I hired Brian to help clear up tickets that were two years old, 1 for speeding, the other for driving without a license. My tickets and failure to appear fees were over $600. I paid Brian less than 20% of that, My speeding ticket was dismissed and the driving w/no license was deferred and then also dismissed and i paid a $150 fine. It was the best possible outcome.

I got two tickets within the same time period, one was for an electronic use while driving and the other was for speeding. I contacted Brian Guerra immediately once I realized I would not be able to appear in court and fight either of them. I'm glad I did because he got my speeding ticket dismissed and my electronic use while driving deferred. No defensive driving, thank god!!!

I had a delicate situation when looking for a divorce lawyer as my now ex-wife was labeled terminally ill. Mr. Fischer helped me through my divorce with a child. He was God sent, he put up a good fight in court and got exactly what I asked for when it came to the custody and child support. He really answers everything you are curious about, and he will tell you how it is if it’s not reasonable. He was always a call or text away and helped my daughter and I through so much. Very grateful and thankful for his services. Not to mention his doggos, they helped a lot through the case too.

Let me start off by just saying WOW! This man is a beast at what he does. At first the case seemed very unbeatable to me but from the jump once Sina got involved he assured me that everything is going to be okay. Most attorneys just say that but from the jump he was confident the whole process was very smooth just like he said he went in there and delivered and backed up all the assurance he gave me to begin with. I can honestly say I’ve only seen what Sina did in movies I’ve never thought I would see such a powerful attorney first hand. Mr Bogen was assigned my son's case as a public defender in Kaufman county back in July of 2022. My son faced serious charges that sadly he was guilty of. However the focus of Mr Bogen from day one was to get my son the help he needed to get over his addictions and live a successful life without this mistake being held over my son's life forever. When Kaufman county refused to help my son, Mr Bogen fought them hard and got them to dismiss the charges in a short 2 months. He also gave a dose of reality to my son's mom and made her realize that she had to step up or see her first born in prison for up to 40 years. He went above and beyond and got the best possible outcome for my son. He fought hard for a client that the county was paying for, at no point did I feel like he was not fighting 100% with all of his tools to win. My only regret is he does not handle Family Law cases.

Going into my sons case I was praying for the best but prepared for the worse. No matter what day or time if we called Mr. Bogen and he couldn’t answer us right away he would text right away that he was in the middle of something and he kept his word by always calling back. I want to recognize the best attorney on this planet, Joseph is definitely God Sent . He worked so hard on my brothers case in Kaufman County, not only did he bring everything to light and laid it all out for the jury to see he used facts and told the story of what happened that night. I was so amazed how sharp and very attentive he was during witness testimonies and punched holes in every story that was told by the prosecution. I’ve always heard that court appointed lawyers work for the system to try to get the defendant lesser time, but not Jospeh he fights for his clients until the end spending countless hrs getting prepared. Our first consultation was very well explained to us regarding the circumstances in what I was charged for. The diagram drawing of the best to worst situation was a plus in understanding the break down. Mr. Shell was by our side during all trials and never gave up on the best outcome for me. Dan has proven to be a thorough attorney that leaves no stone unturned. Was always available and quick to respond to texts and emails. The only thing lacking was face to face consultation in his office. Other than that, Dan was quick to respond when we had a question. I’m not aware of everything Dan did behind the scenes while dealing with the opposing attorney but in the end, the outcome was favorable considering the circumstances. I would hire Dan again and recommend his services.

I am so thankful I found Dan to help me with my DWI arrest. He is professional and has experience handling DWI’s. I have to say some of these reviews , Desean Jones got my husband case dismissed after he was wrongly accused , and falsely identified for being some one else who had committed aggravated assault w/ deadly weapon / attempted murder . Mr. Jones than cleared our debt of about at least 3,000 dollars still owed to him as an early Christmas gift . What person do you know would just clear almost 3000 dollars . I was in jailI felt hopeless at one point. Told on my girlfriend to look online for attorneys that had good reviews. Talked to few but definitely out the group I like the sense of humor they had positive attitude they had. They let me put a down payment and worked with me on my payments when I got behind a few. I will say it over and over again Mr LeMond is truly a fighter when it comes down to it, there have some small issues with staff but overlooking that this here is and will fight to the end and very blunt and honest even if you dont want to hear it he is right. Well before hiring, I was nervous scared terrified I didn't know what to do who to call where to go but Michael was very reassuring when she poke to him the first call. I called other attorneys that same day but no one felt right. I told my parents I feel like this person is the best to represent me and I know it's more expensive but I feel like he has the best interest for this case at heart. Everything was smooth sailing and I was kept up to date. Most positive experience ever. When Mike called me to tell me my case was dismissed I almost well I can't say what I almost did haha. I was in the car driving when he called and I almost threw the phone out of the window I was so glad it was all over after almost 2 years. If you need an attorney make you calls but this one I recommend because Michael and his staff truly care.

My man got himself in quite a jam which resulted in him being charged with a 1st degree felony. It was a very scary situation,but over the course of a few months she worked with the prosecutors and got his charge reduced to a state jail felony,time served. Which was the best offer he could've got,he should be released in 2-12 days and me&my man's family could not be more happier/thankful.She definitely knows what she is doing&does not stop until the job is done. Toni was there for me from the start. I was dealing with a fairly complicated and emotional child support case and I had absolutely no idea what to do. Toni was right there when I needed her on my first call. She spent a ton of time with me over a period of weeks, both on the phone and via emails. I had property to sell in Cleveland, Texas but I live on the other side of the USA, and my partner had died. I had to clear the title, and it was a mess as there was no probated will. She taught me all about the laws and really got me through the mess I was in. She kept me sane when I thought I'd go nuts. We were able to clear the title and sell the property, closing with no problems. If you need a realtor or a real estate lawyer in that part of Texas that she serves, you can't do better. I had a DUI in Denton country. It was very stressful and I knew I need a very good attorney to support me to get through this.
