Just spoke to this law firm, I would not reconnect this law firm. Stay far away. Their first duty is to the court, if a judge tells any one of their lawyers not to wear a certain suit again they will bend over backwards. Their duty is not in the best interest of the child but to the court first! Do not hire this firm, they will not argue your case in court. They will let the judge violate your rights and help them do it. When I heard this from their attorney during the consultation I immediately asked where is the duty to your client and the best interest of the child? She hung up. When a lawyers says their first duty is to the court that means you should run! Don’t be to quick to hire an attorney, look around ask questions because lawyers like these will backstab their clients!

I hired Ricardo when I needed legal counsel after getting hit by a woman in her car, who proceeded to lie to her insurance company about the incident. He is very professional, intelligent and personable, and was diligent in gathering all of the information and proof needed to make her insurance company pay our claim without going to court. If it weren't for his help, I would have been continually ignored by the insurance company. It's unfortunate this apparently is the normal way for insurance companies to operate these days. We need great attorneys like Mr. Julio to help things move forward and as smoothly as possible. My husband and I will always recommend him!

I hired Ramiro Estrada Jr. on a criminal case. He was hard to get ahold of and every time we met it was like he was trying to remember my case and the conversations never went anywhere. He missed court on multiple occasions and I ended up firing him due to his lack of competence.

Ramiro was my lawyer in a criminal defense case. he was very thorough from the get-go.. walked me through everything step by step even included his cell phone and did not charge me for any calls.
which is rare because I've had experience with different lawyers who charged me in the hundreds of dollars per call. He came highly recommended and highly saught after so I didn't know what to expect. But from the moment I stepped in his office I was immediately at ease and comfort. I contact this law firm Joel to be exact, because he was working with my father before he died trying to locate property in Medina County. Joel charged me for the same work he did for my father. If you want fairness justice, abd somebody who will actually fight for you. Hire her she will not let you lie you cannot make up lies. You cannot be vindictive. She will help you down to the bottom. Another lawyer practically stole my money and I ended up with L Gavito. At first I thought she was rude with how short she kept phone calls and I was getting and thinking my case is just another pile for her. Nope she called me out nowhere to me to go get my kids for the spring break.
She will work on your case even when you think she is not. LET HER COOK as they say.
I’m 3 Months into my custody against a spiteful person. I wish I hired Gavito from the start.

They get the job done, but one thing I highly recommend is to keep your receipt especially if you pay with cash, because multiple time to me and others I know the office people told us we still owe money even though we already paid everything. Soo apparently they lost our proof of payment and if it wasn't that I paid with my credit card and still had my receipt there would have been no proof of payment.

I called to make my $200 consultation, prior to booking I advised my county and court date and confirmed availability, before I paid. I was assured there was no conflictions so I proceeded. Not even a full 30 minutes in to my hour consultation Alana told me that she did not have the time and was already booked for my court date. I advised her of the above and she simply said, "it must have been an oversight but I'll send you an email with some names". Which I did not receive until I sent an email reminder, to ensure I at least got something out of it. The referrals were no good.

I hired Jill as my lawyer for my family court proceedings after my ex field erroneous allegations and tried to obtain custody of our son. I felt like giving up early on because I hated seeing my son being emotionally distraught from my absence and limited contact, but Jill encouraged me to fight for him! Jill handled my case for child custody and support in 2015. She was an expert in representing me and was successful in obtaining custody for me as a military farther and was able to skillfully bring out character flaws with my daughter's mother that demonstrated why she would not be the best parent. Veronica Legarreta has proven to be very unprofessional. She takes weeks, and even months to respond to case inquiries. Both Veronica and her assistant are verbally aggressive, rude and have even yelled at us on more than one occasion.
We requested an itemized bill to check retainer funds status. Veronica became irate, slamming folders onto her desk, and berated her assistant in front of us for being inefficient. Veronica emailed us the following day, stating she would no longer be our attorney. Over the last 2 months, she continues to be difficult in transferring our file to our new attorney.
We have decided to have a police escort accompany us to retrieve our paperwork, in person. Veronica Legarretta is a physically and verbally hostile person. We will certainly report her behavior to the State Bar for unprofessionalism.

We hired Ms Legaretta when our son was charged with multiple non-violent felonies, and looking at a sentence of 25 years. Immediately after hiring her, she did the research, formulated a plan, communicated that plan to us, and then went to work. As with all worried parents, we had questions every day. She encouraged us to text or call as often as we had questions. And she responded with minutes or hours everytime. She was always straight forward, even when the information wasn't what we wanted to hear. She coordinated and collaborated with the prosecutor multiple times, and was able to get a much lesser sentence. Her rates were very affordable, and accepted a payment plan. She made the legal process as easy as possible. She always fully explained the process which helped us understand. We definitely recommend her if you are in need of a criminal lawyer.

