had a reckless driving ticket with some other DUI complications. I found Byron on Yelp. He was quick to respond to my request for help. He gave me some idea of what to expect and the potential results. He knew his stuff. They were scary but not guaranteed. I didn't like the idea of going to jail for six months and that was looming over my head. He was able to get the charges and fines reduced and keep me out of jail. Putting Byron on my team was definitely a good decision. I recommend him highly!

I was pulled over for minor speeding and was hit with two other correctable offenses in the same stop (the officer was having a bad day). I hired Byron to defend me and he did an amazing job. I called the office of Brian Vogel to ask a few questions on how to apply for a restricted license. I have not been convicted of the DUI in the court but the dmv has suspended my license for four months. Brian was not in his office at the time of my call. His assistant Liisa took 20 minutes out of her busy day to answer all my questions and help clarify everything. Brian Vogel is not my lawyer, but his assistant Liisa treated me like one of their own. Pantene-a was very attentive to everything that I needed. I had just received a DUI and was very scared as I've never been arrested before. She reassured me throughout the entire ordeal and her expertise in this matter had me feeling confident. She was available the entire time and answered my numerous questions. And in the end she was able to negotiate a fair outcome. What I liked the most was her personal attention. I never had to speak with an assistant or receptionist. Due to an inability to talk on the phone and shop at the same time... some might say I'm a little absentminded as well... I found myself in a lot of trouble when I mistakenly left a bookstore with a book in hand, that I did not pay for. I was arrested for shoplifting on the spot. I have never been in trouble in my life and was totally freaked out that this would ruin my career, future plans, etc ... I found Pante-a through her good reviews on Yelp and once again, Yelp did not steer me wrong. Pante-a was the BEST lawyer. First of all, she is very personable and will make you feel at ease. She answered all of my questions (and believe me, I had a million) and she was always easy to get a hold of whether by phone or e-mail. She also NEVER promised me anything... she gave me the facts, told me the choices I had and was up front that there is never a gurantee when it comes to working out a deal. This might not be what some want to hear... but she is honest and that's important. Pante-a worked really hard for me and I was able to get my case dismissed! NO misdemeanor or anything on my record. I can not thank her enough and I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing a Criminal Defense attorney. Ilian took a difficult situation and made it easier to comprehend and calm my thoughts. Trying to do this alone or with someone who doesn’t have compassion would be a scary dangerous road. He broke things down so they were easy to comprehend. Yes, he had to give me the truth as he talked me off the ledge (so to speak). There is happiness after this process. Elana was a godsend for an awful situation my family and I found ourselves in. Thankfully, the case was dismissed before going to trial and the criminal side was closed. Scott was so great to work with. I received a dui while I was visiting California from Nevada and he was able to get everything handled for me with me being out of state through the whole process. He also was able to get my dui dropped down to a wet and reckless which was so amazing. If you live in the central coast area I definitely recommend Scott!!

If you need an advocate to stick up for you when you have problems with the DMV, James is the guy you need to talk to. This guy is actually in the business of helping people. I was facing a negligent operator suspension and James reassured me that my situation was not unique and that he had the ability to get me my driving privileges back. All of the other lawyers that I consulted with had almost no confidence that we could get my driving privileges back and told me that DMV probation could be possible but unlikely. In addition, other attorneys requested 2-3x the amount James wanted to charge me for their services. I won't disclose exactly how we were able to do it, however James got the Negligent Operator suspension SET ASIDE completely. All I can say is good things about James. He is quick with a response to any questions/follow up, affordable, genuinely cares about his clients, and gets the job done. Choose the law offices of pardoe and associates for your traffic/DUI/DMV/etc problems. I am not being paid for this review, I am just beyond appreciative for the services I received.

I’m writing this review based off of the experience I’ve had so far with James, once everything else is cleared I’ll update my review! So let’s go back to 8/2017 i received a stop sign ticket first ticket in my whole life, i put it aside and shortly after that i had some health issues i needed to deal with, i totally forgot about the ticket because i had bigger issues to deal with. Fast forward to this week, i remembered i had this ticket and hurried and went onto the court website only to find the ticket was in collections now and it said FTA i quickly realize my license is suspended, i came across James law office website and started reading about the services he offers. I called he advised me he would be able to get it taken care of by the end of this week(mind you no other attorney was willing to help me) they all told me i would need to wait 3-4 weeks before anything could be done! But that’s not true James went down yesterday to Compton court got the ticket out of collections and the FTA off my record so the DMV lifted the hold! He now has a court date to fight the ticket! I would recommend James to anyone who is dealing with this headache to use his services! He is the only one that was willing and did come through for me and get at least the hold on my license lifted and the ticket out of collections!!! The price was totally worth it! I will be updating my review after the court date to update what other magic James was able to work with the judge regarding the price of the ticket!!! Thank you again James!!!

James returned my initial call within a half hour. I was calling about 4 old traffic tickets that had resulted in a suspended license. He took care of the suspended license within a few days, and went to court for the tickets. For one of the tickets he got the fine reduced by two thirds, the others were dismissed. He kept me well informed about everything. He did everything he said he would do in a timely fashion. Would recommend him to anyone!
