Mr Luna has not only represented myself in the past but he's also represented my friend on multiple occasions. On top of that he came strongly recommended to me by another close friend whom he also represented. He has done an amazing job for a 3 of us and should I or anyone I know ever require legal representation he's definitely our guy! Where should I start? I have, unfortunately, had a very difficult time finding a criminal attorney (paid or court appointed) that is personable, professional, persistent with the DA and Judges, highly respected, easy to work with, goes to bat for his clients, truly cares and is highly communicative with his clients letting you know exactly what is happening with your case. Mr. Luna went above and beyond everything I had been searching for. I paid him and the next business day he already had it in the works to get my case thrown out. Second business day after I paid, my case was officially thrown out. All thanks to him and his work with the DA. Richard Estrada was very helpful from the moment he was assigned my case. I was able to set up an appointment and I explained everything from my perspective. Unlike the first lawyer that had been assigned to me by the court, Estrada was very open about the process and what the possible sequences of events would be for my case. He then kept in contact with me and was able to get my case fully dismissed today.

Mr. Sampson! That's what I always call Mark Sampson. Even though I'm older than him, he's Mr. Sampson to me. I have so much respect for this man. He is a great attorney. James bell is the best. Dealing with insurance companies can be nerve-racking. When you are coping with an injury on top of all it can become overwhelming. I have hired Mr. Garcia for two criminal cases over the past 5 five years. He was able to get BOTH cases dismissed each time. Bill Knox was referred to me by several people so I gave him a call and met with him to consult about my sons cases. I hired him and he has already set a bond hearing for Monday and went to visit my son in jail. I text him several times a day and he always responds immediately. Hiring Mr. Dube was the best decision I could have made for my family. From the first phone conversation I knew he was the right person to defend my husband. Mr. Dube took the time to get to know my family and although always professional he never treated us like we were just his job. He has extensive experience with the federal court system and it shows. I will always be grateful for him and the time and attention he gave to my husband’s case. Mr. Dube was not only able to get my husband released on bond while awaiting sentencing but also was able to get his sentence below the minimum guidelines for his crimes which is almost unheard of. Dimitri Dube, the most professional and comforting attorney I have ever worked with. My husband had two cases at the same time. He was out on bail but then was detained by ICE for three months because of an old charge which he satisfied by deferred adjudication but wasn't properly documented. Dimitri checked in frequently to gauge where we were with the case. I had to hire an immigration attorney then a criminal attorney and fortunately God sent us Dimitri through a friend. We were so fearful of everything but Dimitri was calm and collected and said "Celeste, everything will be fine. Don't worry let me do my job. " so I let him do his job. We were in court for almost two years. Dimitri was with us every step of the way fighting with us and for us. We only had one income in our household and Dimitri worked with us to accommodate us financially. Talk about a seasoned Attorney. Brilliant and goes the extra mile to fulfill his duty. Jaime is imho the best criminal defense attorney in the Brewster/Jeff Davis/Presidio/Reeves/Pecos County area. When Jamie raises an issue with a case be it a probable cause issue or a simple “that witness may have credibility issues” you can bet the bank it’s a legitimate issue. He is a highly ethical attorney who will fight the fight when you need it. Jaime also has the knowledge and experience to know when fighting a charge by trial may put you in a worse situation. If I ever need an attorney for a criminal issue I’m the West Texas area I would turn to Jaime before anyone else.

After driving through West Texas and encountering terrible State Trooper issues, Jaime helped both my wife and I through a long and arduous two year process. We live out of state and Jaime ensured we wouldn’t need to make trips back and forth to Texas through this process. Once considered taking a plea deal since I couldn't afford a long drawn out court process. He encouraged me that it would not be for nothing. Told me, without a hint of hesitation, that it would be okay. Now 2 years later, I went from fighting a felony assault charge to a NOT Guilty to the same case. I don't ever want to be in trouble again, but it is apparent that I will call Zach first and foremost.

Mr. Santos was professional from the start. He handled my case extremely well. My ex husband wanted changes with his child support. Mr. Santos requested documents and followed up with them. He took care of everything. His attention to detail with my case led to a wonderful outcome on my behalf. I would not hesitate to hire him again if needed. I was referred by a friend to contact Ted Santos regarding a Deceptive Trade Practices Act case with a local car dealership. Ted returned my call quickly and outlined the process in terms I could easily understand. He explained both the upside and downside of filing this claim and process/costs of moving forward. What impressed me most was his honesty in letting me know that a case like this might be settled quickly or, if the dealership decided that they believed they had done nothing wrong and fought back, the time and costs could spiral quickly upward. Based on this sound advice, I went back to the dealership and negotiated a settlement on my own. If Ted had not taken the time to explain all my options, I would have not pursued a more reasonable settlement with the dealership. The next time I need good legal advice, I will call Ted.

Many thoughts had gone through my mind at the time of my situation which were wreaking havoc on my life and health. I met with Mr. Santos and went through my situation with him with every detail possible. After sitting with him and having him actively listen to me I knew Mr. Santos was going to pull me out of my suffering. He was very thorough with information and very clear on the direction we were going on together till we came to a satisfactory end. He honestly would contact me just to see how I was feeling and to make sure I didn't have any questions lingering. Very trustworthy and honorable individual that I'm grateful I chose him to represent me.

