I am sorry it took me this long to write this review but Brandy Wyatt is the BEST of the BEST! We had a very unexpected situation arise that caused so much stress and chaos and Brandy made us feel comfortable through the entire ordeal. She worked her magic and we came out unscathed and our family is forever grateful! She was honest, she educated us thoroughly on the good, bad, and ugly, and I could just go on for an eternity about how grateful we are that we found her when we did!

My mortgage company used this group to close on my refi. Worst legal group ever, I've called at least 15 times over the last 2 days not a single answer. Left multiple voicemails and not a single return call. USPS lost a creditor check to pay off account and I can't get in touch with anyone to stop payment and re-issue. A joke of a legal group.

David Abromowitz was the lawyer I hired to help set up my IV Hydration and Vitamin Infusion business. He charged me quadruple what was discussed (quoted me 3.5-5K - charged me over 20K and I paid a final amount of OVER 12k - astronomical amount) and took 3 times as long to complete the job. Three other nurses in my coaching group (NursePreneurs) had similar experiences with him and another nurse, coincidentally, came forward today from a different IV Hydration/Vitamin Infusion business reporting the same story. RNs - be warned! He is dishonest and will overcharge you! I notified the BBB but his response was "I'm sorry she didn't understand". You and I both know the truth, Mr. Abromowitz. You were intentionally dishonest. It's people like you that give lawyers a bad name. All these RNs trusted you, I trusted you. Despite your lawyerly response to this review - you and I know the truth.

Very unprofessional. I paid Jessica $350; all she did was eat her breakfast, and she gave me some paperwork. She was too rude even to answer any questions and never answered my calls after the original consultation . She then claimed to have sent me several emails and demanded that I answer her (her way to get rid of me as a client) to sever her services; at this point, I realized it was best to cut my losses and get a lawyer who cared. Please don't waste your time with this one; she is a high-priced waste of your time.

Every divorce is different and has different issues, but I have to say I felt supported by Amy, Kerry and her staff throughout the process. Amy was my second divorce attorney, as I fired my first for lack of communication and lack of a coherent strategy. Within my first meeting, I knew exactly what Amy was going to do. She was more expensive but 100% worth it. She kept opposing counsel on his toes, calling him out when needed and shutting him down completely on a number of occasions when he wasn't doing his job or stalling. I walked out of this better than I expected and for that I am extremely grateful. It truly felt like I had a team behind me throughout the whole process.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL lawyer, and just a great guy. I had a NIGHTMARE of an OVI case, and I really thought the world was going to fall around me. Mr Binning showed he cared, and it was probably normal for him but I felt he went above and beyond. No question went unanswered, and he really related to me on a personal level. A lot of lawyers I have known seem to give that impression that their clients are a burden or an obligation, and Mr Binning made me feel like I had a friend helping me. If anyone asks me for the best lawyer in the city, Peter Binning is going to be at the top of my list

Peter Binning is top notch. He really made sure I knew what was going on, and any time I had a question he was very quick to answer or reply.
I had a scary situation, and he eased my mind all the way and really helped me not get buried by the courts and the cops. He really went to bat for me, and I would have a much darker situation had I made another choice. Thank you Mr Binning for your diligence and hard work on my behalf!

I agree with the two reviews. I did not hear from him for extended period of times and then when meetings came up they were last minute and I was rushed. In the first meeting he was a Salesman told me what I wanted to hear and gave me the options I wanted to know. Once the case was over even though he said he would still be there for me he wasn't. I did not know about the agreement between him and the prosecutor to the morning of court he had previously said things would be all right. After court he said there was no way he would have gotten any other better agreement. He may be a good attorney but was not for me.
He gave me the price of retainer in the maximum amount instead of probably would not go to the maximum amount until 3 months later he called me into his office and said I could sign a contract or not use him and the retainer would go to the maximum amount. I didn't even go to jury trial and it was a minor felony for mid 20 thousands dollars.

So he hasn't represented me but he's definitely not representing my friend. But so far my friend has met this man 1 times and has been in a court room 4 soon to be 5 and this man was there for the first hearing and didn't accomplish anything and hasn't been to any of the other hearings and will not answer the phone when his client has called him and the times he has answered the phone he has said he can't speak to them on the phone because it's recorded by the jail and then he has proceeded to not show up to any more of the court dates that his client has had and it seems like all they are doing is postponing the actual trial date just to collect the paycheck is what I'm guessing I don't know how they get paid but he is definitely not done anything for his client and he will not answer the phone call from his client and he will not answer the phone call from his client's friend which is me to get any information about the case I don't know much about how attorneys work and the fact that he's a public defender for this client makes me believe that he just doesn't care and actually I know he doesn't care because well he just won't answer phone calls he won't respond to a message that you leave him he has not called me back to talk to me actually I've called him just to have him hang up on me so lack of better words this man is a very unprofessional and does not care about his clients so that's just a speculation from the outside looking in but from what I've seen I would not recommend this guy to anyone unless they plan on just throwing their money away because lazy does not answer phone calls I mean it's a phone call it's all you got to do is answer and then be courteous and talk to the person let them know something but no his client just sits there gets nothing back from him at all except for false hope saying that he's going to do something but he doesn't do it and doesn't get it done and then when you see it in action well he doesn't try very hard because so far he's had somebody else step in and do his job for him but didn't do his job at all so totally useless is an attorney in my eyes and if I could give zero Stars I would because one star is too much

I hired him for help with two OVIs. As a young man and this being my first charge, I was very nervous and racked with guilt. He was great about making sure he answered all my questions to ease my concerns and leave me feeling as worry free as he could. He over delivered both times. Mr. Wolfe was terrific about listening to me and helping me understand what was happening in both of my cases. He helped get one dropped as an OVI and settled the other one for minimal costs and punishments. He helped me maintain driving privileges both times and kept me out of jail and out of rehab.
I went with a different lawyer (under the advisement of a family member) for my third OVI. The other lawyer was way higher priced and didn’t seem to care much about the case or me. This really highlighted my experience with Mr. Wolfe. He cares about you as his client and he will give you the time of day to make sure you are heard.

At only 20, I had gotten myself in a situation which would have been detrimental if convicted. Then I found Terry. He not only got my charges reduced, keeping me out of prison, he also helped me seal my record when I was eligible. He knows his stuff & he will fight for you tooth and nail. He will not judge you but he will be a straight shooter. But here I am now, 8 years later and I am licensed in insurance with the state and have been able to live the life I’ve been waiting for. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to represent me than Atty. Brad Koffel. The criminal case brought against me threatened not only my livelihood but the future of my business. As someone who has never had to deal with the law, being charged with a misdemeanor was extremely stressful and nerve-racking. I hired The Koffel Law Firm to represent me after being falsely accused of felony theft by my employer. Brad was always honest and upfront with me about the legal process. Everyone has a job to do and naturally we want the money owed to do said job. But it is morally wrong to play with someone’s life and freedom because of it. But who expects lawyers to have morals? The situation my husband is in could’ve been avoided. Next time I’ll stick to my own instincts because this was absolutely not my first choice for a lawyer it was his families and we both regret letting them take the lead. Even when payments were being made he didn’t do much and this is the reason I refused to make the last one. Just make sure you pay him in full upfront if you want him to actually care. He did not do any face to face meetings with my fiancé. The first time they met face to face was at the hearing and it was clear he did no research. He was combative and had an arrogant attitude. He’ll say one thing on the phone to one person and either act oblivious to another or put something different in writing. He has zero regard for his client if you’re not filling his pocket and even when you are giving him money he still doesn’t seem to care. I really wouldn’t recommend working with him.
