The Fact that Farid takes your case with a passion is huge. In this day and age, people tend to care about themselves and don't take others personal life into consideration, he was very understanding, knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and in control of the situation. He lets you know not only through his words, but through his actions, how hard he fights for you. No small task or detail is to small for Farid. He fought for a long time to get me the best outcome I could have for my situation. He is respected in the courtroom, And when the agreement was made, he didn't let any prosecutor toy around with my case. Detectives was coming after me in two counties and keep arresting me for warrants with my old lawyer. Ms Baharan got me a Not guilty when we had a jury trial. She was the one I trusted had my back and she always was there when I was upset and didn't even like her at one point because they wouldn't dismiss the case. She said the only way was with a jury trial and she told the jury my story and the truth. I love her forever and trust her for always having my back. She is real !

I have had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Casey and utilizing his services during one of the roughest periods of my life. Mr. Casey has represented me during a rather emotionally turbulent divorce proceeding. He has always demonstrated the qualities of integrity, skill, and professionalism beyond reproach. He is a man of intelligence who is skilled in his craft as a litigator.
I happened to have one of those "he said, she said" sort of scenarios with rather significant allegations. Mr. Casey was not phased by the task at hand. He was the best champion for my case I could ever ask for. His attention to detail was impeccable, and was able to illustrate for the court the inconsistencies in the testimonies of opposing counsel's witnesses.
Mr. Casey has two rules: be kind and polite to his office staff, and be honest and forthcoming with information. He will not judge you. He WILL be your advocate. Mr.Kelley and Julie Jones are the best representation you can get. I am a convicted felon and was facing 25 years but thanks to them, I am free in the world. We were running out of answers on representation of attorneys for our son on criminal charges as we had previously hired various attorneys with them only taking money and wanting an easy way out by him taking a plea even though he was innocent . It was so bad that one of his attorneys had our son arrested by advising him not to show up to court. When we finally met Mr Brian Powers, he was up front with his fees and told us that he would make sure that justice was done for our son. He did not only keep to his word , but showed up to every court date and kept us informed of the process. All charges were dropped for our son. We highly recommend Mr Powers. I was charged with retaliation (threatening to kill a police officer). I was acting stupid and of course I didn’t mean any of that. Pretty sure the police knew it but they don’t take kindly to perceived threats. Wood had the case thrown out in less than ten minutes.

My son was arrested and charged with Aggravated Robbery and Felon with a Weapon cases based on a lie. The police arrested him with ZERO evidence other than lies told by an acquaintance. Sad to say the DA accepted charges based on nothing but the say so of a known liar and criminal. Seems like the cops round up whoever and like magic - “Another case closed!” NOT. Then the judge held him at NO BOND because of his past convictions. Wood convinced the DA’s to dismiss it but in case they wouldn’t, Wood kept asking theme to go to the grand jury with it so he could set it for trial.
Took a month or so but finally both cases were dismissed. I told my son to pick his acquaintances better but sometimes even your own kids need to learn some lessons on their own.

I was charged with assault causing bodily injury - family violence in Guadalupe County after my ex husband called the police during an argument we were having. He was punching and strangling me, so I hit him with a rock to get him off of me. Since he was the one that called the cops and reported the incident, it ended in my arrest. So I found Christine Del Prado and met with her upon my release to review my case and see if this was something she could help me fight. Christine and her husband met with me and went over my case and assured me that I would be in good hands, and that we would fight this case. And that she did! She did not back down, she said we would push this all the way to trial when dealing with the prosecutors in Guadalupe. And she had the case fully dismissed with in 3 court dates. No trial needed, last court appearance not needed. If convicted or any sort of court ordered probation or supervision would have been required it would have prevented this charge from ever being removed from my record. So we need a not guilty verdict or a full dismissal, which she produced. I could not have asked for a better attorney on my side. She was amazing, diligent, and had great communication with me during the entire process. I would only recommend her. Ever. Thank you Christine for everything you have done for me and all of your hard work!!

I had an old case from another state for dui, 20 years ago to be exact , that had came back to haunt me where the State of Texas was not renewing my CDL which i need for my career due to the info from another state. I was arrested and taken to jail with a DWI . I’ve never had any convictions or been in that situation before so everything was new to me. Not only to mention I’m a DACA holder, so everything and anything could hurt my status.As a young adult is hard to be taken serious due to our age.We still want this matter taken care off the best way possible because our future is on the line. Efrain was very professional and what I like to call “ The Goat” he took care of business. My case was quite difficult due to my immigration status. Although I am in the process of fixing through my wife, probation was a risky option. Going to report to probation would risk me getting deported. Mr. Sain handled my case better than anyone else could have. I contacted and retained Jeremy with The Love DuCote law firm as my attorney. I was going through a divorce and facing a Protective Order against me , yet myself having been the one that was assaulted by my wife at the time. She was actually arrested and charged with Family Violence with Bodily injury Misdemeanor.

Had a phone consult with Mr. Guest on how to proceed in a criminal citation w/a prior conviction. He laid out a few different options I could take with or without his legal assistance. He was thoughtful in the advice he gave and did not pressure me any direction I decided to take. He genuinely cared about the resolution of the case. I went through an eviction process in JP Court and represented myself, (I am the Landlord). I was successful, ( I thought), and judgement was granted in my favor. Instead of moving out, tenant filed an appeal, to have the case re-tried in County Court. Tenant claimed COVID protections, CARES Act protections, among many other things, and was successful in getting an appeal granted. I learned real quick that because of the times we were currently experiencing, that this was going to be a complicated, uphill battle.
I hired the Guest and Gray Law Firm to take this matter over. Scott Gray was great at getting this case together and ready for court. Robert Guest took it before the Judge and tried the case. What had been a months long horrible situation for me, was finally over, when these guys got the case before the Judge. Judgement was awarded in my favor and tenant had to vacate. These people are great, charged an extremely fair price, and did an outstanding job. Getting a case like this before a judge during these difficult times is a huge task. I would first start by saying that I literally prayed to God and asked for a female attorney that would truly care and have my best interests at heart then I found Linda Corley. For starters I was left in jail to rot by a paid well known firm when my wife told me that she had found an attorney that may be able to help us, because I also told my wife that I had prayed for a woman attorney that cares about their clients, and that was Linda Corley. In the beginning of my case she first had to correct a major issue that my hired previous attorney had failed to do and she did just that. Then she went on further to not only handle my case with honesty and swiftness, she coached me on how and what to do so that I wouldn't further damage myself or my credibility. Once my judgement was rendered and she had done her job, I had to rehire her again for a different issue and immediately she jumped right in and went to work. I can't give details but Mrs. Corley and her firm has been absolutely incredible to me and for me. James or Jimmy has worked on a numerous of my cases with amazing outcomes. One thing that stood out to me was how understanding and down to earth he is. During one of my cases which was a couple years ago. I was a reckless and broke college kid and he arranged a very reasonable payment plan for me. To this day I can’t thank him enough for that .
I’ve known James close to 4 years and I know this review is long over due. But James is someone who cares more about the outcome of your case than the money involved, which is very rare these days.
I laughed reading the reviews talking about how well known he is at the courthouse. Which I can tell you none are fabricated. In my case was able to meet the judge in private and the first thing the judge says to me was “ You are lucky I like this guy”. From then on I knew this was my guy. Thankfully I don’t have to reach out to him much anymore but all I can say is this man right here changed my life.
