Mr.Ajaib without any doubt made a process which can be so daunting and confusing, especially it being my first time undergoing the judicial system, go as smoothly as possible. Mr Ajaib was the complete opposite of what I thought public defenders to be! From the very get go it was noticeable that he cared for the case and was going to do everything in order to ensure I get taken care of fairly. In result, he was able to turn a felony into a misdemeanor charge due his ability to navigate the courtroom and his rapport with the judge. With my future being at stake it was a stressful time but Mr.Ajaib made sure I did no time and that moving forward my future is still intact due to him. Mistakes don't define people and he made sure the judge knew that. All in all, I had nothing but a pleasant experience with this individual for a price I'm sure I could've been charged thousands for-- I am thankful to have been provided him as my defense.

Mr Gill by far is the best attorney in Bakersfield. Today he asked the judge for a OR after sitting in jail for 1month due to previous attorney either didn't care about my case or just plain incompetent. Gill not only got me released from jail today I'm very confident that with him as my attorney we will beat this Case. He's very knowledgeable has a great repore with the judge, knows his way around the court room by getting the job done. I've had my own opinions about Public Defenders being lazy or just not doing a good job well Mr Gill has totally changed my thoughts about Public Defenders he's honestly better than most trial attorneys that would of charged me 10,000 I was recently quoted by another attorney that probably wouldn't of done the great job Mr. Gill did for me today. When I was arrested for getting a DUI, I didn't know what to do. I had never been arrested before and felt terrified and angry and there was so much paperwork and red tape and procedure that I still think it is impossible for a civilian to navigate. I am a young entrepreneur and was working recently with another company that had given me a sales contract to sign. Our eviction case pushed Curt & his co-counsel team to their limits in every way, & they pulled through w/ flying colors. Our case, while practically over in our favor, instead of being a normally 1 month long UD, still lingers on after ~8 months not because of Curt, but because our opponent was ruled to be one of the most mean/obstructive Landlord attorneys out there, w/ over 20 years experience, & have an endless dirty playbook they launch against tenants which puts them at the top of the list of infamous, notorious Landlord attorneys- they are also a high volume Landlord side firm w/ HUGE resources & they do everything possible to bury & overwhelm their opponent, to run up costs & force missed response deadlines. For the first 4 mo, just to keep up w/ them, Curt had to dedicate his complete resources to our case (virtually shutting down his legal practice). Curt was able to get each of their mean legal tactic stricken down, & then, icing on the cake, got the judge to slap them w/ one of the largest (if not the largest) sanctions (penalties, like contempt of court) ever for their mean/obstructive behavior. Judges almost never give much sanctions, so Curt (& team) winning us that monster one was no small feat.
I was present at many of his most important court motion hearings in our case, and closely read through the endless court hearing and deposition transcripts, digesting his responses, counter arguments, & lines of questioning. I could go on endlessly about all the twists & turns that he had to overcome, but suffice it to say that given our case has pushed all the boundaries of UD law/process, he has demonstrated himself to me to be an extremely competent, legally knowledgeable, adept, tenacious, & caring lawyer (& person). He has great instincts w/ the SF civil Judges, depositions, and real-time litigation strategy. W/ Judges, he’s actually very respectful, takes allot of abuse, rides the line to stay on their good side and builds a solid history and rapport. In depos, he’s got amazing instincts.
His instincts to discover criminal/foul play in physical evidence were also very impressive. I was also amazed at how he can dig into and own all the endless facts of our extremely complex case. Most all other attorneys would just gloss it over, and ignore/miss key (even hidden) evidence.
He also great on client communications stuff, and is very open to client input & guidance when helpful, yet is always polite and frank when it is not. He is extremely respectful, and has almost zero ego/elitist trips of most lawyers. No games or angles… he’s a strait shooter!
He knows his court procedure pretty well, and is a tenacious fighter. When it comes to fighting the most notorious landlord firms, he only takes clients that are willing (and able) to go all the way to jury trial, and we wanted a firm that had effectively scrapped w/ them before, and could handle jury trial. I had interviewed literally dozens of top notch attorneys (most billing $300 - $450/hr, and many were obvious rip offs, looking to take as much $ as possible, and don’t care about results), and even the most experienced in SF UD cases (e.g., 15-20+ yrs exp) had only gone to jury trial once, and the rest had no jury trial experience, just doing some bench trials, which is no good for the bogus nuisance UD case maliciously slapped on us. He has close co-counsel associates who fill in gaps where his is practice not as strong. In our case, he teamed up w/ Marc Branco to shore up UD law practice. So, that combined w/ his jury trial experience (and their hunger to kick their butt), is what sold me on their ‘dynamic duo’ to go up against them. His criminal law experience was very pertinent to our very (fact driven) nuisance UD case, and he’s adept at picking apart (hostile) witnesses an triangulating to converge on favorable facts to the case.
So, in sum, I can vouch that Curt (& team) are very competent re UD legal practice, highly ethical, they get results.