I am a grandparent an used Attorney Kirkwood. There were 3 other parties involved in the case. He outperformed all parties involved. A successful outcome is an understatement. Not only did I get custody, I got child support. Supervised visitation was granted. He is an excellent litigator and a sincerely concerned individual. His prices were reasonable. If I ever needed a family lawyer I would definitely hire him again.

I was in car accident and had suffered some knee and neck injuries because of the crash. I had lots of troubles trying to settle with the Insurance Company directly, so I decided to get in contact with a law firm. Gabriella worked efficiently and thoroughly on my case. How do I know? Because she got my DWI dismissed! I was fully expecting to have months of probation and to pay a lot of court fees but Gaby was able to get my case thrown out due to lack of evidence! Further, she stayed very real and very transparent with me the whole while through. Her upfront and engaging personality gave me confidence that she was representing me in the right way. After being recommended to me by a friend, I hired Gabriella for my case. From the first meeting, I felt like I had a great connection with her and that she was well versed in the area I was arrested for. She encouraged me to meet with other attorneys as well to make sure I got a group of perspectives before deciding (which I respected). After choosing her she was fantastic about letting me decide how much communication we had, and did a great job of keeping me in the loop about the entire process. She'd remind of all things I needed to attend, what to expect, and realistic timeframes for when things would happen. In the end, I was extremely pleased with the outcome she achieved in my case. Obviously I would have preferred not getting myself in this situation, but am extremely thankful I went with Gabi as both the process and the outcome went as well as they could have.

Gabi is an excellent attorney. She had my best interests in mind and was always up front and honest with me during the various ups and downs during my case. I was faulty accused of a serious crime, and Brian fought to clear my name. Other lawyers wanted to charge me more, and advised me to plea bargain despite the fact that I was innocent. I got myself into a pickle with a DWI when I wasn't technically driving the vehicle but had set the alarm off while sitting in the passenger seat rolling down the windows waiting on my driver. The driver was inside the recording studio. I had stayed in the car so I wouldn't disturb their recording. But when the car alarm started I couldn't figure out how to turn it off, so I stupidly went to the drivers seat to move the car across the parking lot away from the studio. A man with his kids asked me if I needed help and I was stressed out and yelled some rude things so he called the APD on me. When APD arrived I wasn't in the car but the witness did see me in the vehicle and this was included in the police report along with the very rude name I shouted at him. As you will learn in your DWI classes, keys of the ignition still qualifies as a DWI, and someone did see me move the car to the other side of the parking lot. I have been working in legal for several years and seeking admittance to law school with goals of a government position. I knew this was bad news for my future even if I wasn't deliberately weaving down Mopac. Brian took the time to know me and communicated with me constantly, met me outside of all my court dates and did his best to keep me calm. He recommended that I go ahead and get all my classes and alcohol counseling done as soon as possible. I ended up in an alcohol awareness class on my birthday but it was so very much worth it. When we finally got ahold of the tape almost 6 months later, it was bad news too. Clearly I was excited and did a dance because I had walked a straight line, but the officer never turned on the mic on his lapel so whatever absurd things I said were not recorded. The only thing you could hear was me crying when they threw me in the back of the car. This was not good but also not bad. Brian was able to get me deferred for 2 years after we reached an agreement with the county and thus far I have been good and nothing has come up on my record. I did have to install the interlock in my car for 9 months but it has been totally worth it. Its amazing how your car wont start when you have had one drink or even Listerine but still an eye-opener for sure. Tillman is kind, professional and at times can make you smile in uncomfortable situations when you need it the most. He went above and beyond to help me out and was worth every penny I could scrape up to pay him. As long as I stay out of trouble this stupid mistake on my part shouldn't come back to haunt me and I should still have an excellent future in my chosen fields. Thanks Brian!

Brian is the epitome of professionalism and courtesy!! A friend of mine had a DWI and explained how impressed she was with Brian and recommended him. Attorney Holmes was very patient with me. All that I was accused with, had been dropped due to him. He has been nothing but kind, awesome, tentive, etc I could go on and on about him, but 4000 words aren't enough LOL. I would recommend this attorney to any amd everyone that has been accused wrongly for anything. His prices are also reasonable. No other attorney can compare to the greatness of this one. A couple of years ago I was in search of a lawyer and contacted Mr. Holmes. He was very informative and professional. After several phone calls and Ian answering much of my questions...I was stuck deciding between Mr. Holmes and another lawyer. Regretfully I chose the other lawyer. After almost a year and a half on my case, the other lawyer was not getting my case handled and lacked the professionalism and caring attitude that Ian brought to the table. I recalled Ian from the past going above and beyond when I was no longer employed, returning phone calls, and having a caring spirit about him. So after a couple of months of contemplating and a year and half of no end in site, I let go of my first lawyer and retained Ian. Ian personally remembered my case and I from the beginning. I can honestly say having Ian represent me was one of the most important decisions I have ever made in my life…and one of the best decisions. Ian is a great lawyer I was up for a two years sentenced in TDC. Before you know it the next time I had went to court I was walking out of court with time served and back to my daily life.