Hi Debra Rodriguez and Sandra Sanchez I'm going thru the same stuff I haven't seen my son since last year on Christmas. So my child's father got bac wit his girl ive been going through hell and back and shes very controlling and manipulative she controls my child's father and his mom she gots my Iphone number blocked since last year in November. And so the girlfriend told me she told my babydaddy to only update me by sending 1 pick of my son once every Monday. So I'm so fed up and need her out my sons life for good. And she's a mother her own self but helping them keep my son away so ive been having emotional distress for months and no peace I cries here and there wondering and my son non verbal and gots special needs so he can't defend himself if something happens to him while he's with them So I've called so many professional people over months and still nothing because of the retainer fee I can't pay. So I desperately need help to have a family law lawyer to help me win and loose.

Honestly he did great in my divorce case and we won what we needed. His office always answers my calls, he also gave me his personal number which felt very calming and reassuring. SCAMMER!!! DO NOT HIRE!!! This person doesn't even deserve to be called a lawyer because he does no attorney work at all. Do not believe all the fake 5-star reviews, the 1-star reviews are exactly who this lazy unintelligent person is. He will call you and message you constantly trying to get your business. During the in-person consultation, he talks a big game like he's a feared lawyer when in fact he's the exact opposite. Just stop and look at his business office. First of all, he doesn't have one, he rents a chair and desk from another lawyer. He doesn't have any paralegals or anyone who works for him. Instead, he uses the office receptionist as his “paralegal”. Once you pay him he doesn't do anything, I sent him evidence, a timeline of events, and photos at his request. In court, he doesn't have a clue what's going on and never used a single document, photo, or any of the evidence I supplied to him. He will leave you in shock by his unprofessionalism and lack of preparation. He showed up to court with a completely empty soft briefcase literally nothing was in it. Honestly, it's sad and disgusting how this man scams his clients but I'm a firm believer in you reap what you sew. Lastly, mark my words he is going to respond to this review with, “ I've never represented anyone with your name. You have the wrong lawyer, please delete the review.” don't believe him. The fact is he just doesn't remember who he scammed for their money.

After long week of trial, it came back. I was not guilty. Leland fought for me very well. He thoroughly went through the evidence and the statements in the content of the case. We worked on it day and night until we were able to come up with a solid plan. There was some flaws in the victims statements that he pointed out in court And exposed them to the jury. After all the hard work that we put into the case, this resulted in a guilty verdict. He provided great legal advice, and he kept his cool although the DA was trying to throw him off. If I had to do it again, I wouldn’t do it any differently. My Family and I was very happy in the decision we made picking him as our attorney. When all signs was pointing against me he found the signs that they could point towards me. I will highly recommend him to anybody.

Attorney Galvan saved my life and my family's. I was charged with my 4th DWI. The charge was made worse because I caused 2 accidents. I couldn't go to jail. Mr. Stolmeier was suppose to be representing me in an accident. A family rear ended me and they took my case for over a year then just dropped my case without any clarity. The person hit me in the rear was charged with a DUI. I feel Like misrepresented because of being from another state.

My ex husband lost his job b/c he was being an idiot at work and wanted to reduce his child support. In court he said he was laid off, but Patrick got him to admit that he wasn't laid off but was fired. The judge ruled in my favor and basically said he wouldn't cut my child support because me ex was an idiot. Patrick said it actually happens more often than I'd think.

At first the insurance company wasn't going to pay me because the person who hit me lied to the cops and that was in the police report and there were no witnesses. I didn't know what to do, and a friend recommended Mr. Stolmeier. When he took the deposition of the other guy, he caught him in a lie and the insurance company finally decided to pay 10 times more than what I originally asked them for.

Mr. Hancock represented my son in a criminal case. There was much disappointment as my son and I did not feel like Mr. Hancock was actually fighting for him throughout the process. There was alot to be desired from Mr. Hancock during the process. Mr Hancock used the states investigative findings instead of doing his own investigation to fight for my son. He made a statement to me on a couple of occasionas that I wasn't a rich woman in regards to paying for an investigation for my son. I was told by another attorney, that the state would have covered the cost of an investigation for my son that was not done by this attorney. Mr Hancock used the states slanted data instead of collecting his own. My son has been in jail/prison for about 6 years now. I just wish that Mr. Hancock would have cared more about his client, my son. I don't understand how the lawyer, Mr. Hancock, kept asking the client, "what's the plan?" I may be wrong, but I thought the attorney should formulate the plan? If we were familiar with the law, we wouldn't need an attorney. My son's case could have turned out differently, if the one that represented him,did more on his behalf. My heart is broken!