Mr Bartholomew Wolcott represented me in Los Angeles and took on a tall order to say the least. My driving violations were overwhelmingly stacked up and I was either facing jail time, long loss of driving privileges, or at best some expensive fines. I was recently represented by Rothschild, I was facing 5 to 10 years in prison. I figured I was done for because I had felony after felony that and several arrests. I had no hope or determination but hiring Rothschild gave me a bit of hope. He did save me big time I received three years of probation and I didn't loss my license. That's Maria she's an angel who was truly on my side. My case was trumped up and scared the hell out of me. I had hired some other attorney before hiring Maria Belyi and thank God I fired him . I was looking at a sentence of 7 years and the best he said he could get me was 3 1/2 years in prison and of course be a felon for life.
When I met Maria for the first time I noticed she talked to me not at me . She didn't look down her nose at me or act like she was going to do me a favor nor did she judge me and make me feel guilty . What she did was listened and took notes and asked good questions . So right from the start I knew I was in good hands and I remember feeling lucky I was able to hire Maria . (What I write about Maria Belyi is the honest to God truth .) She traveled to San Jose to every court date (except one when her Grandfather was very ill ) and she never complained about anything, she was always positive and concerned how I was . When in court I noticed Maria knew what she was doing , you may laugh and say well I hope so but what I noticed in court was some attorneys don't do there homework and come unprepared. This review is for Criminal Defense Attorney Michael P R Reed. I retained Mr. Reed in March of 2018 for my legal representation in a Felony DUI case. I was facing 3 years in jail. Mr. Reed got that reduced to 23 days. and a misdemeanor instead. Mr. Reed did an amazing job representing me and saving me. The case was dramatically reduced as were the penalties. My case was held in Ventura, CA which is notorious for never plea bargaining or reducing anything. Mr. Reed was able to get the case reduced to a misdemeanor. Mr. Reed is highly respected in the legal community. The prosecution as well as other lawyers came over to him many times inbetween court sessions and shook his hand and congratulated him on his other wins on other cases that took place during the week. Everyone on all sides showed great respect for Mr. Reed. It is well deserved too. Mr Reed had to appear over 12 x throughout my case. He always was on time and prepared. Mr. Reed always returned every call and text and always made sure I was prepared and aware of all steps throughout the procedure. He never made false promises andwas always very open and honest. Mr. Reeds price for pre trial was very low. He appeared 12x on my behalf for that 1 set fee. The Prosecution kept delaying the case. Mr. Reed was always ready and prepared, we never asked for a delay. Mr. Reed did and outstanding job. He is very pleasant, calm and cordial and very attentive. He understands the client is nervous and afraid and unaware of the legalities of court. He takes the timeto ensure the client knows all possibilities and all areas of defense. Mr. reed has an impeccable eye for detail and makes sure his clients are represented in the highest level. He truly deserves his outstanding reputation. He earned it. I give him 5/5 stars. I would highly recommend retaining this lawyer and his firm for any legal matters within heir scope. He is worth it.

He spent many hours to investigate and write a motion.
Granted. Now I don't have to hire another atty to file Motion to vacate my previous conviction at my cost.
